Pros: close to Colva beach and everything available at walkable distance. Centrally locates to go anywhere in south Goa. Great yoga practise at additional cost . Food quality for whatever and whenever is available. They packed our breakfast on request for the day when we were leaving early . What is not ok? 1) highly overpriced and completely not as described anywhere including booking.com. Very small properly . We stayed at villa and practically the living room has a seating for only 4 people. Same is with balconies . 2) limited breakfast spread . Even a bowl for sambhar will take 25min to come. Breakfast served only between 8am - 10am but tea is not available at 8 and they will tell either milk has not come or is rotten. Had to go out for tea. Omelettes take half an hour. 3) limited lunch and breakfast options and even fire daal and rice - you will wait for 45min even when you are all alone in the restaurant 4) spa is also costly with washrooms dirty and staff would tell that the housekeeping has left. Towels there smell. Although massage is good. 5) No fixed timing for housekeeping and even if you call when you are there , they would somehow rush and do work. We had no bed sheets changed in 3 night 4 days stay. Basic understanding is missing. For a villa property which can host 6 adults at least, they would keep 2 bottles of water. 6) pool has too high chlorine. Filter will stop working in the night resulting into bad water quality in the morning. They had set the cubbana at 10pm on the Eve of our return even though we were 4 families visiting . 7) no numbers mentioned for connecting different services. for all this - they charge a non and is better to live in any other resort than this.

The resort is located 450m from Colva Beach (not the best beach in Goa), but once you’re inside the property, it feels truly relaxing. The facilities like the spa and swimming pool add to the overall comfort. The staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making the stay pleasant. The restaurant food is decent, though not exceptional.

After staying in a 5 star beach front resort in South Goa, we decided to spend another day in Coval beach area. We got mislead by the description that this is only 160m from the beach, we thought it has direct access to the beach which it doesnt have. You have to walk outside of the property in the busy street, parking lot, jostle with lot of vendors to get to Coval beach is a public beach. Though beach was clean but you will encounter lots of crowds and vendors. Not a very peaceful scenario. Hotel its a very small property with a small reception area, parking is outside the property boundary wall. It's not like a resort you will typically think. Property and rooms are old but kept very clean and green. Rooms are basic but spacious though TVs are like 32". Nothing luxurious about it. Only activity is a small pool in the center. Breakfast area is very small like 8 tables, with a very small spread (8-10 items). Typical crowd you may encounter is also hogging the table even when theu are done and just gets very loud and obnoxious. There were only 2 staff members handling the Breakfast with one being manager, not doing anything, and only one girl who was working non stop from cleaning, refilling etc. Staff was polite and courteous. Wifi worked fine. Summarizing, I will not call it a "luxurious resort". Had it the direct access to the beach and with a little private beach, it would have been much better. Else it's not worth the money I paid for one night. Location is good in a way thay it has several restaurants including Dominos, Nirulas, and some pure vegetarian ones in walking distance. With some touristy shopping also.

Hotel Review *Positive Aspects:* - The hotel's location is excellent, being close to the beach. - The hotel building and garden are attractive. - The security guards are helpful and polite. - The swimming pool and its area are well-maintained. *Areas for Improvement:* - The stairs leading to the first-floor rooms need renovation as they appear eerie. - The beds are uncomfortable. - Mosquitoes are present in the rooms. - The fridge in the room makes a loud noise that disturbs sleep. - The bathroom faucets are too hard. - Adjusting the hot and cold water temperature takes a long time. - The hot water tap is too hot for children to touch. - The telephone has a poor connection with a "khar khar" sound. - Room service is slow, and it took 30 minutes for coffee to arrive after ordering, requiring multiple calls. - The restaurant staff was unavailable at 9 PM, and it took four calls to get someone to take an order. - The dinner served at night was cold. - The breakfast and dinner menu options are limited considering the price. - Drinking water was not available during breakfast, and had to be requested. - The payment process was inconvenient, with no swap machine available initially. - No staff was available to help with luggage during check-out. Overall, while the hotel has some positive aspects, there are several areas that need significant improvement to provide a comfortable and satisfying experience for guests.

Beautiful and cozy boutique hotel with pool in an enclosed tropical paradise. The architecture is perfectly adapted with hints of the Portuguese influence. We greatly enjoyed the restaurant offerings and the exterior bar. The combination with the Kare ayervedic treatments and the traditional food was perfect. Only a few minutes walk to the gorgeous Colva beach.

My stay at Soul Vacation Stay in Colva, Goa was a truly refreshing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and genuine care. Their hospitality was outstanding—always attentive, friendly, and eager to make our stay comfortable. The food was absolutely delightful! Every meal was thoughtfully prepared, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The breakfast spread was vibrant and satisfying, and the variety of vegetarian options throughout the day made dining a real pleasure. Whether it was a light snack or a full meal, everything was served with love and attention to detail. The property itself is serene and beautifully maintained, offering a calm and cozy atmosphere just a short walk from the beach. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful side of Goa. If you're looking for a charming stay with excellent food and heartfelt hospitality, Soul Vacation Stay is a wonderful choice. Highly recommended!

This hotel is the perfect example of the saying, “teeth shown are different from the teeth used for eating.” We booked it as a 4-star property, but on arrival we realized that the place looked completely different from what was shown in the photos. It is nowhere close to a 4-star standard. From my side, I would rate it just 0.5 stars. The breakfast spread was also very limited. At the live counter, the only option available was an omelet, and even that was served burnt. Overall, the room was just about okay, but the hotel felt very average. On top of that, it is highly overpriced for what it offers.
