Will be staying here again when the opportunity presents itself, loved this hotel/apartment so so much it was gorgeous clean and feels luxurious. This stay was very much zen energy and the vibes were immaculate words can't express how great of a stay this was. It is about 20 minutes from downtown but the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe but still has restaurants in walking distance. The train station is also just a 11 minute walk. Highly recommend!!!

When we first arrived, the hotel looked beautiful, clean, and inviting — but wow, were we in for a surprise. Pros: - Good setup for long-term stays: a full kitchen and a separate living area make it feel almost like an apartment. - Two TVs (one in the living room, one in the bedroom), though neither is a smart TV — bring an HDMI cable if you plan to stream or want to watch anything that isn't in German - Good location: just a short walk to Rewe, a bakery, and the train station. Cons: To keep this short, I’ll focus on the two biggest dealbreakers. 1. Hygiene nightmare. The duvet we were given had visible blood stains all over it — truly shocking. Getting it replaced was a struggle because apparently, the hotel only has a limited number of duvets. That’s unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one catering to long-term guests. 2. Mattress from a horror movie. When we started noticing small bumps on our skin — and after my son suddenly developed pink eye — we decided to inspect the bed. What we found was disturbing: the mattress was covered in large yellow and brown stains. Absolutely disgusting. In all our years of traveling and staying in hotels across three continents, we’ve never encountered anything this unhygienic. Bottom line: This place may look nice at first glance, but the lack of cleanliness and poor response from staff make it a hard no for us. It’s disappointing because the setup and location have so much potential — but cleanliness is non-negotiable.

This place is one of the best I have ever lived in. It is super clean, super quiet and is worth its value. On top of that, the staff at reception are very helpful and so kind. This place has been my home for last 2 months. Some places give you a bed. This one made my soul happy. The coffee? A daily love letter. The books and quotes? Tiny soul-hugs. The vibes in the reception? Immaculate — like a playlist that always knows your mood. And the people I met? Probably characters from a novel I’d actually want to live in. Thank you for a stay that felt more like a beautifully brewed experience than just accommodation. Wishing you endless good coffee, good company, and just the right amount of drama to keep things interesting!

Soulmaid is a serviced apartment or apart-hotel located in Garkingen, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere thanks to its full wooden structure. The ambiance is cozy and unique. Service is friendly and helpful. At the entrance, there’s a well-stocked shop with most essentials you might need during your stay. Breakfast is fine — nothing special, but it does the job. Rooms are also okay: functional and clean.

Most environmental friendly hotel I’ve visited. With flowing energy and the friendliest people and atmosphere. We stayed one night as a stop over to the airport.

I recently stayed at Soulmade Hotel and had a fantastic experience, thanks especially to Aba at the reception. From the moment I arrived, Aba was incredibly warm, kind, and professional. His welcoming attitude and genuine smile made me feel comfortable right away. A big thank you to Aba and the whole Soulmade team. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

OK, let me do the pros first. They gave us a pretty good apartment room. I had a kitchenette. It had a living area and a bedroom and a bathroom. It was super nice and that respect very spacious but on the way to the room, you could smell marijuana in the hallway from some other hotel guest, which was very annoying because I don’t like cigarettes and I don’t like the smell of anything Like that. Also check in they build us and also build us again for parking so we did get a credit for it three days later however it was annoying that they had to argue with us and tell us that oh no that part didn’t go through when it actually did and we could see it on our statement . The worst part was breakfast. We tried at the first day and it wasn’t worth $15. It wasn’t even worth five dollars. It was terrible absolutely awful. I wanted a cappuccino I had to pay for it and it cost almost as much as breakfast so it was ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend eating there. I honestly wouldn’t recommend staying there because when I left there, I had bites on the sides of my neck and it could be fleas. It could be bedbugs. I’m still not sure what it is , very upset about it too. It’s very annoying.

A great hotel located in the middle of nowhere in Garching bei München, this hotel can be hard to find the first time. It is about 30-35mins from the Munich Hauptbahnof including walking time to the closest underground transit station, making it in my opinion rather removed from the city center, however it could be a great base for exploring the outskirts of the city itself. Garching itself seems to be a nice little town, now absorbed into Munich itself. The hotel itself is brand new, and it has technology integrated into multiple aspects of living here - be it the self-check in counters or the tablet present in every room, or the motion-activated nightlights. The staff are very friendly, helpful and cheerful. There is a store at the entrance called EMMA which sells basic supplies, which although rather overpriced is a welcome source for toothbrushes and midnight snacks. The hotel seems to emphasize eco-friendliness and general sustainability. The only major complaint I have with this hotel is the airconditioning, which does not really seem to function at all. Wall-mounted displays for controlling airconditioning are misleading and incorrect, and rooms are rather warm (especially in summer when I stayed here). Apparently, the airconditioning system used is not a conventional system - whatever the case, it simply does not function as an airconditioner should.

We stayed here for Oktoberfest. It was a great location about 35minutes away on train from the festivities tucked away in a quite suburb. The amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

I have to admit that i do not like staying in hqotels while on business trips, no mater the level of luxury or the friendliness of the my favorite part of my stay is when I have the invoice in my pocket and I am on my way out of the door to go home. I found myself really liking Soulmade more than any other hotel I have stayed at in recent years. Hotels which have cost € 270 per night have not made me as comfortable as this one which cost a fraction of the price. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the cosy atmosphere and a fire crackling in the "Living room" which is what they call the ground floor hang out area. This functions as hotel bar, breakfast, working & and relaxation area. The rooms have also been designed to be are very comfortable and are more like small apartments which even have a small cooking area which has been very nicely done. When you see the cooking area you realize what the 24 hour self service shop in the lobby is for. It's really a neat idea. Next time i stay there i would like to try that out although there are lots of good restaurants in under 10 minutes walk. I found the bed was comfortable, the breakfast very good and the staff friendly. It will be my choice next time i have to stay un the area. The only criticism I have is about a small feature in the room while I found annoying. At floor level in the room the have mounted some movement sensor operated convenience night lights (so you don't walk into furniture in the night) however the one opposite the bed seemed to detect that every time i moved in bed it would come on. I ended up getting out of bed and putting a pillow over it.

I have been travelling a lot and so slept in many accommodation, I can tell this one was the best of all what I experienced until now. The feeling is not like being in a hotel, its more comfortable more like home. The architecture, the furniture, the room color concept...everything is in a warm, puristic ambiente. Also a big plus is the 'livingroom area' to relax and chill. I can recommend the breakfast buffet aswell, very cheap for what you get. I liked the openminded concept. I didnt felt like a hotelguest during this 5 weeks I lived there, it was more personal. This made the atmosphere even more nice. ...and also the very, very friendly, kind and helpful stuff. Nit to mention the ecological idea, also an aspect that goes along with my pro-planet thinking. Well, I was a little sad to leave. -I guess, there is nothing more to say then: Thank you Soulmade.
