Soup & Soul Kitchen – Vegan | Vibrant!

My girlfriend and I decided to try this restaurant while looking for something different from the typical German cuisine. And we couldn't have been happier about this choice! A very relaxed atmosphere with soft lighting and soul-themed decorations accompanies a very friendly staff. But the highlight was absolutely the food! Organic ingredients responsibly sourced and masterfully mixed together to give a symphony of flavours. The gnocchi with wild morel mushrooms and smoked garlic were probably one of the best dishes we ever had! Definitely a must try if you visit Goslar :)

Fantastic food and service. Options that are gluten free, soya free and dairy free and still tasty. Had a chocolate mousse dessert 😁 prices are also reasonable. Interesting drinks options also. Thank you to the waitor that spoke good English and was friendly and helpful.

This was one of the best if not the best meal I have had in my life. Everything was unique and there was so much care put into the dishes. We could not get over how great the food was and each mouthful was a masterpiece. I would give 10 stars if it was possible…

After climbing in the Okertal we spontaneously decided to have dinner at this vegan restaurant. We had very refreshing non alcolholic drinks accompanied with a small side dish of bread and lettuce, and as main course we chose linguine with lemon and gnocchi with mushrooms. We really liked the original flavors and the looks. Although it looked like a small amount on the large plates, it was enough food, even after sporting! If we could give one tip, we would have liked a bit more (green) veggies on the side.

Best. Vegan. Meal. Ever. Tasteful decoration and cozy atmosphere. Friendly, attentive and welcoming staff. Alcohol free cocktails (on request also w/ alcohol) and organic wines. Delicious food with carefully selected organic ingredients. Recommendations: Gnocchi with morels, chocolate mousse

Excellent restaurant. I am not a vegan, so I'm usually disappointed when I go to a restaurant with solely vegan options, but not here. Just by looking at the menu, you can feel the passion that the owners have for interesting, unique and of course healthy ingredients. Every dish and ingredients are explained in detail on the menu. The food is excellent and clearly prepared with love.

Great experience. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, the service was friendly, and the ambience was great. The icing on the cake was that they've chosen the right music and it's at the right volume. 👌 To those who've left negative reviews complaining that you couldn't take your kids or your dog or your large group, I think you might be missing the point of this restaurant. Most other restaurants already accommodate your needs, so go there. Some of us want a peaceful and relaxing evening with a person whose company we treasure where we can be present and really enjoy the entire experience without kids running around, dogs barking, and groups of people shouting over each other.
