Everything is okay Until they enter our room without our permission. Please carefully put the No disturb sign or they will enter the room without our permission their key. I forgot to put and they entered while we were sleeping. That’s so disgusting. Plus, you need to leave your key card when you go outside so take care of your money and stuffs. Wifi is also useless.

I rated this in Agoda on my first visit so thought I'd add one to Google this time round. Let's be clear: I'm a backpacker and I'm rating this as a budget option, paying £17-19 per night. For that cost i think it's terrific value and if i return to Vientiane I'll book it again without hesitation. It in a great position, central and all sorts of restaurants, cafes, temples, bicycle/scooter hire, night market etc close by. The hotel itself is spacious and gracious, as are the rooms in which everything (that i want/need) is provided and everything works well (and is comfortable, in the case of the bed/pillows). The cheapest rooms have no window (but they have a fan, air-con, lovely polished wooden floors, are very large and have a very high ceiling and good lighting - so personally i don't mind not having a window when everything else is better than usual in this price range.) The icing on the cake is the staff, who are outstanding - genuinely friendly and helpful and all English speaking, which just makes things so easy. It's a great budget hotel.

I stayed in room 401 for 28 nights. It is an end room facing the river with a city view. The room is pretty spacious and has twin beds. It is furnished and decorated very simply. The windows let in light but do not open. The a/c worked well and it must be used to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. I neither watched the TV nor used the mini fridge. The WiFi network speed was sometimes slow. The shower has an instant water heater and there is ample water pressure. The room and bathroom were very clean. The linens and towels were also clean. Mosquitoes are somehow able to get into this particular room. One can sometimes hear the other guests but not intrusively. The staff were friendly towards me. I thought 385,000 kip per night was reasonable for this room.

Be carefull this hotel posting your picture online also if you nor choosing to be there guest. Your personal info is in risk to protect themself from having you post bad things about them. Pay more/the same and go to a good vibe and respectfull place..

We just wanted to stay at a simple hotel/guesthouse for the night, then this happened. The owner and front desk staff are rudest in the world. They told us if you have young children they don’t want you there as their guest. We were told if your kids get loud I will kick you out. In fact, I will just cancel your booking and let Agoda refund your money. We did not stay and she was happy to watch us walk out the door. No respect. Loud and Angry. Zero customer service. Read more reviews of how she has treated others in the past before you make your decision to stay. Avoid this place. It’s not worth the hassle.

It is pretty good for budget hotel. Great location, quiet and clean rooms. Old style hotel with no lift/elevator, so you have to take luggage up and down by yourself(no helper staff)

Clean, well priced, and very quiet. The woman at the front desk speaks English and was very helpful in getting us a taxi to the train station using a Laos car hailing app. Incredible location!
