Every staff member was professional and kind, but I’d like to give special thanks to Ansar, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Beautiful hotel in the heart of the souk with amazing staff! We absolutely loved our stay at Souq Waqif Tivoli. It’s a beautiful and peaceful escape right in the heart of the souk. The location is perfect for exploring the area but once you’re inside, it feels calm and quiet. The staff were genuinely wonderful, always kind and helpful, and made us feel so welcome. The pool was a real highlight with sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and great quality. We also loved the little buggy service that takes you around the souk which made everything really easy. The hotel itself is stunning with lovely rooms and a special atmosphere. We’d definitely stay here again.

Fantastic 3 night stay in Doha en route to Canada. Lovely quiet hotel, room had city lights views. All the staff were so amazing and helpful. Especially like to thank Ansar, nothing was too much trouble ( he could be management material). Jamal was great too. Too many staff to thank, everyone was amazing.

He welcomed us with a big smile when we first arrived and personally made sure we got to our car on the last day. Throughout our stay, he was consistently kind, helpful, and genuinely warm. Thanks to him, both the beginning and end of our visit felt perfect. I’d definitely love to come back again!
