I had a really disappointing experience here. First off, they have a no refund policy even if you cancel well in advance, which feels extremely unfair ,especially for travelers whose plans can change unexpectedly. On top of that, the room I stayed in was not as clean as advertised. There were visible stains and a general lack of upkeep that made the stay uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer support team, the response was slow and unhelpful. It felt like they were more interested in avoiding responsibility than actually addressing concerns.
I rarely leave reviews, but I hope this helps others avoid the same experience. Definitely not worth the hassle or the money
