We had our daughter's wedding reception here in September. Emma is who we worked with up until the day of the wedding and she was very easy to communicate with and helpful with ideas and planning. We live 3 hours away and she made it easy to talk with emails and texts. We used a day of coordinator to set up our stuff but she did get some help from a staff member who was in charge of our event for the day. The ceremony was held down the street at The Arch at Lakeside beach and was just about a 10 minute walk down to the brewery. We had the courtyard area reserved and the staff did a good job of making sure it was just our guests in the area. There was a concert going on across the street that we knew about months ahead and had been warned it could get really busy and we would be able to hear the concert but we didn't really even hear it over our own DJ. Emma did suggest for us to add the satellite bar for our guest so they would not be crowded in the main bar area ordering drinks and we did do it but it was not worth it. It was just a small folding table and looked tacky for the extra couple hundred dollars we had to spend for it, and in the end the majority of our guests used the main bar area with zero problems or long lines. Our biggest complaint would be the food. They use an outside caterer and the food was awful. We had a pasta that had obviously sat around for a while and you could not even tell there was any sauce on it. The vegetable we had was broccoli and it was just burnt to a crisp. They did not put out the Caesar salad that we paid for and was in our contract, they finally put it out but it was after 80% of our guests had already got their food. The food was our only big problem. The atmosphere was so great, especially at night when all the lights come on and they turn on the fire pits. I would for sure suggest this place for a wedding reception but would also suggest you use an outside caterer and not the one they provide.
