South Point | Antigua

Lovely location ,valet parking. The Angus beef burger served medium was well done. Birthday song played when dessert was served along with sparkler on top of a chocolate muffin was perfect. Our server Leah was such a gem,always smiling providing excellent service and was very attentive to detail. If possible request her to be your server.| We enjoyed the waterfront dining and view of the Russian boat which gave the harbor a romantic backdrop.|We definetly will return.

Not long back from another great vacation at our favourite place to stay in Antigua. The location is perfect - quiet and away from the crowds, yet close to the marina, lots of resturants within walking distance, and just a short walk from historic Nelson's Dockyard. Well appointed accommodation and the staff are simply fantastic. Perfect!

We had a fabulous stay. We were very impressed with South Point. It's a great location in Falmouth Harbour in easy walking distance to a variety of very good restaurants. The hotel restaurant Maia is extremely good, our best meals were had here. Great breakfasts too to set you up for the day with options so you're not eating the same thing each day The hotel is very clean, stylish with helpful friendly staff. Minor issues for us was the mood lighting in the room, its too moody especially in the bathroom looks nice but is not practical. There is also next to no shade around the pool ideal if you worship the sun but not if you are careful about sun exposure. However we had a large balcony to our room with sun loungers to keep us out of the sun with great views of the sail boats and super yachts in the harbour. We would definitely stay here again and cant wait.

Excellent location, beautiful scenery, wonderful team. Food was great so was the service and care of the team. Very clean rooms, great style of furniture and decorations, very modern. Breathtaking sunrise. vicinity to great restaurants.

A beautiful high-end hotel - with modern decor. Very quiet and safe surroundings. Staff were always eager to assist. Clarice and Danica were amazing along with a young lady at breakfast...whose name eludes me. The breakfast was sufficient...the same items daily...but very tasty. The dinner was delicious - especially the Australian lamb. The room was a lovely open plan...with a fully equipped kitchen - everything you need and more...from a microwave to a dishwasher. The bed was comfortable - imagine waking up to picturesque views of the bay and stylish yachts. The bathroom is quite large with an added touch of a bidet. The water pressure is powerful. The A/C and ceiling fan worked well. There is also cable tv available. The lighting is a bit sparse but it adds to the ambience. As mentioned earlier...this hotel is very hjgh end/so it also translates to the prices...but worth it. South Point is positioned near restaurants and taking evening strolls. Although it's a beachfront property...it's not recommended for bathing but mainly sea sports.|Pigeon Point beach is about 10 minutes up a hill....it's also worth the exercise..The first day it seems insufferable...day 2 it gets tolerable. Even though the hotel lacks nightly entertainment...it doesn't take away from the charm and the service. This hotel is really gorgeous and for the positive reviews...most of the staff are to be credited. I highly recommend it.|

Staff and services brilliant. Nothing to much trouble. Food absolutely excellent at every level. Apartments need some serious update in interior design. Very dim lighting on grey walls with no pictures give the impression of a prison cell. Care of the Apartments however is good.

Fantastic location, staff and facilities. Perfect as a base to see the island and not tied to an All-inclusive deal. Breakfast was perfect and set you up for the day, be it sight seeing or lounging. Local area is vibrant with lots of good restaurants and bars.| Staff so friendly .... made to feel really welcome. Couple of things to watch - Iron didnt work (but you dont iron on holiday!) and a dish cloth and washing up liquid would have helped for the days (not many) when we ate in... both minor things that could be easily rectified. That said the cleaning was immaculate and nothing was too much trouble.. making this a great holiday.

Fab stay, nice penthouse, fab shower. Loved the pool and its setting. Grounds kept clean and tidy. Breakfast substantial, and tasty, especially the daily bakery items. The best thing about Southpoint was the staff, friendly, helpful, from housekeeping to reception, everyone we encountered were always polite and smiley.
