We stayed for one night. Due to late check-in, we got a complimentary upgrade to an executive room. It was a very large room with ample space and furniture for a family of three. Overall, the hotel is okay but cannot be a five or even a four star. We tried their lunch buffet at zest restaurant, for a price of 1200 per person, it didn’t meet expectation. However, the complimentary breakfast in the same restaurant next day was much better in terms of food, variety, and service. The other restaurant offers 499 lunch buffet, which is South Indian meals, and it seemed promising. The location of this hotel is really good and connect centrally to all parts of the city. Most of the tourist places are 10 to 15 minutes away. Good infrastructure but there needs to be improvement in the training of the staff and services in general. They also need to use better and cleaner cutlery, especially for in room dining services. The room, although big didn’t seem as it was maintained well. Same was the case with the lobby area, pool and the lawn. If I returned to Mysore, this wouldn’t be my first preference to stay, but it wouldn’t be my last as well.

Firstly, I would like to start w the reviews on Google already. I read the Google reviews and was excited to go to this place and enjoy my vacation. However, once I went to this place, I realised everything I read was a big lie. I would say, the room was alright except the fact that the air conditioning did not work properly and there was no tissue paper in the room, even after asking them. Secondly, we had asked for a roll in bed, which they did give but after FIVE times of asking them. This was the first day of our stay, we didn’t think much of it as we just assumed that the management was busy. However, when the second day arrived, we went down for the complimentary breakfast, expecting decent food that is edible. But I guess that was too much to ask for, as when we took the sandwiches, we found the plastic(the one cheese comes in) in the sandwiches. When we told the management, he just took a plate, took the plastic and went off saying “ it’s just the cheese” No apology, nothing at all. Shows just how bad the service was. And then, the food was dry and cold. Definitely, not worth the hype. And then, on the last day of our stay, waiting at the reception, we decided to drink the welcome drink and one of the CLEAN cups to find that there was a lipstick stain on that. And when we told the management, we overheard them tell the restaurant staff that “ this was the second time”…. There was also mould growing on the flowers at the reception table…. However, the room was really comfortable and nice…hence, if u wish for a unique experience, I suggest you stay at this hotel ❤️

I have experienced 5 star hotels in the UAE and found the breakfast buffet in this hotel to be the best so far. The rooms are really spacious for a family of 4. They are very clean and beds are very comfy and the area is calm and right in the middle of the city.||The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special mention of Abishek, Kajal, Lilly.

Alright hotel with all the basics. But there are nicer ones in Mysore with similar price tags. Generally definitely not a 4*, a European 3.5 id say. Breakfast: present and decent tastes and flavours Rooms: again, foundations there but nothing extraordinary Gym: present, partially broken (Pull machine, one treadmill stuck & AC), nice view onto pool. Front desk; No earplugs at the front desk, no dedication to servicing the guests as one would expect of a 5*. Fabrics: towels and bedsheets with stains and smelling of cigarette smoke.

Mixed feelings about the place. Pros: The location is great—near the train station and sightseeing spots. I felt safe and secure. The lobby has nice settings, and it’s quiet at night. The food at the Zest restaurant is super tasty. Cons: We asked for a quiet room but were given one with a connecting door, so we could basically hear the neighbor breathing next door—terrible! They changed our room, which was better. The rooms are not clean; they don’t do proper dusting and just clean around things and furniture. There was also a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Service is fast for Indian guests but slow for Europeans. The food menu mentions a happy hour, but when they bring the bill, they claim it doesn’t exist. The staff works until 11 PM and is already back at breakfast by 7 AM. The men at reception should be more respectful toward their female coworkers.

Excellent Hotel, rooms and the property is top notch. Food in the restaurant is quite good, fair spread, tasty. Facilitates in the property like swimming pool is good. Centrally located close to railway station and palace. Only area of improvement was service in the restaurant, was very slow needs more training, we had to ask for everything twice or thrice for them to act.

Located around prime area in Mysore. The hotel is very nice and feels welcoming. Staff are helpful to certain extent but the hotel seems disorganised. We were checked into a room where there was guest. Then things got little better. The night was bad when we got back to the hotel. The gates were closed as the parking was full and no security guards or anyone at the gate. We had to wait 5-7 minutes before we could enter in to get back to our room. Phone call to hotel was of no use as it was not getting through/ busy. A bad experience on these two occasions on same day.
