Mövenpick Hotel Ikoyi Lagos

I’ve had many excellent experiences at the Mövenpick Hotel in Ikoyi. From the moment you arrive , the staff is warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. Service is smooth, and the ambiance of the lobby immediately sets a relaxing tone. For business travelers, the hotel offers fantastic meeting areas—quiet, well-equipped, and perfect for both quick discussions and more formal meetings. WiFi is available. One of the highlights was the dining experience—both the buffet and à la carte options were delicious, fresh, and offered a good variety of continental and Nigerian cuisine. The pool area and fitness center (includes sauna and steam room) were also well maintained, providing perfect spaces to unwind. Overall, Mövenpick Ikoyi is a fantastic choice for comfort, safety, and quality in Lagos.

The variety of food as always was great, the taste was fantastic. The waiters were neat, and friendly . The food was properly done and tasty. We ( my husband and I) came in for the buffet on Saturday evening , and the atmosphere and warm reception made it a beautiful delight . The music was great. Movenpick Hotel Ikoyi is fast becoming our safe place for celebrations.

It was a very pleasant experience. The tea break was top notch, staff were on point, lunch was simply on point! Micheal, Toheeb, Efeomote, Austin (Beverage) were all so great. They made our visit to Movenpick really memorable. I am bringing my family this yuletide to spend their holiday. Weldone team

The hotel in a nice, convenient area near businesses and eateries. The rooms are clean and well appointed. However, the AC unit in my room was loud and the safety bar was broken on the door (I did not bring it to the staff's attention until checkout). The buffet offers a lot of options and has real coffee available. The staff are the best part - they are top tier in customer service.

From the customer service during my enquiry, to the food and ambience were all top-notch! 👏🏽 The meeting room was perfectly equipped and the staffs were attentive and professional. Made our meeting a breeze!👍 Would definitely recommend your hotel for future events. 💯

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend with my family, and we really enjoyed it. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely set up. The service was fantastic, the staff were friendly and always happy to help. Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d definitely come back again.

My favourite thing was the breakfast spread and there is a man i believe supervisor who kept coming to check if we were okay.. The Dinner spread was absolutely great as well.. Me and my family would definitely be back

Movenpick is that hotel really. What stood out for me was their food! The chefs are amazingly skilled. I loved that I could find what I knew and try out food I haven't had before. Each meal was well labelled and it was a buffet setting. I loved the pineapple and orange juices the most!!! Additionally, I love the "care" the hotel put into providing amenities for each guest's welfare. Everything was thoughtfully curated. Also, the staff were always so willing to help out and were professional while at it. It is really commendable. However, something I didn't exactly like was that the fridge was available for only items put up for sale. I feel like the occupants for each room should have access to preserve things they wish to freeze overnight. Plus, for rooms with double bed, it means there will be two occupants, why can't each share breakfast? Finally, checking out time by 11am as opposed to the 12am I am used to was a shock to me. Maybe the hotel can also look into this. Overall, I really loved my stay and I will miss the food so much! Sadly, I have no picture to show for the amazing food!
