It was a very good hotel. Highlights: an absolutely amazing breakfast, a lovely vegetarian friendly restaurant Musuku, a baby crocodile pond, very friendly staff and a good and peaceful location. The only bad thing was the airport shuttle (which never came) but we sorted that out with the staff and are very satisfied with our stay. I give this one a strong recommendation!

I was there with my friends recently, and the service stood out the most for me, alongside the exquisite appearance of the hotel. The hotel's interior is elegant and spacious and its exterior is good looking, with a beautiful landscape to complement it. The staff were very, very kind. Amazing place.

An excellent hotel in Lusaka busy central district, close to all amenities and very safe part of town. Excellent breakfast and cafeteria with a young juvenile crocs in their outdoor area!! It’s almost like having breakfast in the middle of a safe swamp full of life! Great pool and exercise area. My top choice for any business trips to Lusaka!

This is by far one of my favourite hotels in Lusaka. Room service is close to perfect and the ambiance is one of a kind. There are other facilities close by for example a bank and a airlines company which makes it easy and accessible to operate with your business. I also love the location of it it gives good vibes.

I facilitated a workshop for a client and the service in general was great. From the GM to every waiter that I interacted with. Well done! The food was good and the snacks during the breaks were tasty and light - just as they are supposed to be. The facilities we used were professional and certainly met my expectations. Well done and I hope to visit again in the near future.

Best hotel is Lusaka, Zambia to stay. Food is really good. The team is too good. Always there to help you. Halal food is problem sometime but you can let them know well in advance and they will manage. Breakfast is too good. Ask for Viven the Chef one of the best I met but everyone is too good. The managers are awesome so are the receptionist. Don in laundry is very helpful went an extra mile to help in hour of need.

I stayed 4 weeks here at the Southern Sun while on an assignment in Lusaka, and they couldn’t have been any better. I felt at home in my month away from home. Clean, friendly, great service. A great stay that i hope to do again on a leisure level in the future.

I stayed at the Southern Sun Ridgeway in October. Despite the energy challenges in Zambia, I had a fantastic stay with excellent service from the staff, including Dyness, Gladys and the staff. |The rooms were clean and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and courteous and amenities are very good.|The hotel is situated in a nice part of soccer and there is parking available as well as free Wi-Fi. Breakfast are very well appointed with options for most tastes.|Even though Zambia is currently suffering with energy crisis, the disruption at the hotel was minimal and the Wi-Fi was always live.|I have stayed here on numerous occasions and have always received exemplary service. I can recommend this hotel whether it is a business or personal trip and I will definitely be returning here!
