Wonderful mall with luxury, variant food providers in the court. Cozy and pleasant ambiance during the holiday season. No much activities and attractions for kids (playground is underdeveloped ,I don't want to be biases, But I see things in kids eyes).Secure, Familial and organized. Will revisit mid december.

Love the holiday lights and decorations. Pretty nice mall with less traffic, in the morning. Plenty options of fast food places and dine-in restaurants. Clean floors, walls, restrooms and stores and I can’t forget about the customer service I’ve received from several businesses.

I appreciate the upscale atmosphere of South Park Mall, as I prefer environments that are not overcrowded with unsupervised teenagers or individuals who disrupt the shopping experience. In my opinion, South Park Mall surpasses other shopping centers, and I sincerely hope they maintain this luxurious ambiance moving forward. To add, It would be beneficial for them to actively monitor and enforce regulations regarding illegal parking in handicap spaces. This would ensure that individuals with legitimate handicap permits can park conveniently without having to walk long distances.

South Park Rotary is looking for you! Especially if you like to help others, volunteer and creating change in the community! Please join us for our weekly Rotary Meet at Suffolk Punch, located near the food court at SouthPark Mall. We are between the food court and Dicks Sporting Goods. We meet in a back room past the bar at 7:30am. We provide a carafe of coffee for your enjoyment! Suffolk is now serving breakfast!

I absolutely love South Park. The environment is a much more cleaner mall compared to others I have been to. All of the stores are amazing there and I love going back to school shopping there. It is the perfect activity to do if your bored and want to have some fun walking around.

Google
Luxury shopping center , i love food court, and there’s a lot of famous brand I love Christmas tree 🌲😍

Google
This is a great mall with some of the best merchants in this area. The layout is not the best and it can get confusing if you’ve never been here before. But all in all a good place to visit. If you have time visit the food court. They have some great restaurants to choose from. Security is usually good around the mall. Just remember to lock your car doors.

I attended the Turkey Trot 8k this morning. It was fabulous as always! They are very well organized and everything is always marked well so you have zero questions. Now whoever changed the route this year to include more hills is on the naughty list🤣

Yelp
Management...please check the public restrooms in the mall. All but one facet is working in the women's restroom.

Yelp
South Park mall is located in Charlotte NC. Its a great place to walk around browsing, have a nice lunch and pick up a few things that I really didn't need, lol! Ive been here a few times, but this time was specifically to purchase a gift from Sur La Table. South Park has plenty of free parking available. Its also very cleaned and well maintained. Also my favorite stores are in the mall as well. Most of the stores here are much larger than my local mall, which is a plus. I will definitely revisit when time permits to adventure to more dept stores.

Yelp
Great mall! It's always well lit and clean. I love all of the luxury stores. However, the Nordstrom needs a total makeover. The store was literally blowing out heat from there air unit and I seen one of the employees wiping sweat from his forehead. It's obvious that they are severely understaffed at that store. Nonetheless, South Park is a great mall. The employees at diptyque were very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. I was so happy to find a great selection and a new fragrance.

Yelp
This mall has been around for ages. It has changed so much since I used to go as a kid with my mom. But I would say those changes are for the better. It's absolutely beautiful in there. So many seats to take a rest and relax from a day of shopping. Plenty of restaurant options from something quick or to sit down and enjoy a lunch or dinner.

Yelp
Typical but slightly upscale mall in South Park neighborhood of Charlotte. Managed by Simon, the big name in malls. Stores like Dillard's, Nordstroms, Neiman Marcus, L"Occitane, Boss, Peloton, Macy's, Belk and the like ... great selection. If you like malls, this one proves that brick-and-mortar stores aren't quite yet a thing of the past. Nice big multi-story parking lot connected to it. If you are in a shopping mood, this place is highly recommended.

Yelp
Stopped by here while waiting on my friend to have her surgery. I sat in the food court. It was such a beautiful space. Very clean. I sat and worked a little and they had the perfect spaces for it. Stopped by Panera for a muffin and coffee. I wore my Steelers jersey so I had some fans, lol! Maybe some haters too, but they didn't approach me, but the fans did! Lol! It was such a cool space. I will be back

Yelp
This is a very nice mall! It's spacious, clean and offers a variety of stores! They have a lot of upscale stores like Louis Vuitton, Kendra Scot, Rolex and more. There is plenty of free parking and lots of places to eat at inside and outside.

Yelp
This mall rivals many Westfield-branded Malls I've been to in California. They have stores for all budgets with plenty of parking in the garages. The on-site Cigar Lounge Tinderbox is housed here and is a great find while there. This mall is taken care of and kept clean and updated. Casual ambiance and laid out well, the maps help you find right where you want to be. Located a very short drive from CLT, this makes it an easy stop if you just landed and need anything before hitting your hotel or other location.

Yelp
While living in NC I would frequent this mall. Not too big just enough to cover your shopping needs. I visited again while in NC and we amazed by how many stores have been added to this mall. Customer service is always on point in all of the stores that I have been in They have a variety of stores to chose from with a wide selection of designer and basic. I love the Tory Burch store always get a good deal, more value love this place!

Yelp
Welcome to the premier shopping experience in the greater Charlotte area which is SouthPark Mall. This upscale mall has stood the test of time and remained relevant for many years. Every time I come here, the mall is always clean, the grounds well kept and the mall is safe. The parking situation isn't bad and they do a great of job of having plenty of parking and valet options. Over the years, I have come to this mall for Hermes, Louis Vuitton and Ralph Lauren but Hermes and Ralph Lauren have since closed which still leaves many great stores such as Gucci, Lacoste, Macy's Macy's, Nordstroms, Hugo Boss and many many more. Also, SouthPark is in close proximity to many great restaurants so after all day shopping then you can get a nice lunch or quiet dining. If you choose to stay at the mall to eat then you have many options, even some healthy options. I highly recommend SouthPark mall for all your shopping needs as they have many stores that you won't find any place else in the Charlotte area.

Yelp
This is my go-to mall! I love this mall and all the stores that are located inside. Even after I moved away from Southpark and now live in Matthew's, I still make my way to this side just to come to this mall. It did look much more different than the last time I came. They have built a Suffolk brewery right outside of the food court area and moved the playground they had, directly infront of Dicks sporting goods now. Most of all, the main stores are there, including pink, H&M, VS, Cinnabon, etc. The vibe is always great and friendly from everyone. The weekends are usually the busiest as normal but weren't so crowded this Saturday that I went, which was great. Decided to grab some lunch at their Chinese spot they have, and it never disappoints. I did see they were adding in some new stores, mainly clothing, but no drastic changes other than the new restaurant. Defibetly a high-end mall, which I feel is always worth the trip.

Jonathan B.

Yelp
Beautiful mall with plenty of upscale shopping. However, the small kiosk/ table set up just before the food court, next to the Claire's ruined the trip. The "gentlemen" running the operation were incredibly pushy, snarky, and rude. All I wanted was to get to the food court. I don't know where people get off harassing others who are just trying to shop. If the mall knew what was good for them- they would get rid of that tenant.

Yelp
Tucara,Sephora South Park Mall, CLT NC, July 14, afternoon, greeted me, I had several products I needed, Tucara, made great suggestions, I bought all products, and very pleased with my purchases, I work for major airline, I live in Fla, when I return , I ask for Tucara

Yelp
Very fancy and high end tier area to shop. Bring your bank account bc it's pricey but recommend

Yelp
Complete rip off! Their "2 item combo" is supposed to be 2 proteins and 1 side. This place counts "GREEN BEANS" as one of your proteins. Im not joking! So, as an example, let's say you got one scoop of Bourbon Chicken and one scoop Orange Chicken with one scoop of Green Beans. This place would charge you for a 3 Item Combo instead of a 2 Item Combo. They say that Green Beans count as a protein and not a side. It's a TOTAL SCAM!! Then the Chinese lady at the register looked at me and said "come on, it's just an extra dollar" and continued to try and ring me up. When I had already had told her to just put it back if they were scamming people this way. Unbelievable!!

Yelp
This is specifically for that rude valet attendant. I was dropping off my 85 year old mother with mobility issues. She was meeting friends at that popular italian joint. The attendant was very rude and had 0 empathy for the handicapped person. I guess southpark mall only cares about your money than you as a person orthe community. So sad for such a good mall. Ive been to other simon properties who even helped my mom get out of the car and to the front door. Not here though. Shameful.

Yelp
Ayana at Michael Kors was very informative and kind to my family as we browse the store. She gave us the discount that the store offered at the time. I'll be back to see her.

Yelp
Great mall!! So not too much to say - this mall is very big and clean! The biggest surprise was that they have luxury stores (Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Coach, etc) I was not expecting that at all (just moved here a few months ago). They also have the Cheesecake Factory and other great restaurants to eat at. The mall is very clean and was very spacious. To be honest, I came here on a Saturday and there were tons of people here shopping. Some people wore masks- a small few didn't. I didn't really come here with any items in mind to buy I just wanted to see how the mall actually looked and I was not disappointed! My recommendation would be if you are looking for a store in particular- review the directory online before you come to see where the store is located. This mall is huge and sometimes you just wanna get to where you are going. With that being said- comfortable shoes is a must lol. Overall, great mall with great stores. I would highly recommend!

Yelp
SouthPark is one of the great stores in my opinion. I have seen many things here, and they have good service. They are friendly sellers. They also have a parking place and park the car by themselves. In short, I was satisfied with my stay here.

Yelp
They opened SouthPark the same year I moved to Charlotte in 1970. It was an experience and a destination even then and much of the surrounding area was still open fields and meadows. Totally chanced and little to remind you of those early days. SouthPark has only gotten bigger and more opulent. Myriad of stores offering something for everyone. This review is on SouthPark at Christmas. My wife loves to come here during Christmas to see the decorations, battle the crowds and shop till she drops. This year was no different and she enjoyed it. I have a bit of a problem walking so I sat near one of the fountains near the entrance and just enjoyed watching the people have fun. Decorations are not as extravagant as they have been in years past which while simpler, their lower key makes a much greater impact. One minor change I did not was the valet parking. Rather than give a ticket, they message a ticket to you instead. They should close the loop on this one and when the customer pulls up the ticket to check out, it should signal an attendant at that time to get the car. That way, you are not waiting for them to pull the car up. The do also now offer limousine service to other malls and destination in the area including the airport and uptown as well which is new.

Yelp
Okay I am updating my review from a few years ago. I was back in Charlotte visiting my friend and we went to this mall again. There are a ton of stores ranging from regular mall stores (think like Sephora, Lush, Apple Store, etc) and lots of upscale stores (Louis Vuitton, Gucci, David Yurman, Tiffany, etc). This mall is beautiful. The only suggestion I have is to go during the day on a week day. The weekends are very busy at this mall. Overall I will be back for more shopping the next time I'm in Charlotte!

Yelp
Since this has been my home away from home for YEARS, thought I should put in a review. I used to frequent this mall at least once a week...but in the past several years, I've become more of an online shopper, so not as much of a frequent shopper here anymore. Still, I manage to stop in at least once a month if only to browse and walk around. Guess this has been my go-to mall mainly because I love of its anchor stores, like Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus...and since it's the nicest mall in town. More than the other malls, I always thought that South Park did a better job keeping the place beautifully decorated, as well as clean and shiny on the most part. Plus, despite some high-end stores like Louis Vuitton and Cartier, there are plenty of affordably priced, mid-range stores as well. There are always an abundance of sales in all the stores...so really, the mall isn't as snobby as most folks seems to think? Sadly, there are some disappointments. I realized just recently that Sephora is no longer there...but possibly closed for renovation or relocation?? Bummer because Sephora was one of my fave stores. Thank God Anthropologie, Chicos and Urban Outfitters are still there. I also love the many newer additions, like Altar'd State, Kendra Scott and Papyrus. Another disappointment is the lack of sales reps available at cosmetic counters in all the department stores. This, of course, has been getting worse by the year...thanks to a growing trend of online shoppers, like me! On my recent visit to one of the cosmetic counters (Lancome?), I noticed how long it took to get assistance...since there was only one lady manning several counters. The same goes for all retail areas in all the department stores. Though not yet as bad as the cosmetic departments, the number of retail reps seemed to have decreased over the past few years. NOT loving this trend...in the waning number of store reps, and customer service in general. Still, I can't blame the mall since it's really because of shoppers, like me, that have largely been absent at the mall. I haven't totally abandoned the mall, but I have been going there less and less. Anyway, I only hope this great mall survives the advent of online shoppers, as well as a growing number of suburbia shopping strips. Personally, I'm going to make more of an effort to visit the mall more. In fact, I'm going to make an effort to at least buy some regular items, like high-end makeup at the mall...NOT from Amazon or ebay. I only wish others make an effort too. After all, wouldn't it be sad if this, as well as other big malls, disappear??

Yelp
Lots of stores to visit and digital screen touch maps are around every corner so you don't get lost. Good options for food as well.
google avatar

Neema B.

Yelp
I love this mall. It's the best in Charlotte with a combination of department stores, high end stores and speciality stores. I love that there is an H&M which offers trendy but affordable clothing options as well as J.Crew, Express, Banana Republic, Anthropologie, etc. There are great beauty stores (think Sephora, Morphe and Lush) as well as great food options - both grab-and-go and sit-down (Cheesecake Factory, Maggianos, etc). I can shop here every weekend, I'm here pretty frequently. For those who like high end shopping, there is Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and the like but be aware that NM closes earlier than other anchor stores or the mall in general. Overall, this is the place is a great option for a good selection of clothing and home goods. Best in the area.

Yelp
I honestly don't have any complaints, my sister and my family had to visit the Apple Store to handle some things with her phone. Not a big deal. Parked pretty fast and went inside. The mall has a pretty basic layout, they have signs that tell you where you're heading. The wide variety of stores was surprising. Everything from Gucci and Lush, to boba stands and photo booths. Some of my favorite stores are in this mall and some things are expensive but others are fine. If it's the closest mall, I 100% recommend, and make sure you check out the directory first.
google avatar

Zack E.

Yelp
Whoever designed this mall must have been high on meth. The most confusing layout I have ever seen seen in a mall and everything is overpriced. If you have a couple of hours to find parking and then try to find the store you wanna get to then come on down....otherwise order from Amazon and wait a few days and it will be faster and less frustrating lol.
google avatar

Yelp
Nice big mall with many nice stores and most major department stores. Restaurants and food court

Yelp
Great shopping! Location is very convenient. High end stores as well as some basic stores like H&M, Francescas, Belk, etc.. Lots of parking available, garage and outdoor. Mall is always very clean. Great experience always!

Yelp
My go-to mall in Charlotte, the best when it comes to many categories. SouthPark is in a great location, not too far from uptown Charlotte and not too busy an area. It's a huge mall with tons of entrances and parking lots and parking decks. The variety of high end stores is what really sets this shopping experience apart from others in the area. High quality retailers like Tiffany's, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Lush, Lululemon, Sephora, Nordstrom, Aldo, Apple, Kate Spade, Lily Pulitzer, and lots more. They also offer awesome restaurants connected on to the grounds like the locally famous Cowfish, Cheesecake Factory, Maggiano's, and more. Even if I can't afford to buy at all these places I still love getting my steps in. A lovely place to walk an window shop since it's beautiful and clean and organized.

Yelp
This mall was the fancy malls in the area when I was growing up, and meant a special occasion when we were able to go. It wasn't for commoners like my family. Ours was on the other side of town (and is now torn down). All one level, several corridors off one main corridor, a food court that was better than the **other** mall. I came this last trip to visit my parents. The higher end stores are still here, and it is just as nice as ever. American Doll, Neiman Marcus, Belks and Nordstrom are the highlights now. Everything is so shiny and clean. The style here is Southern Genteel, for the upper crust of society. As mentioned in other reviews, some of the sales people at the kiosks can be a bit aggressive, but there are ones that are content to stare at their phones and look pretty. Parking has been greatly improved with the installation of several parking garages, which is nice. I am sure that things can still get hairy during the holidays and back to school shopping. I am glad I got to visit, and glad to have gotten that out of my system.

Yelp
SouthPark is a beautiful, spacious mall with plenty of great shops. There are many high-end" shops but it is evened-our with more budget-friendly shops as well. Coming on a Saturday was probably not the best choice because it was VERY busy--physically difficult to walk around. If you want to enjoy this mall more freely, try to go early if you must visit on the weekend or prepare yourself for the rush! (Oh, and I should mention that I was tentative about coming here but when I looked online I saw that there was a See's Candy...I couldn't NOT get my favorite chocolates).
google avatar

Dina W.

Yelp
SouthPark is wonderful mall--very upscale. It's a great size and modern. It blends high-end brands with more affordable stores. It has the mall staples--Dillard's, Belk, Apple, J. Crew, Old Navy, Bath & Body Works, etc. There's a wing dedicated to high-end brands, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Tiffany's, Tory Burch, etc. I love to browse this side! The mall is always clean and well lit. Each wing is spacious. The food court is the average size and offers the typical restaurants. There's plenty of parking--including a garage and valet parking. The Cheesecake Factory is connected to the mall, which is always busy! Christmas decor is already up, which makes the mall more pleasant.
google avatar

Nai S.

Yelp
This is an upscale mall that is anchored by Belk, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus and Macys. The usual suspects in an upscale mall. I checked out Belk, as we dont have them up jere un NJ. It was "cute". Their style is extremely Southern. Though I say that half judgingly, it is actually refreshing to see that the country still has regional charms about itself. I saw a new to me store - Brahmin. They carry a beautiful rainbow of leather bags. I saw Brighton and the standards - Sephora, Starbucks etc. All in all it is a beautiful layout and has some stores unique to the South. I will revisit on my next visit to Charlotte.

Yelp
This mall is like glimpsing into the Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous for me. While Concord Mills has it beat in foot traffic (in fact that mall has the Blue Ridge Parkway conquered in # of annual visitors, which I think is ridiculous), this mall is the Ritzy place to go and spend $600 on a fur coat or a cool grand on new kitchen gadgets. Speaking of kitchen gadgets, that's pretty much the only reason I go here besides window shopping and mall walking. Sur La Table is an amazing store for the culinary-geek. If I ever win the Powerball, the first thing I'll do is completely buy out their store. I have a separate review for this store so you can go check it out if you'd like! I come here at least once a week just to burn off a few calories (usually on one of my non-gym days just to give the ol' FitBit a bit of a boost!). If you walk the perimeter of the mall concourse, including the food court, you will have walked just shy of a mile. What's nice is the entire mall is level and, of course, Air Conditioned so it's a nice place to put in some earbuds and clear your head while walking. They even open the entrance from the Lower Level to the escalators at 7am just for Mall Walkers! That's earlier than any other Charlotte mall! As I said, most of the stores are focused on the Urban/High-Income clientele so don't be surprised if you see a T-shirt in the window for "Only $49 each when you buy 3!" They have feature anchors stores that you'd find just about anywhere like Dillard's, Belk, Macy's, and Nordstrom. But in some of the outlet spots they have super-$$$ stores like Tiffany & Co., Louis Vuitton, and Coach (ok, are they really pricy? I'm just assuming here). Due to this atmosphere and the elevated presence of security, you really don't have to worry too much about troublemakers as you would in other shopping centers. Sure, there have been instances of shoplifting here and there, but they are vastly far and few between. Use common sense and basic self-awareness, and you're going to be just fine. Some of the more reasonably priced stores that I actually visit from time to time are Dick's, The Container Store (which is super cool if you like all kinds of unique shelving and storage solutions), The Microsoft Store, and even Dillard's has good deals from time to time. The food court has a ton of options and most are better pickings than you would normally find in a mall. Think of Five Guys, Panera, Chipotle, and Showmars. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare during prime-time. My suggestion after 4PM is to use the street level parking adjacent to Morrison Blvd and enter the Mall through either Dillard's or Macy's. The Parking decks remind me of a mosh pit as far as aggressive drivers trying to zoom into spaces, so good luck if that's the way you decide to go. Next time you get a new line of credit, consider SouthPark Mall to fulfill those grandiose aspirations of your six-figure alter-ego, I won't judge.

Yelp
SouthPark Mall is the mecca of malls in Charlotte!!! It has everything that you could possible want and need!!! I could spend a whole day here and still want more!!! Where do I start this review? I've been coming to this mall since I was born and it has only improved and continues to get better. They keep adding fabulous new stores and renovating to upgrade the current ones. Long gone are the days of Sears and Morrison Cafeteria. The mall now features stores like Neiman Marcus, Louis Vuitton and David Yurman and restaurants like McCormick and Schmick's and Maggiano's The most recent renovation changed all of the seating areas around the mall and added new furniture and tables with charging ports. What a treat for people like me who always need to charge their phone. SouthPark host many groups and events in the center of the mall. There is an insider program and even a personal shopper!!! The food court and adjoining restaurant give you lots of options to choose from. Even some of the stores have restaurant and wine/coffee shops. I also appreciate that all of the restaurant maintain a good sanitation score. As the holiday season approaches the mall will be packed and parking will be difficult as this it the mall of choice for people miles around. Some people travel upwards of 2 hours just to shop here. So try to get there early or come late evening for dinner. One other great feature is the annex of shops off of the side of the mall. You have more stores and restaurants to choose from all within a minute or two walking distance. If you live in Charlotte or its surrounding areas and have not made a visit to SouthPark Mall you are doing yourself a big shopping injustice!!!

Yelp
Love this mall!!! They have every store I could ever need. If what you're looking for can't be found here, then it is not available. Stores are large and great selections. Nice mall for all price ranges. It's worth the drive from Columbia, SC to shop!
google avatar

Christopher C.

Yelp
I enjoyed the somber sound of muffled voices of people sauntering about while in mall though I didn't see anyone else carrying shopping bags. Haiku: There in the wooded field Humans are running for fun Others are shopping
google avatar

Victoria S.

Yelp
This is a very high end mall compared to Northlake or others in the area. With stores like Louis Vuitton and other high-end designers, I sometimes feel that I don't fit in. That said, it's very clean and well kept and actually quite beautiful. Parking can be crazy but I always find a spot eventually. Weekends here are insane so I try to come during the week. Google the SouthPark mall map/directory to find the best entrance for you because this mall is a maze with a ton of entrances!

Yelp
South Park is an area about 10 minutes south of "Uptown" Charlotte. So maybe by Charlotten standards, this could be "Midtown". Who knows. I came here on a few occasions while I was helping sis move- her house is about a 5 minute drive down the road, so that got me excited- as I heard this place was like the Lenox (http://www.yelp.com/biz/lenox-square-mall-atlanta) Mall in ATL. Approaching the place, it looks huge. But then I realized it is only 1 story, so I guess that pans it out. This place is a mall-walkers dream (I think I saw the same people everytime, and they probably thought I was one, ha)- spacious aisles, high ceilings, etc. I do like too how the stores have a more individual style (the entrances to each store are vibrant, and dimensional, compared to your boring white and black storefront- I'm hungover so it is hard for me to elaborate- long story short- you'll know what I mean when you shop here). The food court is one of the ends (can't tell you the direction, just know its opposite sides of Nordstrom and Neiman)- and while spacious, it has not-your-typical fare for a food court. I have never seen a chipotle in a food court before, I thought that was cool. The bathrooms here are pretty nice, but there is some shit that goes down here. On 2 separate occasions, I noticed one gentleman in a stall counting his money and dropping it on the floor, doing gods knows what. Another instance a man was having a business conversation while having explosive diareah, then had the gall to blame it on the guy next to him. I was almost tempted to wait and see who this schmo was, but I had time constraints. There are a lot of vendors in the middle, and I always found it interesting the same dude came up to me 3 diff times to give me a sample of his skin cream (this guy reminds me of Ben Affleck from Mallrats, who bangs all the girls working at the mall, Rico Suave here)- to make my face look better. You would think he remembered me, or maybe he was just taunting. Thankfully they weren't aggressive like I have seen some other places (a reason why I haven't gone to malls as much). They have some high end stores here, which is nice. The parking deck (not sure how many there are) to me, is one of the most poorly designed and labeled garages I have been in. I don't even know how I escaped- I was getting ready to just park my car and give up. Am I blind? No. I also know how to read and follow instruction, but I am starting to convince myself someone changed the signs around because half of the time I thought I was going to exit, I almost ate a cement wall- WTF. I bet the holidays here are hell! I have noticed this place is great to come before the lunch crowds, after that, I don't even want to bother....

Yelp
South Park is a great mall. Plenty of high end stores and fantastic restaurants. I make it a point to come here is there is anything in need. The mall also has a pretty nice play area for the kids and nice park benches to relax after shopping. Parking - valet and or a garage. More than enough for everyone. I've never had an issue in regards to parking.

Yelp
Oh, how the mighty have fallen! When did Southpark let in Old Navy?! I wish Lush would open a second location somewhere in town. I'd probably never have to set foot in a mall again!

Yelp
Pros: Big place, plenty of parking, lots of shopping options and staff is friendly throughout the mall. Consistent in all stores. A lot of the place clean. The atmosphere is open and lots of lightning, it's nice. Cons: Weird old men staring at young women through the shops. Kind of unnerving when sitting down to take a breather and a 60 year old man is staring at your 20 year old girlfriend through the sephora doors. There were plenty of these people throughout the place too, so be aware of that, especially if you have children. I will say that they have plenty of accommodations for children at the mall though! So that's nice. LOTS of people here too. very busy. Overall, not a bad experience.

Yelp
This mall is very nice, always clean. Plenty of parking, including covered parking as well. Lots of good options in the food court, including healthy options too! Has a few restaurants like California kitchen and Cheesecake Factory. It's huge, and has a lot of high end stores. Department stores are Belk, Dillard's, Nordstrom, etc. I love that they have a kids play area outside. They also have a ice skating rink outside during the winter season.

Yelp
Today, many malls are going down in quality of shopping experience, even becoming unsafe, but one thing about the South Park area , it's likely not ever going to 'go down'. SouthPark mall is deeply situated in a more affluent area, and hosts retailers of the same kind. Moderately priced retailers such as Francesca's, Aldo, Victoria Secret, Loft, etc. can also be found here. It's laid out in a way that is somewhat like a maze. I recommend using the underground lower level parking, so you can avoid the weather. The food court has great healthier options including Chipotle and Panera bread . There are also nice restaurants on the same lot as the mall, you could literally spend hours here. It's always a good idea to check their events calendar as well .

Yelp
I only go to the areas I can afford and the food court . It's usually too busy for me so I'm in and out.

Yelp
The upscaleness of this Simon Mall is very noticeable and can at time be a bit intimidating to those who don't fit its demographic. I'm here to tell you, being one of the "Non-Demos" I have had nothing but respectful and great interaction with everyone there. With that said you get a couple side eyes from the higher end stores Neiman Marcus and Louis Vuitton if you don't put out the right vibe. Just do your thing don't be intimidated it's just stuff and they know they have a special product and will help and treat you with the up most respect that you give them. Long story short come in with respect you'll get respect and go check out the cool Apple Store and LEGO Store.

Yelp
Nice mall! Great place to shop or eat! The prices typically are higher here than other malls, but you typically get better service.
