Southside was recommended to us by another Landlord as very professional, stress free and a great value for money Property Management. We could not be happier with them!! Southside' services are great help, reasonably priced and always on time. Francesca is an excellent property manager; her help and advice is always very helpful! She always responds promptly to any queries and requests (that is so rare these days)!!! I cannot recommend them enough! 5 STARS!!!

I have recently moved into a property with Southside and my experience so far has been very positive. Throughout the application stage and move in, the process was smooth and staff were all very friendly and helpful. My property manager Will has been fantastic, helping quickly with queries and providing notice/updates on maintenance works.

My experience with South Side has been the best so far. Great communication and quick email replies when needed. All the concerns I have had were promptly addressed by Ione - an excellent property manager! Oh and their price is quite reasonable. I would recommend them anytime.

Southside Property Management has been very helpful in assisting me in moving back to the flat after its refurbishment. The property manager and other staff are friendly, pleasant, and helpful. I had some very unpleasant experiences dealing with other agencies, so I'm glad the landlord changed the service to Southside.

I have been using Southside for over 2 years now for renting out my property, and as a first time landlord they have made the process so easy and stress free! My property manager is Ione and she always responds promptly to any queries and requests I may have. I cannot recommend them enough! Their fees are very reasonable too I’ve found.

We rented a property for a period of 10 months. Whilst we were tenants we improved the property by having blinds and curtain poles professionally fitted by a joiner and adding a secure doorbell as there had been increasing numbers of reports of thefts in the community. We passed every inspection with absolutely no issues and were incredibly reasonable when the oven broke and took over a week to fix. We maintained the property to the highest of standards, looking after it as if it was our own house. We even lined up tenants for when we left and gave ample notice, returning the keys early as the incoming tenants wanted earlier entry. Due to the incompetency of the property manager at the time, this then fell through as he instilled no confidence in the incoming tenants by failing to respond to queries and sending over the wrong documents. We were then unexpectedly told that £100 would be deducted from our deposit due to alleged stains on a rug, mattress and sofa. These stains were documented in the original itinerary when we took over the property. We raised a dispute and had radio silence for 4 weeks. The week our deposit was due to be returned in line with their 30 day policy, we then discovered that they had not actually lodged the return request with the safe deposit scheme. We are incredibly angry and disappointed with the service we have received and urge everyone to avoid. The team are completely incompetent and have a high turnover of property managers. Had we known this at the time, we would never have let a property from them. Avoid at all costs.
