We love SWA, and we only fly them for the exact reason that we don't typically get treated like we did in LaGuardia. Our flight was delayed, and our gate rep told everyone that the flight had been cancelled and to go collect their bags. We, along with most other passangers, ended up going back to baggage claim (not a short trip), collecting bags under stress, and going back through the whole aitport process again. (Bag drop, TSA, the long walks, etc.) We had to throw away some water bottles along the way due to TSA protocol, not a big deal, just another added annoyance. It just goes to show that one bad event can ruin the whole experience. I'm certain that she must feel terrible about the whole, and I just hope she and her team get the training needed to improve for future passangers in LGA, but I for one don't plan on being back.
