It was my first time flying to Fort Myers and coming to this airport. We landed on a Monday afternoon and it was pretty busy. The airport is really huge however, its super navigation friendly. There are multiple gates and lines to check in/out. The most important factor for any airport is how fast you get the luggage, which here it was pretty organized and fast. There are multiple luggage belts and space around it for travellers to find and get their luggage pretty easily. Officers were pretty professional and fast as well. Washrooms were super clean and spacious. There are multiple stores and cafes to use if you need to wait for a flight as well.

It's a nice airport to travel into or fly from. There are a Starbucks, Burger King, stores, and other food stands in Concourse B (where my family and I landed and took off from). TSA moves pretty swiftly and they do not take favoritism over who passes the x-ray scanner. They're very thorough. The rental car building is located across the street from baggage claim. Preferred rental car parking is inside the parking garage behind the building. The airport is undergoing construction. But overall it is a very nice airport.

Spent 20 min in normal TSA line. That wasn’t bad. If you tip the baggage people out in the drop off line outdoors, they’ll let it slide that you have a pound or two extra over weight. While I was here there were a few people in the TSA line that were complaining that their boarding passes and tickets were messed up. It told them to go to gate D but it was actually a B gate and the switch of airlines happened last minute. People missed their flights because of this and TSA was unforgiving, nobody got to skip the line. That didn’t happen to me. Show up a couple hours early folks in case things like that happen. The Starbucks line wasn’t long on this Monday morning 7a. They have lots of plugs at seating areas and tech charging bars. The bathroom stalls are small to bring your luggage into. They have a companion restroom which I thought was nice. They have a water bottle refilling station. The gates have very tiny seating areas. Definitely not enough room for even have a flight’s passengers so lots of people standing around. This is a relatively quiet and clean airport.

For someone who lives half their life on the road and in the sky, airports stop feeling like destinations and start feeling like chapters. RSW - Southwest Florida International - is one of those rare airports that gets it right. As someone who regularly transports snowbird vehicles between the seasons, I’ve come to know this airport like an old friend. From the ease of rental car returns to the calm, efficient TSA lines, it’s clear the people running this place value time—and travelers. The terminals are bright and clean, with just enough breathing room to pause between flights. There's a rhythm here: golf bags being wheeled to check-in, families chasing last-minute boarding calls, and the slow but certain hum of Floridian departures - where palms wave goodbye from the parking lot. I’ve arrived here on sleepless mornings and departed in golden twilight, the scent of sunscreen still clinging to clothes, the ache of another goodbye settling into the chest. And every time, this airport delivers what it should: peace, predictability, and a soft landing - or takeoff - when you need it most. Pro tip: If you’re renting a car or picking up, give yourself a few extra minutes to watch the palm trees sway outside the terminal. There’s something grounding in that moment - between journeys, between seasons, between lives.

Very nice airport. Nice people who direct you to the baggage claim. I recommend getting picked up, up stairs at the departure area. It is easier to get in and out of the airport.

The Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is a great airport. It’s under construction in some areas, but the B Gates are fresh and new.

There’s something magical about arriving at RSW—the second I step off the plane, I can feel the vacation energy! The airport’s bright, open design and lush tropical touches instantly put me in paradise mode. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming (true Florida hospitality!), and everything from baggage claim to rental cars is hassle-free and efficient. I love the laid-back atmosphere, clean facilities, and little details that make it feel special—like palm trees swaying near the terminals. Whether it’s the quick security lines or the cheerful "welcome to sunny Fort Myers!" vibes, this airport sets the tone for an amazing getaway. My favorite arrival in Florida—vacation starts here! 🌴✈️

I had a great overall experience for my first time flying out of Fort Myers. Plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from.

Yelp
Super chill and one of the easiest airports to get in and out of for me for quite some time. Rental car area was a short walk across the building and you pick up your luggage on the bottom floor. Even traffic getting in and out was light and free flowing. I wished all airports were this easy. Being on the smaller end, this airport has a smaller choice for retail and food but there is enough to give some choice to your craving. I'd take lesser choice and smoother traveling any day though so fine by me.

Thomas T.

Yelp
Not a bad little airport! Very clean, and not too big, but not too small. Getting around was quite simple, and all the staff there were friendly. Car rental (pickup and return) is easy and convenient. No issues at all during our time at this airport.

Marietta C.

Yelp
This airport immediately makes you feel like you've arrived on vacation mode activated. It's so clean, crisp, and refreshing. Something about being here makes you feel happy. With little shops at the gate to pick up a last-minute souvenir, or if you're in desperately need of coffee with a quick run from Starbucks, need a little drink or even Legos for the adults (I men the kids ahem ahem). There's an option for everyone to relax and enjoy while you wait for takeoff. It's a pretty easy airport to fly into as well. Baggage claim is a breeze and they have elevator music ready for you so you can have a relaxing arrival. This airport just makes you feel good and there's something about it that it's totally not stuffy. It's fresh and open and you don't feel like you're piled up in your gate.

Ralphus S.

Yelp
It's a clean airport, it has all the conveniences of a major airport circa 2025...but when all the flights get delayed people have to sit on the floor, etc because there isn't enough seating. Now that is going to happen, hopefully not often, but at an airport that serves an older population, it can become very uncomfortable. RSW should address this issue and find more seating in such a situation even if it involves transporting people via golf carts.

Dee W.

Yelp
Easy airport to get in and out of, the rental car place is right across the street which is really nice. There were several restaurants to choose from, the food was good at the one I ate at. It was clean in the restrooms overall satisfied.

Andrea H.

Yelp
This is a small airport located in Ft. Myers that is able to handle the traffic that comes to Lee and Collier counties. RSW is the airport code. Southwest Airlines and American Airlines both have flights to/from here. There are others too, but these are the ones I have taken here. There are different concourses, so you need to check the flight information board before you go through TSA security checkpoint to make sure you are heading to the correct concourse and the correct TSA checkpoint. There are more restaurants and shops before heading to the concourse, so if you are hungry or arrive early, you might want to spend some time walking the main terminal before going through security. Once through security, the shops and restaurant options are limited as is the seating. Airport is clean. There are charging stations for electronics, but no chairs, so expect to stand awkwardly by until your device is charged. There never seems to be enough seats by the gate for all of the passengers, so expect to stand or if you sit elsewhere, keep a close eye on the gate or info boards for boarding. It will be announced, but it goes quickly. Overall a decent airport for its size.

Yelp
I've been travelling a lot lately and it has been such a pleasure travelling in and out of RSW. The entire experience is easy, from parking, to TSA, everything is simple and not over complicated. I will say there are limited flights in and out but I understand because the traffic is not that of a huge airport, so I can't complain but just the experience of getting in and out is the best. I have parked in long and short term, the long term shuttle service is so friendly and honestly reasonably priced. I do wish they had more food offerings but that is the least of my concerns

Ophelia M.

Yelp
I've flown in and out of this airport several times. It doesn't have many frills but it does the job. A small regional airport (regardless of the international designation, this definitely has a small regional airport feel), this airport is easy to navigate in and out of. There aren't many dining options (though I do believe they have Starbucks in the gate area, which is nice), so I would recommend dining prior to leaving (or be prepared to dine after arrival). Most of my experiences have been smooth except one where we were flying on the first day of spring break--that I would not recommend. Baggage check and TSA were so backed up that we were in lines for over two and a half hours. It turns out a lot of college students fly out of here, and of course, a lot of families fly in for spring break, so if you aren't in those two groups--I would avoid entirely. Aside from that, the service has always been lovely, and it's easy-peasy to navigate from finding the gate, navigating the baggage claim, to renting a car--no complaints.

Norbert K.

Yelp
I've watched this airport grow up since it opened 40 years ago. It is a large regional airport with excellent connecting flights to major cities around the country. Today I'm flying SWA to San Diego, connecting through Dallas. The terminal and concourses are bright and airy. Great signage. TSA Pre-Check was very quick. Reasonable variety of food outlets, and clean restrooms. This is my airport of choice for visiting southwest Florida from Marco Island to Sarasota.

Cindy G.

Yelp
With all the theme park and tourism money flowing through this region, I'd expect a modern airport with updated amenities. That's not the case here.

Apple S.

Yelp
its my first time flying this airport and it was so small and empty in September which is still low season in south Florida, that I realized I came an hour too early However it was nice there was plenty of shops open even there was hardly anyone here

Katy C.

Yelp
I've flown through RSW many times now, and I have begun to realize (especially as my small home airport gets upgraded) that this one is just OK. It definitely seems way too small for the volume of traffic that comes through, especially during the busy season. TSA precheck is definitely helpful here as the lines for security can be very long. The airport itself is so small that there often is nowhere to sit at your gate. Plus there are extremely limited options for food, drink, and other seating, especially in Concourse B, which is where we were for our most recent flight out. The options for us in B were Beaches Boardwalk Cafe (the only place that has a bar in concourse B), a Burger King, and Great American Bagel. The lack of seating for longer layovers or if your flight gets delayed is really a big bummer. My dad also mentioned that when he came to pick us up this time, the cell phone lot was completely full and people were parking on the road. I hope there are updates in the future for RSW. Unfortunately it's the best option for us getting to the Naples/Marco area so we'll continue to fly in to this airport.

John R.

Yelp
If you are in the US getting to RSW might be as easy as a direct flight. This is wonderful considering it is a relatively small airport. Being relatively small also means the chaos of travel is usually less and for RSW that is certainly true. Clean, efficient, friendly, and no transport needed to get to a "rental car center." The only downside is it being very US centric for direct flights. If you are looking to get out of the country--and you are thinking about moving to somewhere in Florida--you might want to get closer to MCO or another alternative airport.

Candace M.

Yelp
We are home!! Love RSW, only complaint I have is they don't have enough flights going out, can't fly to New Orleans non stop, ridiculous. For the amount of people in SWFL they need to expand this airport.

Jacqui C.

Yelp
I think this is one of my favorite airports. Its smaller and never overcrowded. Security usually moves pretty fast. Its clean as well.

Billy L.

Yelp
Nice airport with friendly Delta staff. They did have a nice bagel place to grab a quick bite for breakfast bedtime our flight.

Nicholas N.

Yelp
Southwest Florida International Airport is Great Overall. The Service is Nice. The Value is good. The Selection is Fantastic. The Southwest Florida International Airport is Great Overall.

Bob K.

Yelp
As far as airports go! I like This one - checking in with TSA pre is fast. Everything is easily accessible and not too far to walk to a terminal When I arrived the rent a car person at Budget tried to up sell me and told me gas at airport was 2.99 when in fact it was 2,54 and that's not bad for gas considering it was 2.38 at gas stations in the towns

Robert B.

Yelp
Very nice airport in terms of accessibility and ease and speed of getting through. The airport access is long and flat. There are plenty of baggage check ins along the way. Be alert for drivers in their own world who stop short once they get a shot at the curb, rather than move forward to the rear of the next car. The airport is basically one floor with 5 gates spread out nicely. The airline check ins seemed very well staffed. Mine was smooth, the American Airlines Priority line staffer needs to be trained to smile. The TSA stations are well staffed. The terminals are not long to walk. Out of car to gate in 10 minutes

Erick F.

Yelp
Love flying out of here. Getting here is easy and quick. TSA can get back up heavy during busy season so make sure to plan accordingly.

Dan B.

Yelp
This is a very nice airport. It's clean, it's modern, it has friendly and helpful employees. It's a large hub for Southwest which is an airline I use regularly. Its easy access off I-75, and it's very easy to navigate - for all departures and arrivals one only needs to follow the signs. They have an offsite cell waiting area too that helps in the flow of traffic. Once past TSA, there are several places that provide options for drinks, (including Starbucks), snacks, and reading materials. They have electric outlets in various seating isles at your gate to charge your phone. It's always a pleasant experience flying in and out of this airport.

Monty D.

Yelp
This was our first time arriving and departing from Southwest Florida International Airport. We found it to be clean, open and easy to navigate. Often times, your destination dictates what airports you can use. But given a choice, we'd choose this one again. We found the service personnel here to be helpful. As an example, our baggage wasn't transferred from the plane to the baggage area due to repeated lightning strikes. While this is a new concept to me, apparently this isn't uncommon here. There are lightning protocols to ensure the safety of the ground staff and I understand lightning is out of the control of airport operations. But what was in their control, was their consistent broadcasting of the baggage handling situation. It was nice to be kept informed of the baggage handling status and anticipated timing - good and bad. Otherwise, everything moved smoothly and quickly.

Ron H.

Yelp
Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is a small regional airport of choice when we holiday at Sanibel and Ft Meyers Beach. Looking forward to re-opening of this area following hurricane. Very logical, straight forward, clean, and modern airport. We highly recommend TSA PreCheck. We like that car rental is nearby, and I collect car while my wife is sorting her bags.

Heather G.

Yelp
Great location. Renovations and additions are being built which will help with the ever growing area and demand for a larger airport. Security goes fast with friendly staff who don't yell like other airports. Parking does fill up fast during the holiday season but you can reserve a parking spot in advance. It's easier to have someone drop you off with the convenient departure area with lots of room to make the process run smoothly, especially during busy seasons.

Jo S.

Yelp
Fort Meyers airport isn't big, pretty easy to figure out and navigate. They have various options for eateries and shopping, some decent, avoid Starbucks though, huge lines and mediocre food. They have a few nice visitor center kiosks with brochures and magazines for local activities, you can grab some even after hours. Folks working here could be friendlier, they just ignore you and talk to each other. Parking is expensive but easier to find. The layout is simple and seamless. TSA is unpleasant, you come here during various days and find other folks and their rules. The music they're playing it's kinda annoying while waiting and trying to read. Pretty clean restrooms, close to gates and water fountains near by. More laid back airport.

Brian M.

Yelp
Long term parking shuttle are too infrequent. Three employees lot shuttles went by before we got picked up after a 10 minute wait.

John D.

Yelp
I fly quite a bit for work and personally time. These mega airports where car rental is practically located in another state as it is so far from the freakin terminal building. Gees come on you mega terminals we shouldn't have to get an Uber or wait for a bus to haul us some place that seems so far removed from the airport that you might as well just stay home. Well let me tell you if you're flying into the south west part of the state of Florida visiting Naples or Fort Myers or hell for that matter Sarasota. Then this is your airport. I love it. For instance I can deplane and be in my rental car in 18 minutes. And there is no Lyft or taxi or ride on a bus to o get there. The terminal is well laid out and it's spacious and bright and they keep it really clean. And Avelo was my airline and I was pretty darned impressed with them too. Low cost does not mean bad service. Got great service and did you know there flight crews get to go home each night to sleep and take care of their pets and life. Well done Avelo. Love The RDU based crew that does that Fort Myers run the polo even remembered my name from flight down. How unbelievable is that?!?!

Yelper U.

Yelp
This is definitely one of the best airports in the USA & was also rated as such. I agree with as much as I have a great disdain for most airports (bad attitude huh?). Prior to traveling for ~15 years for business, I didn't have opinions on airports even though I traveled overseas to Ireland & other countries since birth annually also. My current review is on picking up guests/arrivals. It is super low-key similar to MHT (Manchester, NH) - when or if you lived in S. NH (living room to gate in 10 minutes easy). I was always busy working 55-65 hours a week as a business owner, but clearly a business owner should not be working that much. Either way, it's all good & have a new plan. Forgot my point, but basically, it has 2 cell phone lots, a Mobil station for gas, 7-eleven for whatever you may need & Dunkins. These are at the cell phone lot. Then, when your person lets you know they have arrived, depending on whether they checked a bag or not, it is a super short drive to the terminal for pick up (maybe 2-3 minutes). No one yells at you like at Logan in Boston .

Amy T.

Yelp
This airport has friendly TSA Agents. Lol Not screaming and say hello. A rare find when traveling. Thanks for being pleasant at 5am. Always just do carry on at this airport or you will be waiting a while at baggage. I've waited over hour before.

Anatoli L.

Yelp
A very solid experience. Clean, spacious airport with an easy access. Rental cars are located just a short walk away from the terminal, easy in and out. Airport has gas station before the rental car garage - easy to fill up for the return. Security line was very short, literally no wait. Hate waiting areas have ample space, power outlets are conveniently located everywhere. Overall, makes it for a very nice airport experience.

Mark D.

Yelp
My experience at "A Day at the Beach" clothing store in Concourse D at around 4pm Saturday, 17 of February. Entered the store, empty of customers, and went up to the counter to buy a chocolate bar. The had the type I wanted and so plopped it down on the counter, in front of the cashier, "Joslynn". I appreciated that she had put her cell phone down as I selected my chocolate bar. But she did not greet me. In fact, she did not utter a word other telling me the price of the chocolate bar. I had cash and handed her the bills. She handed back my change, wordlessly. And said nothing. Not a "thank you". Not a "would you like a bag for that?". And then silently she picked up her cell phone again, apparently to read the screen. I was astounded. I've rarely experienced such a complete lack of customer service, or of simple cordiality, in my life from a sales clerk. Amazing.

Holly T.

Yelp
Easy airport to come in and out of. The last of our flight was all over the water which was awesome.

Sunil R.

Yelp
I flew in here to get to Naples. This is a smallish clean airport and has everything you would expect. Appreciate the fact that the car rentals are right there and do not require a shuttle. It was easy to get in and out of and has OK dining options.

Tony A.

Yelp
This is one of the easier airports to navigate that I've been to. Parking is easy and a straight shot into the terminal. You can go all the way in up to security so it's nice to be able to see your loved ones walking off the plane pretty much. There is a decent amount of vendors for food souvenirs.

Scott F.

Yelp
They have been the struggle bus lately with on time flights staffing and other issues like closing venues early and then stranding passengers with no options. They need Ron Desantis to work his magic because they are quickly losing their luster with passengers

Jeffrey G.

Yelp
I love going to this airpot everytime for the holidays it makes me so happy with Joy

Isabella K.

Yelp
Just to get it out of the way, my one and only complaint about this airport is the lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms. In Terminal B, the women's bathroom consistently smells bad and has scraps of toilet paper all over the floor. The stalls are pretty narrow and the doors swing inward, making it difficult to take your luggage in with you. Try not to lean against the sinks, water is usually splashed across the countertops. This might be extreme, but you better go to the bathroom before you get to this airport or (I can't believe I'm saying this) just go to the bathroom on the plane. Other than that, I really like this airport. It is small and easy to navigate. The TSA agents are friendly and helpful, which is great for someone like me who is always a little bit anxious about the fast pace of the security line. Inside the terminals themselves, there is plenty of seating. Every time I've gone to this airport, I don't have any issue finding somewhere to plop down with my luggage. The seating areas and floors are pretty clean. There is also a Starbucks in Terminal B (which isn't great, but, hey, what do you expect from an airport Starbucks with limited resources?). It also features a sit-down restaurant that has a limited breakfast menu and also serves lunch (and possibly dinner). There are a couple convenience stores and a boutique in case you want to browse. My favorite part about this airport is the availability of electrical outlets and charging stations. As someone who likes to get some work done on the go, it's really convenient to keep my phone and iPad charged.

Angie M.

Yelp
CATCHING FLIGHTS NOT FEELINGS! I am honestly so shocked by the amount of times I have flown in and out of this airport and have not left a review. It is honestly mind bottling to me. Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is the airport I fly into when I go visit my parents in Florida. It is a very clean and modern style airport. There are staff members who are so friendly and helpful to any and all questions. Beware as there is only one line that filters out to all gates, so if you are planning on flying in or out during the peak times, get there as early as you can before your flight. I have never had any issues with this airport. It might look small, but it is a very easy airport to travel through. When you get through security there ae plenty of options to get something to snack. But beware, the majority of these places are a little on the pricier side. RSW is close proximity to I-75 and is easy to pick up your loved ones and take them home. The airport even has a cellphone area where loved ones can sit and with for their friends, family and loved ones to fly in. As long as you follow the signs to your departures or arrivals, you will be good. If you need any assistance or help there is always a very friendly RSW employee you can ask for some assistance. Love flying in or out of this airport. It is simple and easy. No head aches here.

denise w.

Yelp
The checking in process was wonderful there were not a lot of people, the staff was kind and so helpful but tsa was abit rude but everyone else was good. There were several places to eat. It's not huge but verrrry clean. I will visit this area often.

Rj B.

Yelp
I just laugh when I go to other airports. As I walk out, I walk by their TSA checkpoint. I wish I lived near an airport that was so easy to get in and out of! ATL is such a horrible airport to fly out of. Enjoy your airport locals. It's amazing!

Olystacy B.

Yelp
This airport is not great. I have never encountered so many rude employees in my travel. There are limited places to eat so there are long waits and frustrated employees. TSA is slow moving. I don't think you need 2 hours before your flight leaves but plan on TSA being slow, even though it is a little airport.

Caroline G.

Yelp
Disappointed by rude staff. As someone who has travelled to big cities and bigger airports (Dubai, NYC, Chicago, LAX) I was really surprised by how rude the staff at this airport was. The airport was completely empty and we were the only people going through security and the TSA staff was just unnecessarily hostile.

Kerry C.

Yelp
Whatever you do avoid long term parking and use one of the off-site parking options or taxi/Uber services to and from the airport. As I have learned, a new company took over Oct. 1 and I have had to walk to the terminal and long term parking lot multiple times or otherwise wait over 30 minutes for the parking bus to pick up. I am not the only passenger walking due to the bus overcrowding and efficiency. I have witnessed many older passengers making the same trek to retrieve their cars with their luggage by walking over spike strips in the rental car lots which is between the terminal and long term parking lot. Just putting the airport on notice that they are creating a dangerous environment for many of the elderly passengers by the lack of bus services and wait times. The least RSW can do is provide a safe walking path to long term parking.

Kathleen D.

Yelp
There was a long line of people waiting to catch the shuttle to take us to long term parking, Took 90 minutes. One of the shuttle drivers, driving employee shuttle gave us all the middle finger. NOT ACCEPTABLE! Took another hour to get out of the parking lot because the ticket readers were not working properly. It actually took as long to get out of the parking lot as my entire flight from Detroit. I have other choices. WILL NOT be flying from Fort Myers again.

Jason K.

Yelp
My wife and I were coming home to Minneapolis from a wonderful week on Fort Myers Beach with a lot of great Cubanos and fish. The airport is about 20 minutes inland and they had really nice people at the TSA line with our Pre-check. Bathrooms were super clean and they had plenty of beer options at the concourse we were on and the staff everywhere was super cool. Very nice people in this area. There is a great restaurant called Fat Katz near the airport with a wonderful Cubano and a great beer selection. Great way to get a fun lunch before your flight!

Denise D.

Yelp
I like this airport. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. When my niece flew for the first time to visit me, everyone was great. Her flight was quite rough coming in with lots of turbulence and that scared her to death but the ride home was smooth and uneventful. Parking is easy and the security here doesn't scream at you every two seconds to "move it along!" like they do at some airports.

Michael L.

Yelp
As a retiree and frequent traveller, RSW is my main airport. This review is for my personal tips on the few concessions. Presecurity, if traveling with family, a pit stop at gas station convenience store near Cell Phone lot is my choice for snacks/fruit/jerky etc. NO LIQUIDS nor SAUCES. Post security concessions depend on concourse and time of day. All 3 concourses have Great American Bagel and Starbucks. For me, these two have been overpriced and unsatisfactory. Lunch time allows more.options. Time to departure dictates whether to dine-in or takeout. On concourse B, Beaches Boardwalk Cafe has $11 Philly cheesesteak. Also on B, Burger King has my favorite and easy Jr. Whopper. Concourse C has Dewar's Clubhouse for basic $16 cheeseburger. Concourse D has Palm City Market with $15 carved turkey, cornbread. I see mac n cheese and JetBlue in my future.

Tina C.

Yelp
THE STARBUCKS IN TERMINAL C IS THE WORST STARBUCKS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. Where do we start? That staff hate their lives and act like you're inconveniencing THEM to get their attention to make you a drink. I have flown in and out of RSW 16 times March and it's always the same experience. 2. THEY NEVER HAVE ANY TYPE OF FOOD AT ALL 3. THEY NEVER CHECK THEIR MOBILE ORDER NOR IS THERE ANY SENSE OF URGENCY 4. THE STAFF IS SO RUDE AND DOES NOT CARE AT ALL 5. Today immobile ordered 30 min in advance to avoid the experience I normally have with them. My gate next to them IS LITERALLY CALLING LAST BOARD and I was still stuck standing their for 7 min before hand cause GUESS WHAT!!!? MY DRINK IS STILL NOT MADE!!!!! Wait it gets better - they call my gate LAST to board and I tell them straight up that's my gate I need to go they are literally closing the doors and this Asian chick looks me dead in the face and hands my same drink to another man WHO CLEARLY ORDERED AFTER ME. I had to leave without my drink or I was going to miss my flight. 10$ for bad service and ruined my whole day and never even got my coffee and no one even said sorry. PATHETIC. TYPICAL FLORIDA

Cayla S.

Yelp
Hello, new favorite airport! I've flown to and from SW Florida International Airport for three trips now, and it's remained easy to navigate, clean, and with friendly staff! They now have new security machines that allow you to put your full bags through without removing laptops, iPads, etc. The staff is always friendly, funny, and helpful. And grabbing your luggage from the carousel is typically quick. On our most recent trip, we rented a car and it was a short walk from the terminal across to the garage. Waited about 10 min in line for the next available clerk and it was another short walk to the garage to pick up our vehicle. Fly here if you can!
