It has since moved just down the road. It's famous for its collection of porcelain figurines and beer steins, carrying them from the cheaper end all the way up to limited editions."

VERY HELPFUL. The colorful Deutschland stein in the window we couldn't find inside. Showed the man inside the photo and not only did he find the exact one, he also found the bigger size which was only €10 more. GREAT customer service

Incredibly rude owner. I spent over 120 euros in souvenirs that were, obviously, for different people. I asked for separate shopping bags, but she said they wouldn't do that. So I asked for two bags at least, but again, she refused in a very unhelpful way. There are plenty of shops in the area, just choose a different one.

The old sales lady was too rude, she doesn‘t know how to handle customers in polite way and has bad manner. I wanted to buy many souvenirs here, but i canceled it. I just wanna spend my money when the sales gives good services. This old lady was just extremply grumpy without reason. Please think twice if you wanna buy something here and better not to go in. There are still many store beside this store. Just don‘t waste your money and time here with extremely bad service. With that bad attitude, I was out from this store immediately without buying anything. Sorry but some Germans have no idea at all how they should behave our serve their customers very well. Last, this store is NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

Customer service was pathetic. At the time we were in there the man behind the counter spent the entire time talking to a friend standing beside him. Maybe 2 other people in the store. I stood there waiting to ask a question. He didn't even try to look my way. I decided on my own to buy a couple souvenirs (similar in price to any other store just tired of looking). When he rang up the items I was a little surprised by the total. I asked how much was one of the items? He replies back in a grumpy way the prices of all of them. I said, "oh I wasn't sure about the price of that one item". He says, "Well now you do!" What a complete jerk.
