Fantastic place to stay in Camps Bay! We had a lovely large room with an incredible balcony with amazing view. The staff were all lovely and highly welcoming. Breakfast was lovely. Location is 10 mins walk downhill to the seafront with its myriad of bars and restaurants. Much recommended!

We diligently prepared our trip to Sovn. We arrived early in the day. Staff sat us by the pool until the room was "ready" Ready never happened. Relocating us never happened. Apology never happened Owner was on site and made inappropriate comments " I'm man enough" to handle it. Being the problem. But clearly he wasn't "man enough" Having a full glass of wine dumped on us and our electronics while waiting at the pool was the icing on the cake. This is not a hotel. This is a poorly run house with guest rooms rented out by the owner. If you are traveling this far for a holiday reasonable guarantees for your safety and accommodations should not be too much to ask for. I've attempted to reach the owner again prior to writing the review with no response

Wonderful Stay at Søvn Experience+Lifestyle Boutique Hotel! We had an excellent stay at Søvn. The rooms are stylish, spacious, and very comfortable, with breathtaking views right from the room. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

We stayed in 5 different guest houses/hotels during our stay in the Cape. Sovn was by far our favourite. Lovely house, beautiful room with large terrace, great breakfast, friendly staff. What more could you want! It was great!

Gorgeous hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were wonderful, Masi had so many great recommendations for us around the area but also beyond, helping us plan the best driving routes and where to stop along the way.

I loved this guesthouse. From the moment I booked right to checkout we were looked after all our needs met. I was contacted after booking to confirm time of arrival |Once we arrived we were given a tour of the accommodation so we were familiar with the facilities and services available. |The design and decor is a mix of Scandinavian simplicity and African influences but works beautifully||We loved our large comfortable room that had everything we needed even robes and slippers. |There was drinks and snacks available in the reception and some in the room ||I did use the pool for a few hours and it was so quiet and relaxing. The pool was cold but I like the cold water so suited me. The views by the pool were of lions head and the Table mountain cable car. We had a late flight and were able to spend a few hours there after checkout A small shower room was available too ||The breakfast was excellent lots of choice and hot food was made to order good quality ingredients and well presented||A short walk down hill to the restaurants and bars. Great find and I would definitely recommend if you want a quality quiet stay in Camps Bay

They built 3 new rooms … but the work was not totaly finished. ||The older rooms should have a „facelift“, specially the bed! ||We loved this place, but this year, we were disappointed.

We had 12 wonderful days in south africa. We had a very large Apartment with plenty of space. ||The balcony with daily sunrises and sunsets was a dream. The staff gave us great tips every day. We felt very comfortable.
