SoYa Apartment Hotel

We made a last-minute booking as our original activities were disrupted, and we’re so glad we chose this place. It’s a lovely and cozy apartment, and we felt comfortable the moment we arrived. Check-in was smooth even though it was after working hours. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, with a washer, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom that was cozy and comfortable, and a clean toilet with a bathtub. Overall, it was a very welcoming place that we truly loved. Would definitely stay here again!

Omg. The staff were exceptional to our needs. We arrived after hours .. they catered to that. The rooms, service, and everything else was more than my expectations. I would recommend this place to anyone. They looked after us way beyond their means. They went above their means to give us super extra time to depart which we appreciated. I will only come back there again and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in the city. Being so close to the railway station, I did not hear one train departing or coming in. We’ve stayed here multiple times as it’s pet friendly . It’s right next to the train so unless you’re deaf be prepared to not sleep . We booked the front room with courtyard because we bring our 2 little dogs with us . We arrived to see that, the room was being totally renovated . No mention of this when we booked! If we knew , we would have booked elsewhere . The room itself is good size but unclean , sticky floors and dog hair from previous animals. We won’t return to this 2 star venue unfortunately.

You think a highly reputable hotel would follow the guidelines and laws when it comes to privacy. No this place doesn’t when a male that’s actively stalking me calls them and makes an untrue claim, they would be good enough to not engage back. This man has done this in the past so he can access my home without my consent. This place is what’s wrong with today’s society. And yes there is an ongoing court matter regarding this man’s stalking and harassment and my lawyer will be subpoenaing both receptionist, to be cross examined regarding this encounter. Regardless of what yous think, I did the best I could to not be distrupt the hotel policies and make the check in on time. For a policy that’s allowed regardless. Men who just bully females to make themselves feel better.

I travel constantly but the Soya Apartments are absolutely up there with the best. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. From check in to check out, I couldn’t fault them. The bed was very comfortable and it was exactly as it is shown in the pictures. Fantastic value also. If I could give it more than 10 I would! Thanks I will be back Helen

Mariana and staff at SoYa are standouts - always so helpful, welcoming and accommodating! I made an error recently with a booking and Mariana was able to assist me - professionally and efficiently! The rooms are always so clean and the bed comfortable. Keep up the great work!

Great little getaway to Victoria found our favourite new pet friendly place to stay! Super quiet, friendly staff, secure parking and convenient location.

We booked 2 rooms for our family to stay at SoYa and were not disappointed. We were blown away by the incredible service from the personal text to check our arrival time and any additional needs for our family to being helped with all of our luggage at check in and then, without being asked, we were offered super late check out to accomodate us and our young children before we flew home. The staff were so friendly and kind. The rooms were super spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The cost was very reasonable and it’s in a very convenient location, literally around the corner from South Yarra station and main shopping strip. We will be recommending this place to all our friends and will definitely be back!
