Spa Hotel Snovik

We did not stay in the hotel, so we cannot comment, although I must say we stared at the beautiful chalets for quite some time. The pools are fantastic. Everything is well organized. Great place to bring the family! There is a lunch counter and a full scale restaurant. All kids big and small, even 54 year old kids will love the three distinctive water slides. We will definitely go back!

We had a nice stay! We recommend this for families. The flat was clean and warm. Sauna was good as well.

They are leting externals in and then declined pool entrance to their guests. Kids that are in the ski school have only one hour in exact scheadule and then dissapointed them. The place is too crowded in general, queue for dinner, queue for coffee... I assume it will get even worse when they open a hotel.

Very humid room, you have to pay for towels for the pool, pay for bathrobes…, breakfast is good, the pool is nice but a bit icky and the changing rooms etc are like a steambath. Cleaning of the rooms only every seven days. Our shower was dirty when we arrived. Construction going on as well. Very easy parking though. Beautiful scenery. You have to walk 8 minutes from the apartment to tbe main building.

We stayed here 2 nights. Most of the negative reviews are unfortunately correct. There is almost no wifi in the rooms. At night we were hearing water drops from the installation. There is no net in the windows so you cannot open the windows unless bugs will enter. There was no soap, the airco remote was broken. Despite the huge amount of money no room with view or balcony was provided. There are enough parking spaces. Breakfast and dinner we tried. Seriously not even 2 star hotel. Either no taste, too much salt. The neighborhood is really nice to walk, to sports. We used the pool once. Good for children.

Rooms have kitchens but are nothing special. Be aware: As of August 2025, AMEX Travel shows the wrong address — the actual location is 14 km away. The place was crowded with kids and not particularly quiet, but the breakfast was excellent.

Visible progress, increased number of parking spaces by 200 percent, also the number of plastic deck chairs and places to lie around and above the pool on the grass. The main infrastructure and the pool are the same size,.. decide for yourself. Smoking is allowed in full view of the lifeguards/guards (2 years ago it was absolutely impossible). The rule that you are not allowed to bring food is great, and that attracted me, but the restaurant is still the same size (without ventilation and air conditioning for years) and there are 3 times more people, I can wait, but the children? They are mostly turning into an expensive city pool, unfortunately, can they do that.

- staff is rude, unhelpful, slow - If you ask questions nobody can help - Huge queues at the entrance, staff is very slow - they are letting a huge amount of people in even though there is not enough space for all of us - there are not nearly enough beach chairs for that amount of people - the visitors are also frustrated and rude, got screamed at by an old lady bc she wanted to steal our beach chairs, got cussed out when i told her that it belongs to me and my family - we are not allowed to move the beach chairs which is pretty annoying bc we wanted to take free chairs in order to lay together as a family - all in all the entrance is way too expensive for this type of mediocre service
