SPA Hotel Usma Latvia

We were passing through and decided to grab some food in the restaurant.|The Caesar salad was nice, so was the pork.|Me and another friend ordered a beef burger, and it was very visible that the patty was not freshly made and had been frozen for a long time. Tasted like plastic, obviously had been frozen for a long time. The place is supposedly a restaurant and the kitchen are unable to make a fresh patty - quite disappointing.

For two days from morning to evening, loud engine noises from the sea cleaning. No peace, no relaxation. Even our children didn't dare to swim in the lake.

Great place for sailors to spend a weekend on a lake. Have not stayed in a SPA house rooms. Bungalows are solid 4 stars for what it is.

We were pleased with the interior design and the terrace. Also everything was clean. |There was a dishwasher and a lot of utensils in the kitchen except the important things - a knife and a pot! |Not so important but good to know that also an oven and hairdryer was not available.

We booked two night stay and it was AMAZING!!! I booked two night anti-stress package and upgraded so we could stay in the cabin on the lake. I also added an option for cabin to be decorated with flowers, fruit and bubbles as a surprise to my husband on our one year anniversary and it looked so lovely! Restaurant staff went above and beyond and we also had our dinner table decorated both nights which was a surprise to us both and honestly it made our stay even more amazing! Food and drinks were lush both nights, we also enjoyed breakfast. Young girl on reception was very welcoming and friendly both days and had no problem answering all my questions. We also were able to enjoy spa and massages as included in our package. Massages we had were very relaxing, we both really enjoyed it. SPA is very nice and clean. I’m so glad that we upgraded to stay on the lake, we were able to go for a swim from our terrace and really take in the nature.Literally can’t fault a thing and we will definitely return 😍

On the balcony was empty alcohol bottles from previous visitors. Mirror was dirty. Customer service was bad. No reactions when we point on empty bottles. Don recommend this spa. Better choice is Ezari spa

Nice calm atmosphere. 5/5 for calm relaxation. Weather could've been better for hiking around but that did not affect our stay. Dinner was spot on and the barman served nice delicious simple cocktails. Recommended.

worst place in Latvia! We arrived with our caravan, with summer clothes. The reception was very bad, we already realized that we were not welcome. At first we only wanted to be in the restaurant. We had to wait until 1pm to order food. During the waiting time, we saw the hotel with spa packages on the website, we went to the receptionist and said that we wanted to spend the night in a room, with spa included. she was very arrogant, unprofessional, without much research, she told us there is no place for us in the hotel. But the place was empty, there was no one, she didn't make the slightest effort to attend to us. So at 1:00 pm when we ordered the food, we politely asked the waitress to ask again at reception if there was a room for us. At 1:20 pm she came back and suddenly told us that there is no more salmon, that it was the food we wanted, without further information.
