The hotel is located in the heart of Reims' historic center, with its rooms mainly overlooking the magnificent cathedral. It's your perfect base for visiting the city's prestigious champagne houses and the surroundings.

Excellent hotel spoiled by the time it takes them to bring your car from the parking area which is away from the hotel.

My husband and I scheduled a massage and it was a wonderful experience. The hydro therapy area was included so bring a swimsuit. Staff was friendly and very skilled at massage. Highly recommend for a relaxing experience alone or with a friend or spouse.

We made a reservation for one hour, our at least we thought so. At first everything looked fine and we were satisfied. But after 15 minutes there were two other people that joined the spa, hotel guests. They were making a lot of noise and were even rude! No time to relax for us at al. We are still very frustrated.. a spa must be quiet. In the locker room is a sign that indicates that you must respect others and be quiet. They didn't have to pay for it but we did! So.. we couldn't really relax. Anyways.. after this, my husband's locker didn't work and there was no staff to help us! I went to the reception of the hotel to see if they could help us. My husband had been waiting for half an our in his swimming clothes. After all.. staff of the reception walked with me. My husband could open his locker but.. we also needed to pay. We got a glass of champagne in the hotel to waif for the staff.. imagine, we were there at 10 o clock. Around 12:15 there was finally some staff.. another girl then this morning. She wasn't polite at all!!! She told us that we had to pay for two hours because "it is not possible to book for one hour!!!" WELL.... We did book for one hour and her colleague didn't mention anything about it! In the end they let us pay for one hour. One hour of stress instead of one hour relaxing... luckily the hotel staff was friendly. But we came here to relax and unwind. Didn't work out at all. We're not coming back here.

Rude staff, shut down spa jets 15 min prior to closing, didn’t advise that spa facilities would be closed when I made appointment for massage. Disappointed.

Très beau moment ! Nous avions réservés pour un accès spa d’une heure et un modelage de 20 min du dos. Tout était parfait de l’accueil à la sortie. Le soin était magique l’un des meilleurs que j’ai pu faire! Une équipe vraiment adorable et au petit soins 🤩

Le sauna et le hammam sont agréables, mais la piscine est assez petite. À ce tarif-là, on s'attend à un cadre plus raffiné et à plusieurs saunas. Le prix de 30€ de l'heure est vraiment excessif pour ce qui est proposé. Attention à la fréquentation, car l'endroit peut vite devenir bruyant. Un rapport qualité/prix à revoir.
