Oh my goodness!!! We had much needed couples massage after a long day of skiing. Super relaxing and I cannot be more happy about this experience! Lovely indoor pool was a plus and the steam sauna!

I had a massage and facial, it was incredible. Ben was a fantastic masseuse. Great pressure and even warned me about a rib that had popped out after falling while skiing. So helpful & kind. Marina is one of the best estheticians I’ve ever been to. She looked at my skin under the microscope and provided recommendations for a collagen mask and a hydra-facial. She did extractions, red light, blue lights, and even an arms & legs massage while the collagen mask was on. If was one of, if not the best, facials I’ve had in my lifetime (probably had ~25+ at various different places in California). She was extremely knowledgeable and even gave me a recommended skincare routine and which products she thinks would be good for my skin. So helpful & I can’t wait to go see her again!!

They cancelled my appointment a little over an hour before I was meant to be there. I had already removed all my ski gear and left my friends and began driving there. Very unprofessional especially since they had confirmed my appointment the day before.

Unfriendly staff . Was going to book this hotel but opted with Wilson down Road for 1/4 of price . Front desk of spa wouldn’t allow me to pay/use pool after spending over $400 on a massage for my wife . Now I will 100% not book this hotel when we return to big sky. Overpriced

Great massage and facial. The amenities were also fabulous. We spent half the day and left feeling refreshed and relaxed. We will be back.

Steam Rooms at the spa are not sanitary. I’ve visited the spa and notified the staff on two occasions months apart. Only gotten worse.
