"A former winegrower’s mansion, tucked between the Languedoc’s Picpoul vineyards and the Thau Lagoon, this estate now belongs to the well-known Tarbouriech oyster-farming family — in its present incarnation as a small luxury hotel, the Domaine Tarbouriech, perhaps unsurprisingly, is focused more on seafood than on grapes.
