Spa Ritual at Sycuan

This was my fourth time at Spa Ritual and it is great every time. I look forward to each appointment. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in. The amenities are always clean. My massage service has been great each time. Highly recommend for a full spa day!

Ritual Spa at Sycuan offers reasonably priced spa services such as; Relax – Full body, light pressure Swedish massage Reduce – Uses hot and cold stones to release toxins Restore – Medium to firm pressure massage Back, Neck and Shoulders -As stated also addition of topical pain relief serum + a few more Skin Care and corrective such as; HydraFacial, oxygen facial Waxing services Salon services And Lash services I really like that they offer all day access to guest who purchases a service. So, my plan was; get up super early, hit the gym, shower, use the amenities before getting dressed again and head out for lunch, my massage appointment was set for 2:30. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned since I was running a bit late for my a.m gym sesh. It was fine all worked out, after the gym I brought an extra change of clothes into the spa and put them in the locker assigned to us, headed to lunch at Pink Buddha (check out my review) headed back for a rinse, then jacuzzi, steam room, sauna then a cold rinse then finally got my massage. They provide you with a robe and slippers, the towels, and drinks were always stocked. If you forgot your toiletries, no worries, they got you! Susan was such a great masseuse! She knew where to put pressure and I really felt comfortable with her. I personally prefer light pressure, if you are like me then you want to ask for her. My partner had Shauna and she also loved her massage Lastly, it should be noted that getting into the whirlpool can be quite challenging for some. I would suggest adding an extra step outside and one inside with hand rails. I don’t think people naturally sit and turn over to get into the pool most are used to stepping into a jacuzzi FYI this can be hazardous for some. (Missing star)

I had a custom facial with Giselle the other day and it was the best facial I have ever had. She explained what she was using pretty well and afterwards my skin was truly glowing. I let her know my concerns (acne and dark under eye circles) and she helped get them under control. I had went in with DARK under eye circles and puffiness and when I came out they were far less noticeable. I have had a facial with the brand before, but my skin was nowhere near like this. If only I lived close enough to the spa, it would be a frequent treat if I did!

Long over due review but we came here last mothers day and my mom & I really had a amazing time. We had massages & enjoyed the saunas and jacuzzi immensely! The facility was VERY clean and tidy! While on the pricier side for the massage, the spa day pass is a reasonable deal for how nice this place is! We will be back for sure! One thing that really set this place apart for me from other spas is the generous usage of incredible high quality essential oils - in the saunas and showers, and you can add more to the steam room as you sit inside and enjoy breathing deeply. It was a nice touch that each different sauna had different oils to experience. I hope they keep doing this the next time we visit - these oils are intoxicating! Loved them so much we purchased to bring home!

This was my first time at Spa Ritual and my mother and I were very pleased! From being greeted by the receptionist, awesome service from our nail technician and the overall experience was amazing! We left relaxed and satisfied and plan to return soon! Thank you Lillian (Happy Birthday) and Lindsey for your excellent nail service and to each employee we came in contact with!

My wife and I have had several massages at Spa Ritual over the last few years. The massages have been fantastic, but the lack of amenities (e.g. no pool or gym access included, no jacuzzi for men) make the experience not worth it for the price point. Other hotel spas in San Diego County include amenities that allow for a relaxing day, not just a relaxing hour.

Wonderful experience at Spa Ritual, I got a facial and massage, hands down the best services I've received anywhere! The facility is beautiful, very clean and relaxing. They have a large jacuzzi tub, steam room, relaxation room with comfy loungers, showers and huge vanity area that is well stocked with everything you could need. Staff is so friendly and welcoming! 5 star service! I will be back!

It had been about two years since my last visit to Spa Ritual, and I can't believe I waited that long to come back. My husband and I booked a couples massage, and from the moment we walked in, the experience was wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and welcoming, which instantly made us feel comfortable and relaxed. I had Thuc for my massage, and she was just as incredible as I remembered. Her technique, attention to detail, and calming energy made it such a great experience. My husband had Cory, and he mentioned how great his massage was too. Together, they made our couples massage feel seamless and so enjoyable. Beyond the massage itself, the amenities really made the day feel like a retreat. I loved spending time in the jacuzzi and sauna. It was the perfect way to unwind before and after. They also have showers stocked with amazing products, which was such a nice touch and made it feel extra luxurious. Overall, it was everything I could have hoped for and more. Spa Ritual continues to be one of my favorite places to recharge, and I'll definitely be coming back much sooner this time!

1000x yes! Oh my gosh! So I was looking for a day spa for my birthday, and this was a last-minute decision - I was literally looking the day before. I stumbled upon Spa Ritual and found a weekday deal, and I was able to book a facial and massage deal online for the next day. They also included access to the spa all day, so I was super excited! Included with the package is complimentary valet parking, so upon arrival, pull up and they'll have your name on the list. You can park at the valet curbside. When you walk in, you're gonna head down to the right. You'll find the escalators and take those down. You won't miss the spa because the aroma will certainly start to pull you in! Upon entry, they checked me in and the concierge is really nice, giving me a tour around since it was my first time. They showed me how to use the lockers and all of the amenities. Oh my gosh, so all the access to the spa includes access to the hot tub, dry sauna, and wet spa sauna, plus access to the hot tub and then the co-ed tranquility room, which is a nice, quiet, calm room where you can relax, grab tea or snacks, and wait for your spa service. The spa services were awesome! My facial was customized by Danielle, and she did sell me on a product, but I can find myself using them more often. After that service, I certainly will be going back for regular facial treatments. The service was customized to me and super relaxing. I also had a massage shortly thereafter, and the massage was lovely as well - just super relaxing. I was able to lock my phone in the locker, so that really just helped me keep a peaceful mind as I was navigating from session to session and in and out of the different facilities. I finished up my day with dedicated time in the hot tub and then the steam sauna, and then I wrapped up my afternoon in the hot tub. Midday, I did take a break - I left the spa and went up for lunch on-site at the casino. There are a few options, so get recommendations from the ladies upfront. Overall, 10 out of 10 service for me! Great spa experience and I'll be going back!

Sophie gave me a pedicure and she was absolutely lovely! She was very detail oriented and gave me a cuticle clean up, a scrub, lotion, and super cute polish. Her work was super clean too. They used a good quality polish (OPI- color- you're such a Budapest). Each service also comes with access to a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. They have fruit infused water and light snacks available too. Lastly, there are lockers to securely store your items when you get your services done.

Great relaxing visit with friends! Loved my service, the massage was perfect! The spa was great, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and relaxation room. The only thing I would mention is we had male friends in our party and they said there was no hot tub on their side, which was unfortunate. Also we went on a Sunday and most spas include amenities, such as, pools, gyms... in there case the pool pass is not included, again unfortunate. Overall the staff were all helpful and pleasant!

Had the BEDT time celebrating my birthday here. Me and my sister both got 50 min custom massages which was the August special so score! The steam room was awesome cleared out my entire sinuses lol. Wish I could remember the lady who did my massage she's a gift to this earth! Also added the scalp massage so worth it. The check in lady who gave us a tour was so nice! And the shampoo and conditioner in the showers was great made my hair nice and soft. Also thank you for having some plus size options for the robes. I hate trying to go somewhere to feel good and end up just feeling crappy because they have a one size fits all. 10/10 recommend forsure

My husband & I had a date night at Sycuan in April & decided to use their spa. I really enjoyed the steam room, sauna & whirlpool. The use of the those amenities alone was $45 which to me is too high but at least each of those met my expectations. I love a deep tissue massage & used to get one weekly. Sadly I haven't been able to do that in some time so I was very excited to splurge on a massage at Spa Ritual. I should have known it was not going to go well when my massage therapist led me to the treatment room & proceeded to have an unpleasant, uncomfortable, intense exchange of words with the therapist that was already in the room. There was obviously a mix up which could have been no big deal but both handled it very unprofessionally. It did not set a relaxing tone for the appt. The 90-minute massage I purchased was the most expensive one I had ever paid for & by far the most subpar, unsatisfying massage I have ever had. After refusing to add cupping to the session, the therapist proceeded to spend more time patting me over the blanket then actually providing any deep tissue therapy. This is not an exaggeration. He did my entire leg massage with the blanket still covering me. I have never left a massage feeling so unsatisfied. It was really disappointing and I wish I had said something on the spot but I didn't. My husband even tipped him before speaking to me so he made a nice 20% tip for not exerting much effort. One bright spot was the aesthetician that did my eyelash lift. She was wonderful! I would give her alone 5 stars. She made me feel at ease, explained the entire process clearly & even talked me through the part of the process which was slightly uncomfortable.

This spa exceeded my expectations in every way! It was such an elevated experience down to the smallest of details. I'm beyond happy with my booking here for my birthday!! From the time you arrive to the time you walk out, the staff go above and beyond! It seemed as though they don't overbooked which was nice, however I was there at 11am on a Monday for reference. We were the only ones there! Yay! It was clean, very modern and upscale, and every little detail was well thought out for an amazing spa experience. Staff were genuinely pleasant and welcoming. Tour was great, robes were soft and better than many others I've used at other spas. Technicians were skilled and knowledgeable. My mom mentioned her facial was top tier but just a tad bit more chatty than she would have liked but she enjoyed the experience so much that she didn't mind. My facial was outstanding, Lisa really did a wonderful job. Amenities were fabulous! Every room clean and private. Relaxation room was great though I would suggest they add fresh fruit to the snacks (they offered trial mix only) and decaf coffee is needed as well. Product recommendations weren't pushy but we definitely wanted them since every brand there is upscale and Luxury. (I'm also a retailer so I know good skin products and brands that aren't quality) They have the best! We got a nice discount for them too. Overall (and I'm picky and also in the industry) I was absolutely impressed! I will be visiting again! Also, it was my bday and I got a hand written card with goodies, the sweetest touch! What an amazing first prenatal massage. It was great and would recommend. The masseuse really hit all the pregnant tension spots. There was a few snacks, coffee, tea and water infused fruit, Reserve in advance. What a great gift from my husband.

We recently had a couples massage here with Tuch and Kathleen. Our experience was so good! Tuch was my masseuse and she was responsive to my requests for lower pressure and higher pressure in certain areas. She really got into my problem knots! I opted for the scalp massage and CBD cream, while my husband got the works. We were soooo satisfied. I really, really enjoyed my scalp massage. My only suggestion is for the spa to get face rests that have cut outs for eyes. When I was laying face down, it feels like my eyeballs are squished. Hopefully something like that exists. Will definitely return!

Spa ritual is one of the cleanest, most aesthetically pleasing spas I've ever been to. Like most spas, there's a separate area for women and men. There are personal locker rooms, robes, and hot tubs. My fiancé and I did a couples Swedish massage. I would give our massage a solid 3.5 out of 5. Not the best and not the worst. They do offer massages for pregnant women which is a plus.

The spa was beautiful and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive. Made sure I knew how to use the locker and had everything I needed to to relax for the day. I received a facial and my esthetician was extremely knowledgeable as I did play 21 questions with her about my skin! Thank you for being the only positive about our stay here at Sycuan.

Giselle has provided multiple spa treatments during this year for myself and a few friends. My aging dry skin needed quality anti-aging products. What needed most attention were my eyebrows. Years of cheap waxing mall shops, resulted in a serious re-do. Giselle reshaped them and then begged me not to touch them between Appts. Within 6 months (4 treatment) I now have full, uniformed perfectly shaped brows. They shape my face perfectly while helping me look years younger. My skin looks better than ever based on Giselle's services and facial products she recommended for my skin type. I also had an emergency nail disaster that resulted from another salon. Lilly, took on the task of repairing the damage. It took her 1.5 hours to safely remove the gel product from my nails. . Lilly then prepared my nails for the correct gel. Her service was exceptional and I was able to relax and unwind in their tranquil atmosphere. Thank you, Lilly and Giselle. I'm now a regular client at Sycuan because the value these ladies provide is remembered long after the price. See you two soon!

Took a friend for her birthday. We got 50 minute massage with hot Himalayan stones. It's was such a great experience. The spa is beautiful and the service is amazing! Highly recommended!

This was not your average mani-pedicare experience! I was treated to a luxury massage that was far above the usual fare at normal salons. Everything is sterilized and meets rigorous California srandards of care. The best part was Lily, the aesthetician, who is kind, fun and a true professional. She is gentle but thorough --my nails look amazing! She worked so hard and took her time to give top quality care. Worth every penny! Going for a massage today --can't wait!

I don't go to spas often but I love using their daypass with the Myvegas promotion (I have also paid full price for the daypass and it's a great deal regardless of the promo or not). It's $45 for the day pass or comped with the myvegas app promo after accumulating enough points. Their staff is normally friendly and I always call ahead of time to make sure they have day passes available so I don't drive up and find out there's none left (since they don't take reservations to use the day pass unless you book a service like massage or facial) so it's best to call ahead to make sure there's some available that day. I went yesterday and called ahead of time but when I showed up I felt I wasn't greeted nicely because I was using a promo and I took my two cousins and they felt a bit awkward as well after the lady upfront was checking us in. I've used the promo to the spa a few times in the past (also have paid full price for it without the promo) and this time was told it is strictly only for services like massages or facials and not for a day pass and that they didn't have room to take us. I mentioned we drove about an hour and called ahead of time and were told it shouldn't be a problem, plus that I've used the promo in the past for the day pass and it was never an issue but I will note it moving forward. After some awkwardness of standing there and waiting the lady upfront helping me said ok and let us in. Honestly I just don't like being treated that way and feeling uncomfortable when I was unaware of something and called ahead of time. It wasn't an "I'm sorry but we cannot accommodate" it felt more like we were intruding and owed her an apology. It sucks because I really have had a great experience every other time and the service is normally good and not a judgement type feel. I went from recommending the spa to friends and family to telling people to try someplace else. Hopefully they can change that because it's a bummer for everyone & and there's always a nicer way to approach things than making people feel uncomfortable or bad if they use a promotion that u are offering.

I had a wonderful time at spa ritual getting a couples massage for my birthday. We ended up just going for the day without staying at the hotel. Online booking was easy and you can get different add-ons to your massage even with a couples massage, so you don't have to have the exact same massage as your partner. Mine got the basic massage while I added the hot salt stone. The room was clean and relaxing. Even if you don't stay at the hotel, you have access to all the spa amenities, which include a steam room, sauna, showers, hot tub for the ladies (they said they will be adding one to the men's side), and a coed relaxation room that has lounge chairs and coffee and snacks. The showers and saunas also have everything you need like towels, slippers, shampoo and body wash, so you can just show up and be taken care of. The price was comparable to other hotel saunas. This particular one was recommended to us so we tried it out and had a great experience. Afterwards we walked around the casino and got some dinner at the restaurants in the hotel. I would definitely come back and try some of the other services that they have. We did not have to pay for parking and there was plenty of space when we went. Next time I think we will book a room so we can experience more of what the spa has to offer.

Absolute perfection! Came in for a massage this morning and had a wonderful experience. I arrived a half hour early which gave me time to sign in, put belongings away, robe up and enjoy some hot tub time. I also enjoyed the tranquility room, albeit there may have been a little too much chatter amongst the ladies (myself included) during our time in there. I do think it would be great to offer a better refreshments selection, as well. The only food available was nuts. While I didn't plan on having a full breakfast, some fresh fruit and/or cookies, like other spas, would have been nice. My massage was delightful. I don't have the name of the masseuse (my apologies!) but my service was so relaxing. I had a 50-minute massage, with a little aromatherapy and a warm neck pillow included. The little details made the massage really special. The staff was very friendly and professional. I will be coming back here for solo trips and with loved ones! I cannot wait!

Went for my birthday for the honey and milk wrap scrub . The spa itself isn't very large. I at first thought it looked clean but once you're in there and really look it needs some deep cleaning. For instance the top of waterfall in the jacuzzi had thick layer of dust. The robes feel really worn. The towels are small that are in the jacuzzi and vanity area's. The water was not kept stocked or the towels in the jacuzzi/vanity area. In the waiting tranquil space the snacks are just nuts and they were all gone once we went in there waiting for treatment. The complimentary toiletries were also almost gone after our treatment. My treatment was done by Anna. She was very nice and friendly. The scrub was just mediocre. The ambiance was nice. I wish I had done a massage instead for the price. I think the spa needs deep cleaning and someone needs to stock more regularly with the amount of people using it at one time.

I've been here a few times. Twice Pre-Covid (5 star experiences) and once after (3 star). The facilities are beautiful and very clean. I love the location in the hotel away from the casino and across from the entrance to the pool. It always smells amazing when you walk in and the staff have always been very pleasant. After you check in they give you a lovely spa robe to wear at the facility and a pair of slip on rubber shower shoes. They have lots of spacious lockers with combination locks to store all of your belongings during your stay. They provide bottled water, towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and some toiletries in case you forget yours. They have a tranquility room to relax in while you wait for your services, which offers coffee, water and tea. They have a sauna, a jacuzzi and a few private showers. One reason I removed a star is prior to Covid you could consume alcoholic beverages at the spa during your stay. Now they do not allow any alcoholic beverages or food in the spa. This was a big surprise as there were seven of us who booked services for our friends spa-day birthday experience and we planned to have a few mimosas throughout the day but we were told it wasn't allowed and any alcohol would be confiscated. In order to have food or beverages you need to leave the spa area and head up the escalator to the Viewpoint restaurant or the Neighborhood Bar. It was very inconvenient and it was weird walking around the casino in spa attire! Yes we could've put our normal clothes back on but what a hassle! We ask a worker why we couldn't have alcohol and she said alcohol in the jacuzzi can be dangerous... ok but they allow alcohol outside at the pool area and in that jacuzzi which was at a hotter temp so I'm confused. I will say, we were all in the inside jacuzzi area at the spa and there was so much water on the floor it was running under the door into the hallway. My friend slipped walking and almost fell. To prevent slipping they really should provide the rubber mats throughout the entire spa area and not just in the jacuzzi and shower areas. I did order an 80 minute "Relax" massage. The bed was comfortable, the room was large, clean, tidy and smelled amazing. Unfortunately, the massage was a tad above ok. It was very soft touch and the head massage left a lot to be desired. If you don't want to drink while having a spa day you should definitely give this place a shot. It is very nice.

I think I know why this place is called Spa Ritual. This place hurts so GOOD, it might just be a ritual for me to come back the next time I'm here! I came here with my sig. other that we both truly loved it. Just FYI, we did not get a couple's massage. Ya know, because that's just stressful to go together even though we had appointments at the same time. They are currently open Thur-Mon. They will also ask if you prefer a male or female masseuse. I had Kathleen, she was AMAZING! Just enough pressure for my back, neck and shoulders massage. The 50 minutes went by way too quick. She was able to work on my problem area and make it less of a problem. I highly recommend her, just please don't book Kathleen when I am coming! I booked Corey for her and I heard he was also pretty amazing. Both of them were masked the whole time so it was totally relaxing. Oh, before you go in, they will ask for a CC for a hold. You can cancel or modify your reservation up to a day in advance. But working in a service industry myself, please don't cancel if you don't have to. It is a burden on other people's schedules. They will also send over an email that you will have to fill out prior to coming into the spa. All standard spa protocols if you have been to other places. What is a little different here is that they have a tip lock cage for each masseuse. They also write down the amount that you give them on a notebook. I was not sure, so I gave cash to Kathleen only to find out that they will put all of their tips into the cage. So tips will go to your person and your person only. Do spend a little time in the locker room area. In the men's there is a sauna and I heard the women's area has a little jacuzzi. There is also little kits after you get out of the shower such as combs, toothbrushes that you can use to freshen up. Of course, there's the standard shower, robe, sandals they'll give you to wear during this whole experience. There is a couple's meeting area, that's where you can lounge out together and it is also the common ground where you meet your masseuse. It's very tranquil but it only has six lounge chairs so make sure you only use it if you have to. I felt so relaxed that I didn't even get the chance to play in the gaming area after the spa. Maybe that was for the better, as I probably would've lost quite a bit and be irritated for another massage! Do note this place is a little hard to find, same level as the pool just to the left of the escalator. Sorry no photos because that would be totally creepy.

If you need a spa-cation this is the place! Upon entering the spa doors you can immediately feel and smell the calm atmosphere. You are greeted by an extremely accommodating and friendly staff. They will set you up with a perfectly folded fluffy robe and comfy shower slippers and guide you into bliss. The women's side locker room spills elegance. You will find yourself immediately leaving the stress outside with the hot tub, dry sauna and steam room before your appointment...as long as you arrive at least 30 minutes BEFORE your scheduled appointment. They let you check in as early as 9:30 am so you can go in and out as you please up until close. Of course you can enjoy these relaxing amenities after your service. They have shampoo, conditioner and shower gel for you to use inside the steamy showers. There is a coed tranquility room that has coffee, tea, water and some snack nuts. This is a great place to focus on your relaxation as you close your eyes before the real relaxation starts. Facials, body treatments, massages, nails and hair! This place has it all. I've experienced the 80 minute Restore Therapeutic with added Himalayan stones with Shauna, the 50 minute Restore with Kat, Back Neck and Shoulders with Susan. All of them are absolutely the best of the best massage therapists. I can't wait to try the other therapists. As far as facials go these are the best esthis in the business. Chandra, Erin, Lisa and Vanesa know their stuff. They analyze your skin and customize your treatment if you're getting a custom facial. They even have a "Just for Guys". The moment you lay on their warm table and they place their soft hands on your face you feel immediate relaxation. Oxygen facials are their craft. They infuse oxygen into your skin and you leave looking at least 10 years younger. I've also experienced the Cali Glow and Royal Milk and Honey Wrap. This is something I didn't even know I needed and wow! I felt silky and soft and I smelled like the islands of Fiji with their Pure Fiji Products. You get 10% off the products with same day service! Be sure to grab some Pure Fiji as they literally fly off the shelves. Don't let me forget my Spa-mazing scalp massage from Evelin with a shampoo blowout. The moment her fingers massage your head you'll want to fall asleep. You don't even feel like you're laying in a shampoo bowl. Just lean back and let her take your stress away. Another thing I didn't even know I needed. After the wash she will blow dry and style and you'll leave looking like a rockstar! Overall this place is something I crave at least once a month. So I make it my "Spa Ritual". You. Need. To. Go. Here. It will not disappoint!! FYI you do not need to stay at the hotel to enjoy the spa but you do have to be 21. Bring your ID and security will check it upon arrival in the casino. Overall the best spa I've been to in San Diego.

Massages great. Spa staff rude and complacent. Customer service is non existent and borders racist. And gets worse if you make a complaint. There are photos of jacuzzi on the website home page of the spa but that is only for women. There isn't one for men. They don't inform you of this when booking. Which is very misleading of the advertising. You think you are going to get to soak and you don't. The spa is very small and if people talk it echos and makes the environment very loud and not relaxing. They do not enforce tranquility and you are subject to the echo chatter. The spa is clothing optional but they do not enforce others not to be on their phones or take photos in the spa. So if you desire privacy or like the clothing optional, you will be made uncomfortable by others filming in the spa areas. For the lack of service, and unequal amenities, you could spend your money better elsewhere.

Love this spa, very professional, facility is clean and nice. The price is on point and the massages here are amazing. The lobby where you wait for your massage is nice with snacks and coffee or water. The one thing that I hope they add to the men's side is a jacuzzi. The women's side has one but the men side does not. Please add that

08/14/21 - me and my two girlfriends came here for two appointments for hot stone massage and one facial. When we arrived, we were greeted by Monique who then informed us that one of the masseuse called in sick. They attempted to call the contact number but unfortunately they couldn't reach us. They were very apologetic and offered us a discount for the inconvenience and a manicure and pedicure for the massage instead for one of the massages. This was a birthday celebration, so at the end she ended up giving the manicure and pedicure as a complimentary service. I appreciate this very much, since they already offered us a discount. She truly went above and beyond and made our visit very nice and unproblematic. So, your service includes the use of the amenities onsite which includes a jacuzzi, a wet and dry sauna and a relaxation lounge. They have lockers available and provide you with slippers and a robe. They also have toiletries provided which also includes shaving cream, lotions and dental kits, razor, combs, shower caps etc. The facility was very nice and clean, I just wish the relaxation lounge was a little bit bigger since it got full fairly quick since it was a busy weekend. The lounge has coffee and snacks also. Water bottles are also in full supply around the facility. My manicure and pedicure took an hour and a half, maybe a little bit more. Evelin was the lady that took care of me and was very meticulous and accommodating. She made sure to check up on me about snacks and waters. The service also included hand and leg massage which was to die for. I was very satisfied and pleased with my service. The only downside to the service I received was that I couldn't use the jacuzzi and spa until an hour after my nail polish have settled, so I was not able to take advantage of that. Both of my girlfriends were also very happy with the facial and the hot stone massage. They definitely told me that I needed to try it. A great tip was shared with me, so I would like to share it with you. Mondays and Thursdays, all services come with day use of the pool. Since I am off some Mondays I am excited to make a day out of it when I need to get my next pedicure. I highly recommend this place. Everyone we encountered and the front desk people were so nice and friendly. I can't wait to go back.

A true spa day. I checked in an hour early to be able to use the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and showers. The staff were welcoming. The changing area had lockers that were actually easy to use. They had beautiful, thick robes and towels. The facilities were spotless, absolutely sparkling. I had the best massage of my life with Thuc. She is kind and very considerate checking in through the service to make sure you are comfortable and that the massage is exactly what you want. She is the perfect combination of kind, warm and professional. It is a resort spa so I won't be able to go every week but I've already referred a few friends, and I'll be back as soon as I can.

I had a marvelous massage yesterday by Corey. I will be scheduling one a week b/c he was so thorough and in to detoxification and it was wonderful. The spa itself is lovely. It seems to have new management. Thank goodness. Glad to have tried the spa again.

Wow, I enjoyed my massage with Shawna. Tried the facial too and it was super relaxing. Get there early to use the amenities. I made the mistake of arriving 15minutes before my massage time, and didn't get to enjoy the sauna.

I have tried this spa 2 times Twice it was soo basic you dont really feel relaxed during the massage abd they go so fast by the time you turn around they are done . For the price you would expect a lot more . Also for the price the installations is very small I would rather do a happy head a million times

Got a Mani/Pedi from Lily. It was so relaxing I was falling asleep and kept dropping my hands during the manicure. "SORRY LILLY" Lily is amazing! She is so sweet and she really takes her time. I had a bad experience a few years back with a botched hair cut but they have made a lot of changes. They have a whole new crew. Everyone is very professional, the spa is beautiful. I'm happy that I tried them out again.

I've now visited Spa Ritual three times and have seen three providers. Twice for a back, neck and shoulder massage and once for a custom facial. Every single time I have experienced PRISTINELY clean amentities, the most professional and friendly staff and I never feel like Spa Ritual ever overbooks or packs people in. It is located below the casino and is completely soundproof. The treatment hallway has dim lighting and I've never passed another guest coming or going from a service. Lockers are completely secure and easy to access. The locker area is kept at a comfortable 71 degrees and I believe the whirlpool area read 85. Arrive plenty early so you can use the steam room, sauna or jacuzzi. Spa Ritual is 36 minutes from my house but it is well worth the hour+ trip as I always leave the spa carefree and rejuvenated. I don't even come to Sycuan to gamble-I come for spa ritual.

Last Friday I had the pleasure of getting a massage at Spa Ritual. This has been my second time at this spa, and it was a treat! I had the 80 minute massage with Esther, she was a wonderful professional! She told me she has been doing this for 18 years!! At the end they do this thing with a towel when they stretch your neck! The experience was wonderful! The whole spa is nice and smells so clean!! The staff, all of them, were very nice, friendly, and considerate. Before my massage, my friend and I took in all the amenities. They have a steam room, jacuzzi, and dry sauna. Everything at the spa, from the tranquility room to the showers was clean and fresh! We decided to treat ourselves and had a day pass to the pool. It was so nice! Again, staff was so nice, everything was clean and inviting! We ate lunch while relaxing by the lazy river. The food was great! My only regret was not getting another treatment like a mani/pedi... maybe next time.

Thuc and Susan are amazing. The massages here are a little pricier than other places, but the relaxing spa facilities (including jacuzzi) and awesome massage therapists make it well worth it!

Just had the most relaxing morning at Spa Ritual. Spa greets you and gives you a tour of lockers and amenities; which include, hot tub, sauna, steam room, relaxing room, showers. They also provide you with toiletries, robe and slippers it is such a great place to spend with your girlfriends. thank you so much Nancy and your staff for making me feel like I was on vacation. Can't wait to go back! Thank you again

My husband and I love this spa! We have had 4 couples massages in the past 3 months and have 2 more booked. We really like Kathleen and Corey, they are amazing.

Grabbed a girlfriend and spent the afternoon getting pampered. I had THE best 80 minute massage! The Spa Ritual team are professional and are all so very nice. Spent time in the hot tub and dry sauna. It's very clean and the Eucalyptus hanging in the showers is a nice touch. Looking forward to our next visit!

This spa is relaxing and refreshing. I felt pampered from beginning to end. Everything is as beautiful and soothing as it appears in the photos. All of the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. Shauna did a great job working out my many knots during my massage, and she was a ray of sunshine. My pedicure with Evelin left my feet feeling brand new afterward and my toes looked perfect! My facial with Vanesa was super relaxing and my skin glowed afterward. I will definitely make a trip out to Sycuan just to visit the spa.

Spa Ritual at Sycuan is a beautiful facility on par with other fine resorts. I loved that hot stones could be added to any massage, including the deep tissue massage that the nice front desk person recommended. Everyone was so welcoming when I got there and my therapist (Angela) was excellent. She used both hot and cold stones during the treatment - which was a wonderful and very unique sensation! I left feeling so refreshed! Be sure to arrive early for the Sauna and Steam, complete with an attentive locker room attendant providing fluffy bathrobes and slippers. I really enjoyed the visit and would recommend without hesitation!

What a joke! I made a reservation here 3 weeks ago. I show up at the time i made the reservation and they canceled. NO CALL. NO EMAIL! Just a cancellation with no reason. AND on top of that they have no other appointments available. What the actual f**k!?! You guys suck big time. Manager didn't offer anything for the inconvenience, either. They said we could get a couples body scrub. I don't want a body scrub. I wanted a f**king massage like i booked. I waisted points to get the $100 spa credit as well. They are useless. And obviously not relaxing either

The hot stone massage was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, my gel manicure is already completely peeling up and chipping after 1 week :(

I got a pedicure from Lilly she is the best! This was my first time at this spa so I was unsure what to expect. The atmosphere and decor is very beautiful and relaxing. Lilly was very professional and has nearly 2 decades of experience and it shows. I'm very happy with the way my pedicure came out and the whole process was very relaxing and enjoyable (especially the foot massage). It was definitely a luxury experience and I give 5 stars because my technician Lilly. She went above and beyond make my first experience was a great one. She was very personable and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back.

Saying this place is amazing, is a understatement. I have been there twice, and both times have been unforgettable. My mother and I went there last week to get facials for my mothers birthday, and we will be going there for our facials for now on. I love the relaxing vibe you get right when you walk through the doors. The staff is very kind and super helpful. The ladies locker room is beautiful and clean. The lounge room you get to relax in before you get your treatment, is so nice and peaceful. Our estheticians were Lisa and Venessa, they were both professional and amazing. I highly recommend this spa for any of your relaxing needs or just for a simple get away from the world, you will never want to leave! You also get a free day pass to the pool with your service. Looking forward to my next treatment with them!

Experienced the Reduce hot stone massage, at the Sycuan spa it is new and somewhat on the small side. The massage itself was very good. All the amenities were open and available for use. They include the gratuity which most spas do however they also are upfront about it and the front staff did not mention whatsoever to me. The pool area of Sycuan is one of the absolute very best around. Overall a great experience.
