Spa Valley Railway - (Tunbridge Wells West Station)

Great day out. Fantastic little railway. Clean tidy coaches to ride on , educational with history and photographs displayed at all stations and helpful staff. Plenty of places for food and drinks and a working buffet coach fully staffed. Took the offer of a 10% discount for food offered in the pub at Groombridge. (Just show your train ticket) Definitely worth a visit and value for money.

Our day was amazing. We , as adults, had a great time, and our son enjoyed it as well so much. Friendly staff. Shame that such places don't have more donations from cities and councils to preserve such a part of history. It's definitely worth visiting. Price wise, it was super reasonable, I would even say that tickets were cheap for what you get.

The volunteers here are amazing! It is by far the friendliest railway I've been too, everyone here is so welcoming. You can really tell that they enjoying being there. The railway itself has some stunning views all the way along. There are so many events held throughout the year, catering for just about anyone and everyone. I could not recommend this place anymore, it is definitely worth a visit and you will not be disappointed 🚂

Excellent Heritage Railway. Great train trips with Diesel and Steam Locomotives. There's also plenty of different events for rail enthusiasts and/or just those looking for something different with a train theme. Cream tea trains, Whisky trains, murder mystery etc. Train ride is pleasant. A nice way to spend a few hours or longer. The trains do about 4 or 5 round trips. A good way to spend a few hours.

Absolutely brilliant place to visit. We did the beer training the evening. Absolutely brilliant value for the money. All staff and volunteers super friendly and happy to help. Would most definitely visit again.

We had a lovely evening on the fish and chip train to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Didn't catch the gentleman's name but the waiter was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant and relaxing evening.

An amazing experience. Truly marvelous, with great service (I need to Thank you Barry to make this journey to all sucha memorable. Professional, friendly, helpful). The train stops in few places, the best it is that you can use your ticket for the whole day - you can get out of the train and come back any time. Definitely, I will come back to experience the steam train in more pleasant weather. Thank you Highly, recommend.
