Spa Valmont at the Carlyle

I went in for a facial treatment with Hitomi at the Valmont Spa at the Carlyle Hotel and it exceeded my expectations. I got the Carlyle oxylight treatment done and had such a wonderful experience. After the medical-grade collagen mask, my skin was radiant and hydrated for days and received many compliments from my peers. Anyone who comes in for a treatment should definitely try this out. From start to finish the customer service elevated my experience. The front desk was welcoming and Hitomi was very friendly and her customer service was truly great. Her attention to detail was also impressive. I hope to come visit Hitomi for more facials every time I am in NYC. I highly recommend!

A life changing facial experience at the spa! From the luxurious facilities, the experienced esthetician, and the attention to detail 'll be dreaming about this for a lifetime. I received the "Hydration of the Bisses” with 2 phenomenal add ons; oxygenation and LED therapy by the amazing Enzie. She cleaned my pores out while adding complete hydration into my skin. She tailored the facial to my skin needs! I left with no down time and pimples that were there before the facial was completely gone that evening! I have traveled the world and received massages wherever possible. Little did I know that the best massage therapist was just blocks away at the Valmont Spa in NYC. That is Claudia L., a truly gifted massage therapist. Her sensitivity to the human body is so finely tuned that there is no part of my body that needs attention that her skilled hands do not discover. A massage with Claudia has become a necessity, not simply an occasional treat. Reaching the end of the massage with Claudia always comes too soon- no matter how long the massage. It is as close to heaven as I can find here on earth.

One of my many visits at Valmont Spa at the Carlyle — as usual the perfect luxurious experience!! I received the Carlyle Oxylight Facial with Enzie. My pores were in dire need of a Spring cleaning, Enzie handled every single extraction with expertise and care. Even with all my congestion there was minimal pain, I’m so grateful for her quick but meticulous work on my skin! Once completely clear — I was treated to a Regenerating collagen mask, a delicate massage, and both red + blue light for healing and repair. I left glowing, dewy and clean as a whistle. I was excited to stop at La Mason Valmont downstairs and pickup the Valmont exfoliator — per Enzie’s recommendation. Looking forward to my next treatment! xx

My husband & I enjoy massages with Claudia. She is the best masseuse we have ever known. She is truly amazing. Claudia understands the body, has a superb technique, incredible hands & energy. She is a true healer. If you are lucky to get an appointment with her - you will be so happy!!!

I went to Spa Valmont this past weekend, a surprise from my boyfriend, and WOW! What an amazing experience, I came in looking visibly tired and drained. I left looking and feeling radiant and light! Enzy, the best esthetician there, was very detailed in explaining what the facial will entail and its benefits. As the service went on I felt lighter and lighter, she took all the stress away and plumped me up with some of the best skincare I have ever had on my face! Definitely a 100000/10, I recommend any skincare aficionados out there to try the Spa Valmont ask for Enzy; you won’t regret it!

The Valmont at the Carlyle offers a wonderful experience. The Alpine energy massage is calming. Ask for Doug, my massage therapist, He has a calming demeanor, strong hands, and sets a comfortable environment. Negin, the receptionist, adds a pleasant smile and attitude to the spa making me feel relaxed and welcome.
