Great location, great food. We came to Spade on Sunday morning and had a lovely experience. The Avocado Burger add egg was the highlight of our visit. They serve 49th Parallel coffee, my iced latte and cappuccino were great. Only disappointment is that they don’t serve their own coffee. The space is beautiful and different from the regular stark while minimalist shops around town and the staff were friendly. Definitely recommend.

Great value, $10 healthy & fresh breakfast box (2 poached eggs, heaps of salad - spinach & rucola, air dried ham, black sesame, light vinaigrette, artichoke, pickles, roasted Bell peppers, gluten free).
There was a gluten free muffin $3.40 and a selection of pastries.
Friendly service too. Cosy atmosphere with hip furnishings.

I ordered a chai tea latte with oat milk and grabbed an americano made with the dark beans for my boyfriend. My boyfriend is very picky about his coffee and said his americano was really good! I also really enjoyed the chai tea, which is made in house. For breakfast we both got the ham and egg sandwich which was delicious. Will definitely come back.

Love the ambience and the whole shop! I thought food was nicely priced (around $9 for lunch) until I saw the portions - they were quite small and not filling. Loved their latte though! I had beet juice latte (or Pink latte on the menu).
Overall a decent experience!

came with one of my girlfriends for a quick grub. she got the avocado toast with waffle and i got their meat breakfast sammy. simple yet delicious!! It was a great, cozy ambience and a decently large space with plenty of tables and chairs. There was also a neat little mural just outside the store for any instagrammers out there :))) would come back again!

My partner and I stopped by this spot earlier today and really enjoyed everything. The food, pictured, was amazing, and we were really impressed by the quality. If you're looking for somewhere cool, with free WiFi, seat yourself tables and a casual atmosphere with chefs that obviously care about their food, check out this new place on the Drive.
Additional, queer friendly bathrooms. 👌

Cute business lunch area. Food is decent but slightly pricey. Waiters are friendly. Coffee is alright. Seats are great with simple decor. Street parking only.

Really cool spot with seating at one giant table, different sized smaller tables, and a bar. They have a wall filled with events posters and other postings. Their coffee is delicious, as is their oatmeal cookies and bread. Their Eggs in Purgatory is supposed to be popular but the tomato sauce isn’t great. Everything else was great.
