Spajza is one of my favorite restaurants in Ljubljana if I want to eat good meat (also fish is good).
The atmosphere is nice inside and brilliant during summer on their garden. If you want atmosphere, visit it when the garden is opened.
We started with really soft and creamy pate with truffels and a great carpaccio.
But the best dish was tartar on bone marrow. This was simply extraordinary (it takes a bit more waiting due to baking the bone). Try this.
They have variety of steaks and pastas, also wagyu meat, which was perfect.
They have all best slovenian wines by the glass and that is good, so you can try a lot.
Staff is friendly and professional.
I highly recommend this restaurant to meat lovers, but you will not miss also with fish.
