Looking at the rest of the comments I would like to recommend this place and to share our expérience at the B&B. Fristly the Very Nice Italian welcome from Patrizia Even without letting them know ahead that we were comming :) They answered Quickly by whatsapp all the info is on the website dont care to go via other plateforms as booking.com… for exemple. So as They accepted our late Check in because we had trouble coming back with the ferry from Ischia again thanks a lot to them Breakfast Was served on the amazing rooftop and was very Nice and they Even offers us more food to make sandwiches for lunch as we were on a roadtrip so +1. Rooms was quiet, the are normal size and cleaned every day and extra soap was given 👍 The mini bar had cold water and you can ask for other drinks if you want to I have to say also that finding good hôtels in Naples can be challenging…. A lot are Scams… Be careful not to Park during the market days I dont recommend the private parking either because the people dont take care of the cars and charge always extra then what the Said first so look for the small roads neirby that are free like this one : Via Principe di San Nicandro 1–9 Again I highly recommend this place and will come back for sure !

The breakfast lady is extremely nice, we should really give 5 stars, but the neighborhood is a bit dodgy, very difficult to park cars, also is was a bit challenging to find the entrance and the room. The stairs to go up to the room is blocked with red ropes, it was confusing.

Very unique and reasonable. Please be aware that the rooms are 120 steps up and do not have a fridge in the room. (The rooftop patio has two fridges though)

Could it be better? Barely. Fabulous building in a lively neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is bustling, very alive with live, people, architecture, vendors, religion, colours, smells, restaurants, bars, pastry shops. You can eat a good pasta dish for 4 euro or a better one for 40. Parking at 5 minutes and secure. The staff is fabulous. The rooms are clean AND QUIET. the rooftop is the epitome of hospitality day and night. There’s always food and drink in the fridge - even if you have cravings in the middle of the night. Breakfast is very good, very friendly, very scenic. What’s not to love? Well, maybe the plaque at the entrance of the palace but that’s history. For a drink, go to Scotto Jonno. It’s nearby and it’s a fabulous place.

Superb accommodation in the centre of Napoli. Niccolo was super responsive and Patrizzia was so friendly. Rooms are clean, silent. The building is impressive (with often people visiting the courtyard just to take pictures). The rooftop is brilliant with late evening sun. Perfectly located close to the old town.

Amazing and outstanding historical place in the heart of Naples. The apartment is a cool and cosy haven after a hot day in the city and feels like home. Especially thanks to the always positive and laughing Patricia who is open to every request, eager to help and feels like a friend only after 5 minutes. The interior is also very nicely designed with good taste and personal touch. Very spacious, too. Not for disabled persons though because of the stairs.

Highly recommend! from the heritage building and roof top garden for breakfast, this is a beautiful space for a relaxing aperitivo. Convenient location, we felt truly integrated into the local life. Spacious, comfortable, generous supplies of snacks provided. But the true gem is Patrizia. 12 stars!

Loved our stay here! The hosts and property are wonderful and close to lots of good restaurants - Pizza La Campagnola being our fave pizza we had during our whole time in Italy. The only reason I am not giving this hotel a full 5 stars is because the street outside of the apartment is just dirty and we had a scary encounter with a homeless man in the middle of the day. Nothing to do with the property or hosts - they were absolutely lovely just encouraging caution to people staying in the area!
