Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I asked the 2 ladies working twice where something was, they never spoke one word one angrily pointed with out looking up to the right at a rack of leggings I wasn’t looking for.

Bought these and never wore. Tags still attached. Due to the timeframe, Macys nor Spanx will take them back. These are black pleather tights.… They faded to gold. Cheap material. Don’t buy. Terrible product.

It’s an airport store so there’s not much variety.

I was a huge fan of Spanx, have been shopping here for several years. Until I bought an item online that I needed to exchange for a smaller size, so I went to the store at the airport to see if they could help me and there was nothing they could do for me because they don't let you exchange an item that you bought online at the physical store. They treat the online store and their physical stores as if they are 2 completely different companies. They also don't make it easy to return/exchange items you buy online because the package doesn't include a return label. When you buy a pair of pants that are over $100 you expect a bit better than "sorry we cant help you because you bought that online".

Staff is extremely rude.

Wow, I missed an opportunity to purchase under garments in Target’s. Come to find out Atlanta had a Spanx shop in the airport. Customer service was great. 💗💗💗💗

5 Stars for a small shop at the airport that helped me finally succumb to my desire for good quality shapewear. Thalia was very helpful as I browsed. The shop is small, so they don't have everything you can get online, but had a few things that have been sitting in my online cart on and off for years. I got to try on a skirt with a built-in shaper, as well as a few other things. I opted for a couple items I actually didn't try on (who tries on underwear?!), but got some sizing questions answered and feel much more comfortable with any future spanx purchases now that I know the sizing better. Overall, a good experience.

Small but packed store, I was looking at the pants and the associates helped me find the clearance ones, I am so thankful because I did not want to pay a lot incase I did not like them. They were all very friendly. The only sad thing is the pants do not have pockets but she said the new airline line does but they are not yet in the store. The top and pants are very comfortable.

Very helpful staff. Not much of a variety due to limited space. The quality of the clothes is excellent.

I bought 3 items from Spanx and within 20 days they went on sale for 1/2 price. I emailed asking for a price adjustment. They refused. I then told them I would return the items, and sent a picture with the tags still in place, to let them know I had not worn them. After no less than a dozen emails, because phoning is not a possibility, they sent me free return labels. The items came in 2 different orders and Spanx required me to return them in separate packages! This was a huge waste of time, resources, impact on climate, etc. Let's be clear Spanx doesn't care about their customers and they have certainly lost this me now. ATHLETA on the other hand, took my call on a similar issue and adjusted the prices all in about 5 minutes! There are lots of other vendors, to buy athletic clothes, far superior to Spanx, choose wisely!

Google says 8:15. Cashier shows up at 8:20 and yells "we're not open yet" I ask what time, she says 8:30. So based on the reviews they really open and close when ever they feel like it. I hope they don't get paid a commission for those of us who know what they already want and are in and out.

Be wary of the business hours posted online. Shows the store is open at 7:00 am, I came at 8:40 and the store was very much closed.

Stopped by Spanx at 8:00 in the morning, sales lady Althea-was rude already! Too expensive for rudeness!

Five stars to the sales associate at the Spanx shop in the Atlanta airport who helped me find the perfect pair of Spanx shorts. After sitting in a plane on a hot tarmac then rushing across five terminals I needed some shorts to go under my dress (coughchaffingcough). I had minimal time to shop before boarding my next flight. The sales associate listened to my issue, asked my size, then grabbed the perfect pair. She let me change into them in the dressing room, then sent me on my way. Thank you!!!

Althea is amazing! Patient, kind and knowledgeable. I couldn't believe I found a spanx store...anywhere. And when I did, Althea made my experience that much more magical.

Customer service is excellent here. Now once I wear what I bought and I like it...then I will go with 5 stars

I bought several pairs of Super Power Panties. I followed the chart and also followed washing instructions. Also, I put them on the proper way. All of them came apart at the seam. I called Spanx directly and spoke to a customer service representative who was very robotic and did not seem to care. Because of her response, I will not purchase Spanx again. Instead, I will find another brand to wear!
