This store just returned my money to a random persons credit card. They wont answer their phone and what a hassle this is!

So happy to write a five star review I had some issues with a pair of spanks and they sent me a brand new pair at no charge and let me keep the old ones!

Very bad quality, the material is really bad, it gets lint all over in the first wash. I would like to claim my money back

I don't know what has happened to this company....I started buying from them from the time they began... I have bodysuits from 4 years ago ...washed hundreds of times that still look like new.... but everything thatI have purchased from them in the last year falls apart after 4 or 5 washings... Just bought their satin and net body suit ...and after one washing {by hand} as I went to pull it up my nail went right through the netting.... The one that I bought 3 years ago which is all Streach netting still holds me in and looks brand new... Was the company bought out from the original owner? I have been such a loyal customer....however everything that I have bought in the last year I have returned....what happened to your quality.... What a shame my friends and I are all in sync that your product is no longer something that we will shop.... MariaW

I bought briefs for $24, reasonable, but after one wash, the adhesive they used to glue them together is exposed, definitely not worth it, these briefs look and feel great but the quality is lacking. Buy something else.

There is something wrong with YOU! You send items with no packing slip, no return labels, etc. You don't answer YOUR phones, contrary to what your website claims, and that means all numbers you list. You can spend HOURS on the phone just waiting for what? I need a damn order number, didn't come with, and your damn return address, etc., etc. It has been a hell dealing with you SPANX. And on a personal note your out-going VM sounds like a girl still in high school. Bottom line, I'm not keeping this item because you can't provide a way to return it. Disputing it all together. And why are you supposedly located at LAX, it's an airport?
