Staff was fantastic and helped me to looked gorgeous in my dress for a special occasion with the proper hosiery and shape wear. However, I was very disappointed in the hosiery~as careful as I was to lower and raise them whenever necessary, my finger went right through the hosiery at one point, and created a run that went down to my shin! No one noticed it unless I pointed it out, but for the price, the hosiery should have never run within a matter of hours. On the other hand, the shape wear was comfortable and made me look thin, just like I wanted to! I would definitely go back to this store if I needed items other than the hosiery.

I have never been to a store where the staff is as polite and helpful as the one in Short Hills NJ. Every time without fail they do not disappoint. Thank you especially to Sabrina and the other lovely ladies working there today!

Employees were NOT customer-service oriented at all!!! (...Didn't approach me at all) ....In the future, don't roll your eyes when a customer is speaking with you or in your store. #doesntlookgood #lackofassistance

I am a middle aged woman who is getting remarried this weekend. I knew I needed something from Spanx. I still have a figure but I knew something from Spanx would complete my ensemble. Today I went to the Shirt Hills Mall to physically try the products on. I met Ashley and she helped me immensely. I do shop online and thought I knew about the products but Ashley's knowledge and professionalism really knocked me out! In a world of no customer service, Ashley appeared and treated me like I was a queen. Thank you so much Spanx for your products and for hiring Ashley. She even emailed me before I got home! I am confident that i will look great underneath my dress! I will be back!!

Ok so I'm gonna tell you what the heck I've been missing. A Spanx store. I hate to shop. I hate the malls. I hate trying stuff on. I hate asking for help and no one has any idea what is going on. Spanx is like the warmest, sweetest most helpful store in the world. I don't know what they're teaching the women who work there as far as customer service but other stores should follow their lead. Before I know it I have these sexy bras that I actually like and fit beautifully and I'm walking out of the store like a rock star. Do it women. DO IT.
