This tiny Spanx® store in Terminal C at Tampa International Airport. No clerk was available at this time. The full price items were the inside part of the store, and the sale items were out front, with good sale prices for an airport shop. I had no idea that SPANX made shirts, long jackets, sportswear, and more. Investigate the return policy and remember that you need to return to Terminal C for returns.

I tried to get to the store. I thought it was at International Mall. I set up my GPS… and was unaware the store was in the airport. There is no way in hell I am going in there. I oddly enough am going to be flying in two days… but my plane takes off at 7:00am The store opens at 8:00am. I come home in a week but apparently the store closes before I fly in that evening. Wouldn’t it be cheaper to put the store in a strip mall? This has at this point not been an easy shopping experience. I haven’t been able to get into the store. I guess Spanx is only interested in customers who are flying?

I was on my way back to Colorado after a close family member had passed. I was exhausted, in every possible way. I realized I didn't have ear buds, so I trudged my way to the first store I saw - SPANX - and asked the young woman there what the cheapest set of ear buds were. She said the cheapest were $20 and was showing me to them - typical cheap ear buds. There was an older gentleman working there who took a $40 pair from the shelf and said, "For you, these are $20." It was a simple act of kindness & from someone who I know had no idea of what I was going through. The entire interaction was so pleasant. I know items in airports are overpriced. Everyone knows that. And heck, those might have been on sale already. But customer service matters - and I really feel they delivered.

Not a good idea to buy from here. Can not return merchandise, if needed, unless you are going through terminal C (southwest). Took several months for my travels to go through terminal C again, and they wouldn't not return it cause it had been 5 months! Jim Mackey, the manager does not return calls / messages and his email gets returned.

Do not buy anything from here. Purchased an item from here and it did not work out and they will not return it. They do not honor the spanx return policy instead they make up their own and told me they are spanx but they aren’t. They also act slow

The attendant was rude. Insinuating we were going to “mess up” the store. We were shopping! Not vandalizing!

Should have said it was inside the terminal. We are from out of town and weren't aware of it. Long drive for nothing.
