The florist at Spencer's Designer are exceptional and extremely personable. I ordered two arrangements, one requiring a last minute location change due to transfer from hospital to rehab. The transfer was handled in a timely manner with a beautiful FAMU 100 color change and arrangement. The second arrangement was gorgeous and the recipient received numerous compliments from her office.

I stopped in at this store last month looking for something for a co-worker. The staff was kind and helpful for me finding something for the occasion. I selected a beautiful arrangement, and the roses in it were so fragrant. My co-worker loved it. Thank you to Spencer's. I am a fan and so glad that I went there.

I ordered flowers for an special ocassion and they didnt deliver it. The flowers were to be delivered at 8AM, they open at 9AM, I called by 11AM and the delivery driver had not arrive yet to the store to start his/her working day. They refunded the money. I didn’t order flowers from anywhere else expecting this service to deliver. The occasion was lost. I will never try to use this service again.

Purchase flowers and they were absolutely beautiful! Customer service was top tier. I was greeted when I entered and was able to find exactly what I wanted. Everyone in the flower shop was so kind. I will definitely purchase here again.

I recently discovered Spencer’s Florist and I’m super impressed. Not only were the flowers beautiful, but the gentleman that delivered the flowers was so sweet to my Mother on her Birthday. I would highly recommend Spencer’s Florist & will be using them again in the future. Thank you!

Sadly I have to update my review and drop it to three stars. Three stars because I received my flowers on Tuesday and by Saturday they were wilted and dying. Roses should last much longer than 5 days. Hubby bought me roses on his way out of town from Publix. He bought them February 5th, when Valentines Day rolled around February 14th they were still vibrant and beautiful. I'm not sure what happened with these roses from Stephen's, but I am very disappointed. They were so beautiful and glittery when I received them. Should have lasted more than 5 days.

Her smile was everything and truly brought 2023 to an end with a bang they definitely went over and beyond!

‼ 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND Spencer's Designer Florist ‼ I placed an online order last week for an arrangement to be delivered for a dear friend's birthday and unfortunately it was never delivered. I did not receive a voicemail, email, or any notice stating that the delivery was unsuccessful. I then contacted the place of business today, the first individual I spoke to was super personable and came across very thoughtful of my situation and asked if I wanted a refund. I said that would be very kind if she would do so....after being placed on hold for a few moments another individual picks up the call and I was immediately greeted with the most unprofessional behavior by the owner herself Charzetta Spencer. She informed me that they will not be refunding me ($118.20) but could make an attempt for another delivery tomorrow (5 days late). This entire situation could've been handled completely different had the owner been polite but unfortunately that was not the case whatsoever. I am highly upset over the circumstances considering the unprofessionalism and would highly suggest all friends and family to not waste your time or money with this establishment. - This truly upsets me to write something so horrible but I feel it's only right to let others know how this place of business is treating others.

Beautiful * Gorgeous * Elegant...all words used to describe the flower arrangements we received. This shop did not disappoint in color and creativity. The customer service was amazing. We will absolutely visit Spencer's again for future flower needs

Review for funeral basket: I live in Cali, wasn't able to attend the service and the floral basket was for my aunt's service in Jacksonville, FL. To my delight, the florals were beautiful, bountiful and much more than I expected. The florist was a recommendation from the funeral home receptionist. Customer service & Pricing: The great customer service starts with your first phone call. I looked on the website and decided I wanted to send something different so I decided on the basket. The receptionist spoke clearly, made a suggestion and completed my order. The order was delivered on time on the correct delivery date. Pricing was more than comparable and I thought the pricing was a little low for the lushness of the product; by no means is this a complaint. Floral arrangement: The photo speaks for itself: Highly recommend this establishment.

Rarely have we seen such great attention to detail and sensitivity and understanding in the picking of flowers, colors and arrangements. Charzetta is a beautiful spirit and addition to Spencer's. She was a pleasure to work with, and collaborate the ceremony dinner and many other aspects of our special day. The arrangement that you prepared for my mother as a tribute, gave me great joy in feeling her presence. The attention to detail of her favorite colors and style put me at peace. I ordered a live flowering plant for Mother's Day a few days ahead of time to be delivered to my mom locally. The plant was beautiful and delivery was right on time. I look forward to working with them again.

Worst Experience Ever! I ordered a standing floral spray for a funeral on May 1st 2019. I used the funeral home's website to order as I thought it would be more efficient. Well, I was incorrect...The spray did not make it to the visitation on the 3rd of May, nor did I see it at the funeral on the 4th. And, my Girlfriend texted me on Tuesday to say that she did not receive a card from the florist with my name as the sender. I called the florist, and was told that the spray was there, but the card/tag was on the bottom and other explanations regarding it being delivered on time and etc. It was simply the absolute WORST experience ever. The funeral home apologized, however the florist NEVER apologized until I said, all I want is an apology. She was loud, rude and very combative because she felt they did nothing wrong. You can never remedy a mistake for a wedding or a funeral. All I wanted was for the florist to send my card to the family and relay my sentiments.

Unfortunately I was referred to this florist for s customized spray by the funeral home attendant. While the arrangement was decent it's not what I asked for, and the representative Monica needs to go to customer service training and back to elementary school to learn how to tell the truth. I went in to pay for the arrangement, of which a picture had already been sent over. I desired a full tall spray with Georgia Bulldogs color and flags. While ordering Monica specifically asked what time the family viewing was being held of which I told her 1pm. With me ordering a day before the viewing, if she knew she'd be unable to fill the order in time for the family viewing, that should have been stated. I paid 278 for the arrangement and ultimately became emotional knowing this was for my father. Fast forward to Friday- we arrive at the viewing, the flower isn't there. I called and spoke with Monica whom advised ," I may have misunderstood her and if she wasn't on the phone with me she could complete the arrangement." There's was no misunderstanding, she's a deceitful and disrespectful girl, PERIOD! She never mentioned it may be delayed due to it being custom. As she was on speaker my cousin took the phone and further addressed her. The arrangement finally arrived at the public viewing at 5, and was a round arrangement of roses. I chose the arrangement I wanted as my father was not a "rosey" guy! While some would say the roses were pretty, I wasn't looking for a pretty arrangement. I wanted what I wanted! It's disturbing to me of businesses to take orders and produce what they want. Unable to voice my disappointment at that moment I let the issue go and attended to my family. To have such a nasty demeanor and produce a product that was not specific to the customer request, I WILL NEVER and will tell all whom inquire DON'T USE THIS FLORIST.

My shop is Florist24hrs.com .On the morning of Feb 9th 2019 at 7.30 in the morning I get a call asking if I can deliver a funeral arrangement for a service in Miami which starts at 10.00 am the same morning.. Being a qualified floral designer with more than 25 years of experience , I told Monica yes but the sympathy flowers must be at least $250 plus the delivery charge and to call me back with the details. Monica calls me back and I took all the information. The delivery was going to Miami , 33 miles away so I told her the delivery charge for a special driver will be $50 even though the driver will do about 70 miles. Monica also paid $300 for the flowers plus the delivery charge of $50 , totalling $350 . The sympathy flowers was designed as instructed and delivered at 9.45am. On Feb 26th 2019 Monica calls me to say that her customer did not see the funeral flowers she ordered , so I took all the information and told her I will call her back . I sent her a photo of the funeral flowers she ordered. A wreath , yellow , white and blue. Wreath 36" on easel. Monica said that is not what her customer ordered. I do not know what her customer ordered , however I wrote down what she Monica ordered. Then she tells me that her customer ordered a tropical standing spray with Miami colors. Really ? That is not what you ordered from me and by the way what is Miami colors , I asked her. She called me back and said she wants a refund of $200 and to keep good relationship , I agreed and refunded her $200. She texed me the next day and said her customer gave her $450 and she is going to charge back the full amount and now the lies are showing up more as she is claiming $350 plus $50 , more than she gave me . I have been calling and texting her and she is not responding. She claims in her text that the customer is a funeral home with two locations and she does all their work. I am awaiting the charge back and will take it from there.

Wonderful experience! Monica was amazing. My husband and I came in for some arrangements for my sister-in-law's Marriage. She is very quickly and very kindly responded to our needs, helping to guide us through our different options, and made a very difficult moment just a little easier. We left with two of the most beautiful and perfect arrangements I could have asked for, with a little white angel to finish it off, and all at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much, Monica.

Monica never ceases to amaze me. I can describe or show her what I am looking for and she always delivers a beautiful, high quality arrangement. This florist is definitely my favorite.

I received a bouquet for Mothers Day on Friday. The vase was dirty and chipped, looked like a vase left over from Valentines Day. The flowers were old and brown. I'm very sad because my son and daughter in law spent money on something I will not be able to enjoy. I called the store on Saturday and the man there said I would have to bring them back to the store and that the manager was not in. He was very rude accusing me of leaving them in the sun or doing something to them. I called back 8 times that day to speak to the manager and they never answered the phone. This is poor customer service. I will advise my family to never order flowers at Spencer's again. Not pleased!

Spencer's was the choice via FTD for delivery of my of my mother's flowers for Mother's Day and they FAILED!!!! I called to speak to a manager the day after the shop lied to FTD about the Friday delivery that never happened. After I complained to FTD about the Friday delivery not happening, they promised to send a new arrangement. The next day, the delivery vehicle arrived and my mother received a phone call telling her he was at the front door. It turns out that my mom had to get the same flowers from the driveway on Saturday because the delivery man was afraid of the dogs. How did he know she had dogs had he not been up the drive the day before and heard them barking? In addition, they died promptly, petals were falling off the flowers as soon as she received them. I was promptly hung up on when I called to ask for a manager. When I called back, I was told that there was no definitive answer about when the manager would be in. FTD refunded my money and a new arrangement was sent to my mother. Thankfully, FTD made a great call in finding another one. Stay away!!!
