Sperry Outlet

We purchased 2 pairs of Sperry shoes at this outlet store today. They have sales going on, so it was a good buy. But what I want to say, is that Cindy is an excellent sales person. She was friendly, peppy, and very helpful. Not over the top or pushy in the least bit. Cindy thank you for a great job!

My husband was starting a new job and needed a new wardrobe... especially shoes. We were in a bit of crisis mode, but the customer service was better than anything I could have imagined! The manager on the afternoon of 6/26/22 completely made/saved our weekend. Thank you!

Worst customer service ever. I was specifically shopping for shoes today. I put two pair of shoes on hold to shop around, because this was one of the first stores I made a stop to shop in. I shopped around the whole mall looking for comfortable shoes for me to wear the next day for what we had planned. I go back in to purchase my shoes placed on hold (supposed to be on hold until close 9PM). They sold a pair I placed on hold and put the other back. The pair they sold were the ones I wanted most, and the others were just some I picked out because it was buy one get one 40% off. There was only one in my size. The girl and guy acted like it was no big deal, and said they could order some and have them shipped to me. Totally defeated the purpose of driving 1 1/2hr for shoes to wear the next day. I was so upset I told them no. I will be calling tomorrow to make a huge complaint. I am still extremely upset at their response to what they did.

The employee that my sister and I was talking to was rude to us(Jordan) and was talking to her coworker, instead of acknowledging the customer. She didn't care about the customers and had an attitude. This is the first time I shopped here and I was very upset. My sister went to grab shoes for my daughter, and there was no help...the girls were too busy talking to one another and they rolled there eyes alot

Very helpful salesperson and she really worked hard to find the shoes best suited to me.

You can find good deals on shoes here, but mine lasted a but under a year.
