Sperry's Restaurant

We enjoyed Sat dinner here, with excellent and attentive service throughout the evening and delicious food. We enjoyed the wedge salad, the shrimp appetizer, the steak (huge) and the braised short rib... our regret was not leaving room for dessert! The back room felt a bit more formal and quiet, which lacked the livelihood in the front, but we enjoyed our time here at a slice of history and will be back!

Another place that never fails to impress. Always exceeds expectations. One server in particular had the patience of a saint and was the epitome of quality service and detail. We had a party of 10 which he handled with grace and finesse. That alone would keep me coming back and ask to be seated in his section but the food was nothing short of an extension of our server. Pictured are the Roasted Wasabi Shrimp, Cavatelli & Flat Iron Steak Frites.

We had a great meal on a busy Friday night. I absolutely loved loved the smoked Trout dip and my Filet Mignon was made to perfection. My dining partner was very satisfied with the Swordfish special and he absolutely loved the beef carpaccio app starter. It was definitely worth the trip. The hostesses and servers and manager were all wonderful, friendly and attentive.

Great restaurant in Saratoga. The drinks at the bar were great, as well as dinner. Nice outdoor patio and overall great ambiance.

Ate dinner at the bar one night, was fantastic. Decided to have drinks and snacks after our wedding dinner (different place) here and it was awesome. Bartenders were fantastic took all my ridiculous requests and were pleasant during them. Had so much fun it was awesome. Snacks we had were also great. Gotta say this place holds a special place now.

We had an amazing dining experience at Sperry's! Every member of the team was amazingly welcoming and friendly. We got a tour and history of the establishment which was so charming. Felt like we were dining with old friends. Phenomenal experience from drinks, to apps, to dinner. Drinks were expertly crafted. Food was exceptional. Ambience was charming. Could not ask for a better date night venue. Many thanks - we will be back!

A wonderful atmosphere and fantastic food. The charcuterie board was one of the best combinations of cheeses, meats, salads, and veggies we've had anywhere! The cost was also a great value for what was on the plate. A very large serving size. Seafood Scampi was a delight ...oh, and make sure you get one of their signature popovers.... Great cheesy taste!

Pleasantly surprised that our table was ready when we arrived, it being Travers night. Service was prompt but unrushed. Substitution requests were cheerfully accepted. The vegetarian in our party was accommodated. Steak was prepared exactly as ordered. Fine place to bring out-of-town guests as noise level is much lower than typical during track season. Not inexpensive but a good value considering the high quality of food/service. Don’t skip the popovers. There’s a reason why restaurants stay in business as long as Sperry’s.
