Response: I didn't get a refund back even after letting your staff know about it sinking, nor do i want a refund. I only found out about the faulty kayak because a couple walked in after me while on another visit (while i was for another activity) and your front desk staff told them about the kayak issue when they requested it and I overheard. The sinking incident was my 3rd time on that kayak where it had water that started coming in slowly over the 1 and half hour period for the 3 hours rental time) and on my 2nd time, it had sank towards the end of the rental time, so that kayak was known to have issues previously. Your staff is very on top of those waivers. The first visit was fine, no issues but there really isn't another double kayak?
I was rented a faulty double kayak, the red beat up one to be precise and the staff knows it. It was sinking and I didnt enjoy the "session". Another time, they had all the jet skis taking up all the gray deck spots and they were too lazy to remove one to properly and safely put me on the paddle board, ended up falling in the water. You get what you pay for. Overall, a gamble. I'd still recommend a try but ask the staff to provide proper equipment. I'd rate it a 2 stars but the front desk staff and Vince were amazing.
