Spice Bazaar

We went to Mt Titlis and stopped over here for food. Ordered samosa chaat, tadka dal, palak cheese naan and Amritsar puri chole along with chai. The service was OK however the food was passable!! Dal tadka was good; everything else was avoidable. Samosas were old and stale in taste. They are surely not making food fresh. For the price, I suggest avoid.

We recently dined at Spice Bazaar in Engelberg and had a pleasant experience overall. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating, which is great depending on the weather and your preference. The atmosphere was welcoming and well-suited for a relaxed meal. We ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala with rice, and it was fresh, flavorful, and delicious—exactly what you’d hope for from a good Indian restaurant. The spices were well-balanced, and the portion size was satisfying. However, the only downside was the price. While the quality of the food was undeniable, we found it to be quite expensive for what we got. That said, if you’re willing to splurge a bit for authentic Indian flavors in the heart of Engelberg, this spot is worth considering.

One of the best Indian restaurants I came across. Super amazing food. Had a biryani for a quick detour I wish this was close to my place.

Good food, Tanja was so sweet and very welcoming towards our group of 11 people. and extended their kitchen closing times making sure no one goes to sleep hungry.🤍

Excellent quantity and quality… perfect for Indian appetite; very good and quick chef. Shekhar served us and our experience was very good, timely service (if you pick the right time to eat!)

Food was great . We liked the food from Spice bazaar. Sekar hospitality is great. We liked to food from india bazaar. its 10 mins walking from titlas . I recommand to visit here to a have good lunch .
