Spice Garden Eating House & Grill

I cannot confirm if the food tastes authentic as I don't have Sri Lanka food often, but I really enjoyed the food. We had the buffet which included up to 12 dishes and sides plus desserts. Buffet cost $25 per person. The service was on point and the Atmosphere was nice, decor was great and accommodating. The restaurant was clean.

I visited this place recently and had the chance to enjoy a delicious Sri Lankan egg fried rice and chicken curry. This is a great place to stimulate Sri Lankan taste buds in Darwin City. I enjoyed the authentic taste of the chicken curry, which I had been missing. I would surely visit again to try a different Sri Lankan menu.

We were trying the sri lanka cuisine for first time, so we don't know how the authentic the food was. Chicken curry was good but not great. I was accepting very big difference in the curry spice , but it was similar to any other south Indian cuisine. So overall OK experience in terms of food. Ambience is good. Friendly staff.

Went on buffet night, great selection of food and dessert, very tasty. Will definitely go back to try the other dishes on the menu. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere got to sit in a nice booth table.

We ordered several dishes and the papadums and goat curry were the only items worth mentioning. The tandoori chicken entree was so dry and the rice didn’t seem quite right either. Friendly staff and nice ambience but wasn’t won over by the cuisine

Absolutely terrible meal. I had the chicken curry, roti and rice delivered. What I received was a dish of soupy/watery chicken with no proper flavours of a Sri lankan curry. It was worse than a Clive of India curry powder taste. The roti was cold and doughey, if I didn't know better, I'd swear they purchased a wollworths brand one. Maybe tonight they had a fill in chef? If so , they need to be sacked. Never again will I waste my money on this place. Loads of better curry options in Darwin to eat.

Sri Lankan dishes with a little spices; delicious. Reasonably priced (vegetarian roti $21) Friendly efficient staff, clean venue with creative decor; little lovers' corner available. Fully licensed with reasonable prices - house red ($7). Accessible by bus 4 from city. Western menu also available. Great for date night.

Wow, the quality of food and cocktails here are great. Authentic and flavoursome curries. The chilli cocktail was my favourite drink. -Liam
