We usually order from this place to go, as its one of the few places that makes krapow the way we want, with minced chicken. This time, we went to dine in. Service was really nice, and the food was really good! I'd say its pretty affordable and the portions were huge. Tofu spring rolls came with the best peanut sauce I've had so far! And the Khao soi was very delicious, I finished my giant bowl, which i didn't expect 😋 Will definitely be back 👍🏼

Google
Always a great experience at Spice I Am! This past week I was part of a large lunch group, service was prompt and attentive. Everyone enjoyed our meals. I love their Drunken Noodles and Thai Basil. Family members love their curries, especially Yellow and Green. Highly recommend dine in, but we pick up for dinner some times and it is always piping hot!

Google
Our food was tasty but the beef in two of our orders was really tough. Flavors all good but meat not tender. Soup fantastic would order again as well as roti. Pad Thai beef needs work as well as beef for salad.

Vanessa C.

Google
I love going here! My new favorite spot for Thai food. Decent prices, service is awesome, and food is delicious! My favorite g-to's are their shrimp pad thai, chicken yellow curry and pork red curry!

Michael C.

Google
I would rate this restaurant 3 1/2 stars. Service was attentive, fast, and polite. The atmosphere is minimalist and modern. The food was decent but lacked flavor. We ordered Pad See I and BBQ Pork with mixed vegetables. The noodles were cooked nicely, but the chicken was a bit dry and it was bland. The BBQ Pork wasn't barbecued, it was closer to grilled and did not have the char you would expect from a BBQ plate. Overall, a slightly above average meal in my opinion.

Google
Excellent Thai food. We did takeout, so no rating for atmosphere. But looks like a cozy establishment.

Google
We have been to this restaurant several times and have not been disappointed once. Today was mushroom appetizer ,Red Pumpkin Curry, Mango Chicken, and Pad Thai. The service is great, food is always fresh.

Google
Even though the food is delicious, i highly recommend not ordering from there for DoorDash or takeout. A few times I’ve ordered I’ve gotten curries or stir fries in paper boxes that spill EVERYWHERE. I only live five minutes from here. Within minutes, the sauces of the food seep through the thin boxes and leak all over. See picture. It’s wild you would put liquids in these thin paper boxes. This has been a common issue here so I’d recommend you eat at restaurant. I wish they would change this it’s so frustrating and difficult and spills/leaks everywhere, wasting so much food!

Yelp
Spice I Am is one of my go-to Thai spots in the East Bay. I used to order more takeout in the past, as it was convenient and generally good quality. I recently dined in while visiting the area, and it was a pleasant experience! We stopped by for a spontaneous, late lunch on a Sunday and it was pretty empty besides another small group dining. The restaurant is decorated simply with modern decor and a good amount of tables and chairs. The menu has a good variety of appetizers and entrees with reasonable prices and they also have some lunch specials available during the week. Customer service was friendly and attentive. I usually like to order some type of appetizer when dining in. My favorite is the prawn rolls, which are deep fried and served with a side of sweet chili sauce. We also ordered the roti, which comes with a flavorful, yellow curry dip. We also ordered the tom yum soup, which was delicious and a great option on a chilly day. The tom yum soup was loaded up with veggies and prawns and had a nice lemongrass flavor with a kick. We also opted to order a pad see ew noodle dish with tofu. The portion sizes for all items were great and we had some leftovers too. I ended up skipping a thai curry dish but will try to order it next time I visit. Overall, a solid Thai spot with great food and service!

Yelp
I had a delicious tofu pad see ew here. Loved that the hot sauce accoutrements came with pickled jalapeno! Also you can't beat a five dollar beer with dinner.

Yelp
Excellent food, nice atmosphere, clean and warm, service is right on point with great advise ...
google avatar

Yelp
Excellent lunch specials with reasonable pricing and friendly service! Ample and clean seating area inside as well. The panang curry with basa fish was delicious with a light kick to it, while the pad see ew and scallops with shrimp were tasty too. Definitely plan to return!
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered the following: Roti which was crunchy and had a delicious dipping sauce. Tom Khaa chicken Pad Thai with tofu Red pumpkin dish mild spice Brown rice and coconut rice We had excellent service. The decor is modern and clean. All dishes were very generous size servings. We had to use take home containers.

Yelp
Pang at Spice I Am was so thoughtful and kind! I have the tendency to be curious about the long time ownership and mentioned how I used to drop by in high school. Spice I Am is not only a classy restaurant but their hot tea reminded me of Thailand. It was such a delight! And the tofu fries were delicious as well. I loved the mango sticky rice too! Thank you so very much for working on Christmas Eve! We really appreciate your hard work and commitment to serving our community. I can't wait to return!

Yelp
Came here for dinner on a Sunday night with some friends. There was only one table eating inside so we sat down quickly. Scanned the menu and took our orders. I got the spicy eggplant with chicken, my friends got the duck curry and lord noodles. We were all happy with our dishes. Portions are huge, when eaten with rice, my dish could easily feed 3 people. They also get a lot of to go/DoorDash orders. Overall it was good and convenient since I was in the area. Friendly staff, standard prices.

Yelp
Our favorite Thai place in Alameda. DO order their house special soft crab rolls - delicious! Everything on their menu is great. Lovely decor, great location and very nice staff. Exceptional mango rice and Thai iced tea.

Yelp
Spice I Am has been one of our favorite restaurants for more than a decade. For dinner, our favorites are the Cashew Nuts Lovers dish, fried spring rolls, pot stickers and wine. We always left happy. Looking for lunch? The weekday lunch specials are a great deal. (Closed Wednesdays) The Crispy Chicken with Southern Fried Rice is delicious and generously portioned (yea leftovers!) We now live upstate and make every effort to stop in when in the Bay Area. They remember our order when we show up - Spice I Am and Alameda will always be

Yelp
Exceptional seafood salad, prawns, scallops, calamari, light basil vinegar sauce. Friendly, attentive service. Great prawn fresh rolls, and a couple of dangerous desserts on the menu:-} The owner is always gracious, welcomes you to her restaurant. A low-key, relaxed feel coupled with carefully prepared, delicious dishes.
google avatar

Con C.

Yelp
Long overdue for one of the best places! Favorite dish is the southern fried rice fried chicken which is only available at lunch. It's got a good flavor and the cashews make it extra tasty. Usually I'm not a fan of nuts in my rice. Perfect crisp on the chicken and they add just the right amount of kick to the sweet chili sauce. Staff is so sweet and the place is clean and beautiful. Have had the fish, xo scallops, beef noodle soup, short ribs, pad see ew, Tom kha soup. Can't go wrong, frequent this place often!
google avatar

Yelp
Good deal for their weekday lunch specials which range from $12 to $15. You get a carafe and glasses of cold water as you sit down. Tried their beef short rib with rice $12 (you can choose brown, jasmine, sticky rice, or coconut rice) . It came with a healthy serving of steamed veggies (broccoli, carrots, cabbage, zucchini, and shanghai bok choy) and a sweet and sour tamarind dipping sauce. Was tasty and filling. You can taste some of the light marinade the beef was in. I also added a cup of tom yum soup with prawns $8, and it was larger than I expected. Came with about 4 prawns, mushrooms, baby corn, red onions, green onions, and cherry tomatoes. Though it was a good amount of soup and you could taste the expected flavor of this broth, it wasn't as spicy as I expected. Seemed diluted in flavor and spice, so it might be better for those who don't like that much spice level in their food. Also ordered the basil chicken with coconut rice lunch special $12 at medium spice level and the fried tofu fries appetizer $5. The basil chicken was not bad, though we should have gone with more spice level since medium spice seems to cater to an American palate. I have to knock this dish down for that and also because they put several whole sprigs (entire stem sections) of basil in the stir fry - they didn't even bother to separate the leaves from the stem. Kinda silly since we had to ask for a knife to cut and separate the leaves from the stem. The tofu fries were ok. I asked for curry sauce (watered down) instead of the peanut sauce that comes with it. Overall a decent deal for pricing, but palate is more Americanized than I prefer. Service though, is good. The host/waitress was very accommodating and prompt. Their lunch specials are available weekdays only from 11:30am to 3pm.

Yelp
Best Thai food in Alameda. And did I say reasonably priced? We sort of stumbled into this place, tired after shopping and hungry, and this was the first place we found....not searching for anything, just tired and hungry. What a pleasant surprise! Note that we had lunch, and as I write this review I am thinking that they had a lunch menu which differed from the dinner menu. My wife had a crunchy fish dish which was so delicious I thought we should have ordered extra for take out. I had a lemongrass chicken with noodles and vegetables. Really delicious and me a big eater had to take a "doggie bag"! We are kind of old fashioned but the two of us have maybe eaten more southeast Asian and pacific island food in many "local" (not on the "continent ") places so our tastes are kinda refined and not reflective of mainlanders. The place is good! As a test try it for lunch!

Yelp
Great food, good ambiance. Burma is next door with hour long waits, this is comparable

Yelp
Amazing and tasty food. Healthy options and great service. Went there for dinner and it was not too busy.

Yelp
I only always get one thing. CRIPSY PRAWN ROLLS!! LOVE LOVE LOVE MY FAV!! I tried the crab rice as a recommendation and was sooo disappointed I returned it . It has no flavor no taste no SPICES! So VERY HARD PASS!! (Monkey King for crab rice) This my goto when I'm near!
google avatar

Stephanie D.

Yelp
I've been a long time fan of Spice I Am until recently. I ordered crab fried rice. It was presented to me with clumps of unflavored rice and it had no egg. It was $28. Really disappointing. I'm likely not going back.
google avatar

Yelp
Best Thai food I've had in the East Bay! I'm thrilled to have this go-to spot in Alameda. The portions are not enormous, yet they are satisfying, especially if you value authentic flavors and high-quality ingredients. Over many visits, both dining in and taking out, every dish I've tried has been flavorful and perfectly prepared. The service is consistently friendly and professional, making each visit a pleasant experience. They don't shy away from spice, so if you are sensitive to it, make sure to mention.

Yelp
WHEN: Friday @ 8pm Spice I Am is a Thai restaurant sandwiched in the middle of a busy street. When you walk in the first thing you notice is the dim lighting and upscale interior which isn't something you usually see at a Thai restaurant. The place was empty and our server was very kind and attentive. What we ordered 1. Fresh Tofu Roll ($9) - nothing special 2. Corn Cakes ($9) - battered and fried really nicely 3. Roti ($6) - the roti was so thin and crispy. You can tell they handmade these. The curry also is so good. The Roti and curry pair really well. They only give you one thin piece of Roti but for only $6 it's worth it. 4. Thai Boat Noodle ($11) - nothing special 5. Khao Sawy noodles ($13) - the sauce on this is really good 6. Mango chicken ($14) - nothing special 7. Pad Wun Sen ($15) - had a sweet flavor to it 8. Mango sticky rice ($6) - can never go wrong with mango sticky rice Overall, I give this place a 3/5 because it's really not that authentic. I don't think it's authentic Thai food and I don't think they're trying to be authentic Thai food. Their dishes usually come with some variation and twist on your traditional flavors and that's not necessarily bad but not what I was expecting either. They had some good things that I really liked but others just couldn't give me what I wanted it to give. The prices are okay, not cheap but not the most expensive. The portions are quite small as well.

E. M.

Yelp
I had dinner with a friend. I ordered spicey noodles with beef. The dish came, and the beef was so tough I couldn't chew it. I asked for chicken to be added to my noodles, after I removed the beef. I became ill that evening. I did not feel better until the next morning. I threw up all night. I called the restaurant three times, and asked for the manager, after explaining what happened, and nobody reacted. I was told that she was on vacation, and would call when she returned. That was over a month ago.

Samira W.

Yelp
Never disappoints. Great food, fresh and clean atmosphere. Good service. They've been consistently good for years

Yelp
Yummy eats at a great price! Spice I Am has a huge selection of Thai favorites. I ordered the chicken satay, phat Thai, and grilled beef salad. Each dish was packed with flavor. The salad had an incredibly delicious (and spicy!) vinaigrette. I would definitely buy that if it was bottled and sold. The portions of protein were generous in the phat Thai and had such a nice balance of flavors. The service was very kind and fast! I will definitely be back here.
google avatar

Jennifer W.

Yelp
Personally this is my favorite Thai restaurant in Alameda. I usually order 1 appetizer and two entrees to share with 1 person. chicken satay (5/5) spicy pad thai with chicken (4/5) thai basil with chicken (4/5) I really like the ambiance with the overhead dimmed lights, and the staff is very nice. The location is also very convenient, nestled in the middle of the busy downtown area. Pro tip: grab a scoop or two of Tucker's ice cream next door!

Yelp
Called for a takeout order over the weekend and the order was ready to be picked up in about 20 minutes. We decided to eat by a harbor about 15 minutes away (COVID dining has led us to eat at random spots sometimes) and the food was still piping hot to my delight! *Angel Wings - Less and less Thai restaurants have this on their menus nowadays because I hear it's more labor intensive, so had to order. They did a decent job - the wings are definitely much tastier when you dip it in the sweet and sour sauce. *Grilled Beef Salad - Lots of pieces of beef in the salad and plenty of kick in the sauce. Flavor of the sauce was a little off to me, but still tasty. *Thai Boat Noodles - Flavors of the broth weren't as strong as I had hoped. My main gripe is that there were NO slices of beef to be found in the soup, which was advertised. Just two beef balls cut into halves and some spinach (with bean sprouts and noodles served on the side). If it wasn't for this, I'd probably bump this review to 4 stars. Gotta support local businesses during these hard times!
google avatar

Kenneth T.

Yelp
Definitely one of my go to places for some good Thai food. 1) Massaman curry - richer spice flavor that is very different from most traditional Thai curries because this is from southern Thailand (I would say that this would be a combination of curries with deeper spice flavors from Malaysia/Indonesia with creamy curries from Thailand, iykyk) - spices like nutmeg, cardamom, along with lemongrass and galangal - with sweet potatoes (I think it's usually regular potatoes) but this made it even better - I could eat the sauce with rice and be satisfied 2) BBQ lemongrass chicken fried rice - very simple dish but made well and was tasty - fried rice was right on (not too greasy, but also not too dry) and the use of sweet onions gave the rice a delightful sweet onion flavor - the bbq lemongrass chicken was tender, and 2/3 family members who ate it like it but my personal preference would be for it to have even stronger lemongrass (but that's me, because I love lemongrass marinated meats)
google avatar

Yelp
Every time I visit downtown Alameda this is my go-to restaurant. Tonight we stopped by at about 7:30pm and we easily found a table for 3. Service is fast, courteous and she offered some suggestions. My wife and daughter had fish dishes and I bbq pork. As a appetizer we ordered one fresh spring roll which was cut up and great for the 3 of us. It was a perfect starter. The salad we ordered was big and also great for 3 (albeit a bit spicy). The entrees were large and we all took to go boxes which the server was happy to accommodate. The food will not disappoint as it is fresh, tasty and served at an appropriate temperature. This is my 4th time here and not my last.
google avatar

Liz B.

Yelp
Omg the crab fried rice is heavenly. Order it now! Uber Eats delivered and I couldn't help but eat it straight from the container. Fluffy rice, fresh crab, and the biggest portion size, I was able to have it for dinner and three more lunches. Thai tea and Thai iced coffee were sweet and delicious. I also had these crispy chicken wings that were sweet and spicy. The perfect compliment to the rice. I'd order again and again. And maybe even go to dine in!
google avatar

Catherine P.

Yelp
Very nice Thai restaurant in Alameda with clean styling and an intimate atmosphere. Service is friendly and attentive and the food is delicious and decently priced for the portions. When I came here with a Thai friend years ago, she told me the dishes were authentic to the cuisine. We ordered the tom kha soup, roti appetizer, pad thai, and tofu eggplant. Our food arrived quickly and everything was delicious. The pad thai is on the sweeter side, if that's your preference. One thing I wish is that it wasn't so cold in the restaurant. I kept my coat and hat on because it was freezing, otherwise everything was great!
google avatar

Elizabeth L.

Yelp
I came here with my coworker on a weekday afternoon and there was no wait. The inside was so nice, spacious, and looks kind of fancy. I didn't have much interaction with the staff but they were pretty courteous. My coworker and I got the pad see ew, pad Thai, and angel wings. The angel wings are really good! It's basically chicken wings stuffed with stir fried vermicelli noodles. I thought the pad see ew was a little bit bland but still enjoyed it! There was a good meat to vegetable to noodle ratio. The pad Thai was super delicious! The shrimps in the pad Thai were enormous! I liked the pad Thai more than the pad see ew because the pad Thai was more flavorful. Overall, I really enjoyed this place and would definitely come here again to try their other dishes.
google avatar

Andrea M.

Yelp
I really like Spice I Am, we have been going there for a number of years. It has all the features of an upscale restaurant - great food and nice, modern atmosphere - minus the high prices. I've never had a bad dish here. The pad Thai is always a great bet. The other day we ordered ramen with duck and it was delicious. Portions are generous, every dish I've had is enough for two people to share. I do wish they had a full bar, or even soju-based cocktails, which would pair nicely with the food, but as it is, the wine selection is more than adequate. They're also open throughout the day, they don't close mid-afternoon, which is nice.
google avatar

Kim B.

Yelp
Food: Pineapple fried rice with prawns and chicken was okay, it tasted a bit bland and could use some more flavor. The pad thai was delicious. I loved the roti the most, the bread was crisp on the outside, soft on the inside and tasted amazing with the sauce. Ambiance: On the outside, you would barely notice the restaurant, but when I walked in I was surprised by how classy the place looked. It was empty besides for another table when my friends and I came in at 7pm on a Tuesday night. Service: Our waitress was kind and stopped by a couple of times to refill our waters and check in with us. Overall: Spice I Am is a good place to take your friends and family out to dinner, I would love to try their angel wings and basil chicken the next time I am around.

Ron M.

Yelp
Great lunch specials, but even better dinner entrees and appetizers We love the curries Especially green with beef Always a decision between Drunken Noodles or Thai Basil ... choice normally depends if I'm feeling rice or noodles Btw if you have a chance try their brown rice ... great stuff there And yes, again service is always friendly and fast
google avatar

Mindy L.

Yelp
Ordered online and got the Drunken Noodles. I like that they give you the option of Mild, Medium, Spicy and Thai Spicy! I like some heat so I chose spicy and it was true!! Had to keep blowing my nose and probably had a tear or two. Still very much enjoyed but I would get medium next time

Roberta H.

Yelp
Flavorful food that we easily shared. Chicken satay, and spring roll appetizers were great. The green papaya salad was delightful. We also had 2 excellent entrees, vegetables and roasted duck; all shared among 4 adults. Service was impeccable and ambience was sophisticated bistro. It is tucked in south of Rocket Reuse on Park St. I hope this restaurant succeeds. (It is "spicy" enough for our American palates.)
google avatar

Jaclyn M.

Yelp
My friend took me here for my birthday for lunch and I was way too excited to try it out! It looked fancier than I thought it would be inside. Decor was simple and classy, and the lighting was on the darker side. S E R V I C E: We were seated right away and were given water. Our waitress was very attentive and we received our food in a timely manner. F O O D: We ordered their stuffed chicken for appetizer, green chicken curry, and pineapple curry fried rice and as far as drinks, a Thai tea and a young coconut drink. The presentation of all the food was beautiful. The fried rice was in a cut-out pineapple and the flavor was great, with cashews, chicken, and chunks of pineapple. The green curry had a great flavor and before the extra chili spices I added. The stuffed chicken was different for me - it was stuffed with vermicelli, but it still tasted yummy! Just a different kind of texture. O V E R A L L: I loved this place, and can not wait to try more of their food!

Yelp
Awesome appetizers! Amazing curry. And super delicious peanut sauce! Very nice atmosphere and kind staff.

Yelp
It's never the same when it comes to take out. Please keep in mind that I am reviewing during COVID times. I did take out with a friend. I ordered the seafood pad see-ew and we ordered the angel wings to share. Let's start with the pad see-ew. The scallop was overcook causing it to be a lit tough. The noodles were not fully separated and for a pad see-ew, it did nothing have enough sweet soy in it so there weren't much color to it. Since the noodles were not separated and evenly distribute, you're basically eating a big chunk of noodle with a little soy on top. The angel wings were horrible. Way too much glass noodles and pepper, at least the wing that I had. The noodle and meat were not evenly distribute because most of the meat were in the wing that my friend had. For me, I did not have a good experience, however, my friend enjoyed his dish (can't remember what he order).

Yelp
Spice I Am, more than 3 stars you are not. I came here with my wife's sis-in-law, nephew, and niece for Sunday dinner. About a 30-minute wait since this Thai restaurant seems extremely popular for both dine-in and take out. Some of the dishes were actually decent, and the flavors were there. However, they did manage to overcook the meats on several dishes while undercooking and under-seasoning the veggies. Food also took more than 30-minutes to arrive after ordering. Appetizers were good - crispy wings (fried, sauce-glazed, topped with basil) and chicken satay (with a real thick peanut sauce) were served piping hot. Pumpkin Red Curry with Chicken - one of their signature dishes but the chicken was dry from overcooking, Pumpkin pieces were not soft and tender and needed more time. Curry broth was fine. Short Ribs were well-done and had some burnt ends, which was a total miss. Good flavors, though texture-wise closer to beef jerky. Lots of sides of steamed broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage. However, not an iota of salt or any other seasoning just so plain bland! Spicy Eggplant with Tofu was a decent dish - only wished they had more of the eggplant! Drunken Beef Noodles were one of two good dishes - got amount of heat and flavor burst. Sea Bass with Garlic Sauce was our favorite entree - fish was moist and so good. A somewhat good, but not great Thai dinner experience.

Yelp
Came here during lunch, had the drunken noodles , it was really really good. I asked her to make it spicy but she said I can just add the spice myself which was on the table. I put a couple of spoonful and dang, it had me coughing but it was hecka tasty. The restaurant looks like a nice place to go on a date. There's meter parking all around but it's slightly hard to get since it's such a busy area. Definitely coming back for more though. The thai tea was good too.
google avatar

Lisa C.

Yelp
Got the Pad Thai and Fried Rice. Wasn't outstanding or memorable--just okay. The rice was dry and the Pad Thai lacked flavor. Restaurant was clean and atmosphere was nice though so + stars for that.

Yelp
Spice I Am is my go-to-Thai food restaurant in Alameda. Their food is consistently good and service is always up-to-par. The interior decor is elegant. I love the huge canvases on the wall! I almost always order 2 things: Yellow Curry and Pad Thai. I have to say, I've had both pre- and current-vegan (pre-vegan days with chicken, current vegan day with tofu) and both are equally delicious! They offer white, brown, and coconut rice - if you decide to pair your dish with rice, I recommend the coconut rice - yum! They have a good selection of wine. Any of the white wines pairs well with Yellow Curry. Dessert - ok, if you try ANY dessert there, you HAVE to try the mango sticky rice. You can thank me when descend from heaven after eating it :) Spice I Am - a great go-to that you've gotta try.

Yelp
This review is for my takeout experience during the Stay At Home restrictions. I've dined here in the past and my experiences were always positive. I called in my order at about 5:00pm on a Friday. I ordered three items: Pad See I (beef), Green Curry with chicken and Angel Wings. I also got a side order of coconut rice. I confirmed the total cost and was informed to come at 5:30pm to pickup my order. I arrived at the restaurant at 5:30 and there were already 4 customers waiting ahead of me. However I saw that my order was ready on top of the counter. I was on my way in just under 10 minutes time. Upon feasting on the three items I found everything to be good. However I felt the Pad See could of had a little more flavor. Usually in the past when I've order it in the restaurant it's very flavorful. All in all no issues with the entire process from ordering to eating. I'll give 4 stars for an overall rating during these challenging times for local restaurants.

Yelp
If you are looking for a nice place to have a drink and quick Thai food look no further. This place smelled FANTASTIC and it was good. It's around the corner from the theater so we parked in the structure and walked over. Parking can be a challenge around here so be sure to plan ahead in case you are in a rush to make a movie or meet someone. Our food was ok. Not the best Thai I have had but it placated my hunger. I just ordered appetizers and coconut rice, which BTW I really liked. Beer was cold which for me goes hand in hand with my spicy food selections. Respectfully Reviewed

Yelp
Came here for a quick pre-airport meal and it did not disappoint. It is open during the lunch to dinner period unlike the other Thai places so it was perfect for our group. Service was fast and friendly. We went with the advice of the other Yelpers and got the drunken noodle (a little spicy), pad Thai (a little sweet), and the amazing Roti with yellow curry (the best!). Would definitely come back to try their lunch specials and other dishes.
google avatar

Yelp
This place was ok! We ordered the Fresh Shrimp Roll, Drunken noodles (one with calamari and one with shrimp, medium spice), Garlic Rice, and Duck Curry. The Fresh Shrimp Rolls didn't have very much shrimp....they weren't bad they just definitely lacked shrimp for being called fresh shrimp roles. Drunken Noodles were also just ok. I've had better and for some reason they lacked flavor to us. They were still good just not the best I've had. The Garlic Rice and Duck Curry were definitely the stars of our order. The Duck Curry had plenty of Duck and vegetables, the red curry sauce was so good, I'll definitely be back for more. The Garlic Rice was also great with the Curry.

Yelp
VEGAN REVIEW: When I was reading the reviews, I thought there were more vegan options than I was presented with. I asked my waiter which noodle dishes could be made vegan and he said the Drunken Noodles was the only noodle dish that didn't use fish sauce. Luckily, I'm not too picky (aside from the whole veganism thing), so I just went with that. The noodles themselves were great - very flavorful and soft; however, the veggies were on the opposite end of the spectrum. They lacked flavor and were quite disappointing. I ended up dipping them in the AMAZING peanut sauce that came with our tofu fries. Another con was that I didn't like the low lighting of the restaurant. It was a tad too dark for me - I felt like I could have fallen asleep. Overall, I would come again to get the peanut sauce and try other (possibly veganizable) menu items.

Yelp
The service here is fast and friendly but even better than that is the food! One of my fav spots on The Island.

Yelp
The place is ok, I will continue searching for a better place. I did order delivery - Som Tom Salad - was good wish they would add the sauce on the side - Pad Wu Sen - good - Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango - very small for the price
