Spice Mill Restaurant

We’ve eaten here twice now and both times were spectacular. Genuinely some of the best meals I’ve had in St Kitts + a view of Nevis and incredibly welcoming, kind staff. Try the curry!!

Delicious food in a beautiful environment. I visited here last night with my husband, the restaurant is mostly outdoors with a beautiful view of the beach and surroundings. There was a live band that played nice music and sounded great. I was telling my husband if we weren't already married, this would be a nice, romantic place for a proposal. My husband ordered the lobster and I had the lobster linguine. Both were absolutely delicious. The only thing I would mention is that if you are sensitive to mosquito bites, come prepared with spray or insect repellent, because I was getting bit up. This is not a fault of the restaurant though, it was a wonderful dinner and I would recommend it to anyone!

Took my wife there for Mother's Day dinner. Wonderful experience, better than I could have planned for! I tried a special Old Fashion they had on the menu made with rum. It was nice but I still wanted one made with bourbon. I asked someone I thought was working at the bar, he asked if I'd like Bulleit bourbon -- I said yes. It turned out they did not have it, but I saw him walk down the beach. Sure, enough he came back with a bottle. Dinner was awesome. Just an absolutely wonderful experience.

Spice Mill is an incredible spot for fresh seafood, expertly crafted cocktails, and breathtaking views. Just a short walk from the Park Hyatt, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a meal right on the beach with Nevis in the distance. The seafood is packed with local flavor, and the cocktails are top-notch. The service was excellent, with the owner personally ensuring that the new server took great care of us. That extra level of attention made the experience even more special. Make reservations if visiting on a Friday or weekend! The laid-back yet refined atmosphere makes this a must-visit for anyone in St. Kitts!

Let me just say wow! I had the birthday menu option, which was delectable. Everything was perfectly seasoned. The one and only downfall was that the rice was overcooked, but when I tell you the food was really good, Spicemill could take my money any day. The last time I went there for dinner was over 8 years ago, and I have to say the fact that the food is still as good as I remember all these years later speaks volume. I took off a star for the overcooked rice because it's something that I'm pretty particular about, but the flavors were all there. First course, we had seafood bisque and lobster, crab, and conch cakes 10/10 Second course we had grilled Mahi Mahi with coconut jasmine rice and grilled vegetables 9/10 Desert we had brownie with ice cream and bread pudding with ice cream 10/10 The service is awesome, and the staff are very attentive and aim to please. They went above and beyond to rectify the issue with the rice and were very apologetic. There was a live band singing sweetly, harmonizing with the waves gently crashing against the shore. The ambiance is excellent for a romantic evening, birthday, family dinner etc it's just an all around sultry yet wholesome vibe. See you soon!

An amazing place to have dinner. Probably the friendliest staff we’ve ever met. They were kind and fast. Tridia was the nicest, and best waitress we have ever had. Made us feel at home. Food was delicious. And the view of the ocean was hard to beat! We will be back.

Food is top notch! Lamb curry and risotto 10/10! Vibe is very nice directly on water overlooking the island of Nevis! The drinks are not good and their wine list must be upgraded to meet the restaurant standard.

Had dinner here and the food was outstanding. The restaurant is located on one of the best beaches on the island. The staff were very friendly and nice. Came here during the day as well and used the beach chairs and umbrellas.
