This is a lovely little cafe in Clifton village It has a good range of freshly made savoury snacks and cakes. There is also a good choice of coffees, teas and soft drinks. Orders are made at the till and are then brought to your table. There is a water font available at no cost. Service was pleasant.

There's a charming atmosphere with a great balance between modern aesthetics and a cosy, relaxed vibe. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. A lovely spot whether you're catching up with friends or getting some quiet work done. A little on the pricier side, but worth it for the quality and ambience. Would definitely go back!

Honestly the staff running this place made it very noticeable how a cafe / restaurant should run. Coffee was great, cake was naughty and sandwiches and salad excellent. Prices were a bit high but overall worth it. Will come back 💯

Abbie was very polite and welcoming. She gave me a coffee book to help me get familiar with cafés around Bristol and also suggested her favourite cake. She was genuinely friendly, had a warm smile, and was more than willing to help. A really nice experience—thank you, Abbie!

I came here today and experienced quite disappointing service. I ordered a salad and the chicken sandwich for £13. The salad was fantastic, the sandwich okay but a little bland - lacking in flavour and texture. I requested to the staff whether they could add a tiny bit of winter slaw onto my sandwich to add some crunch. I only thought to do this after I finished my salad, which I explained to them. I was told I had to pay for another salad (which is £6) to which I explained that I found the sandwich a little bland and want to save it for later and actually enjoy it. The waitress with blonde hair tied back proceeded to argue with me, claiming it’s not bland - and said I have to pay extra if I want more. I found this really inappropriate. I found the sandwich bland, and I don’t appreciate having the waitress argue with me and try to invalidate my opinion after I’ve spent money in your establishment. Just to be clear, I was requesting for a small amount to be sprinkled on top, like the size of a dessert spoon. She then said “we have other customers to serve” which I found incredibly rude, as I was also one of their customers. She proceeded to angrily dollop a spoon of salad on my sandwich with a lot of attitude. I feel like this kind of behaviour is so uncalled for. I was making a very small and reasonable request after spending £13 in your establishment, I asked politely, and to be met with such unkindness is so disappointing

Coffee always good, also decaf (Extract coffee beans I believe, at least it used to be). Good selection of cakes. I tried chai latte last time and while aromatic it was so overwhelmingly sweet I couldn't drink it. Disappointing @ £4.

We came in with our dog, there were dog bowls outside and another dog inside. Ordered some sandwiches and sat down. We then were told after 5 minutes that we had to leave as dogs weren’t allowed to stay inside. It was pouring with rain. So they refunded us for the sandwiches and then asked us to pay again so it was cheaper (as we were taking away instead of eating out). They then charged us more the second time rather than less. Also the mozzarella sandwiches didn’t have any mozzarella in. Overall a poor experience and badly handled. The food was good in the end (when we ate it cold at home 20 minutes later). Seems confusing dogs are allowed in but can’t stay in…
