What a beautiful and unique place to open a restaurant, inside a natural cave overlooking one of the best beaches in Mykonos. September 2025, we decided to have lunch there, without previous reservation at 2 pm. The waiter received us friendly and to our surprise placed us on the best table we could imagine. First impression sublime!
We ordered one bottle of still water, a bottle of Ruinart Champagne “Blanc de blanc” 2017.
Foodwise we ordered the Tuna tartar which honestly was the best I’ve ever had, the Ceviche, Pasta Spaghetti alle vongole and the King Crab Linguine. Everything delicious, the pasta perfectly al dente, the seafood fresh and sooo tasty, overall just the perfect experience!
Keep in mind you come to have a good time, enjoy the seafood and the place thats setting really is unique.
Next year we will be back for more.
