The restaurant is located at Grampians rd Halls Gap Victoria. They provide catering for special occasions. You must try the lamb Roganjosh, a specialty of chef. Lamb cooked over charcoal for 12 hour of slow cooking and the perfect combination of spices. From beer garden you can have close look of kangaroos grazing the grass and birds taking bath in little lake in back of restaurant. The service was prompt and polite, the inclusion of robot plate carriers somewhat quirky. The staff need to lighten up and smile a bit more…it’s a nice part of Victoria after all. Parking can be an issue, so be aware of restrictions when parking out front..

My wife and I came here in 2017 and we remember thoroughly enjoying our visit and the food being the best Indian we’d ever had. And we’ve had plenty. We recently visited Halls Gap again and we decided to pop in to see if it’s as good as we remembered. You’ll be pleased to hear it was just as good the second time. Would highly recommend it. Plus the music is really good👌

We had a vegetarian dinner and the meal was well prepared and presented. The service was prompt and polite, the inclusion of robot plate carriers somewhat quirky. My first time in the Grampians (Halls Gap) and multiple recommended this restaurant for a good feed. And oh boy! It did not disappoint. This is one of the most memorable take away meals I've had in ages. It's only the accompaniment but the mango chutney was amazing, with grated magno. The cauliflower dish was superb as was the chicken, saffron rice and naan. All exquisite. Well worth a visit!!! Five stars.

Food was great! Very tasty! Great service and great view. Did sit inside but the out door seating area is a fantastic idea in good weather.

Loved the food. Mostly it's very busy so better to book/reserve your spot. The food was very nice just like the way Indian spicy lover wants. Staffs were friendly. Highly recommend this place. You can adjust the spice level as per your needs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. Sorry to say the spirit has long gone away, only past memories remain just like the life sized mannequins in the front. Where to begin folks….. Let’s start from the end, the bill shock, paid via credit card and received a lovely extra $7 charge on top of $136 bucks we paid for four people. Moving on to the starters. The meat platter was plenty but the meat cuts and quality was pathetic, close to getting food poisoning if we dare thought all eating all of it. Yuck, Yuck and more yuck. Now to the mains. Jeez!! the amount of butter, cream and glazing is enough for F1 car lose traction on slick tyres on a warm day. Sorry that I’m unable to write much about this nice place of Punjab which was good enough to visit for so many years but this time we BAN you from life and hope the health authorities conduct a through check of how this place is run. End of Review.

The food is authentic and delicious. My only suggestion for them is to have a bigger mug for the beer as the current size feels tiny. But the beer selection itself is good.

Yelp
Very nice food with an unusual way of delivering the food to your table (a robot!). The somas were unbeatable.

Yelp
We turned up to this place without knowing that a reservation is required and they were nice enough to give us a spot but with one hour limit. We ordered biryani, kebabs, curries and a lot more than two person could eat. Everything was extremely fresh especially the tandoori naans which is made inside a tandoor at the premise. The restaurant itself is very large and there are a lot of seats outdoor for anyone weather permitting, though at the day there was no one dining outside.

Yelp
They dont serve after 9, only take outs. I dont know if the staff is lazy or they have this weird system of service. Just wanted to let others know since they dont have their weird service timing listed in Yelp. I hope they do better with customer service and their timing and hire some better staff who are more welcoming.

Yelp
This was the second time coming here for dinner. While last time we enjoyed it, this time wasn't as nice. We had the lamb Korma and Vindaloo with a side of jasmine rice and cheese naan bread. I will say the Vindaloo and Korma were good but the rice and bread were poor. The rice had no flavour and the naan bread was dry and only had a couple specks of cheese. If we hadn't grabbed this for take away then we would have brought it up with them as this was a bit pricey for the quality we got.

Yelp
Best Indian restaurant in Victoria... And I have tried many! Generous serves with quality ingredients, well spiced (but accommodates also moderate tastes) Stunning location at the bottom of the National Park Friendly and helpful staff

Yelp
By far the best Indian restaurant outside Melbourne! I've eaten here multiple times over the past few years and the food is consistently excellent. They can prepare the curries as mild or as hot as you like (there is a scale in the menu). The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is great

Yelp
Stopped overnight to explore the Grampians and decided that Indian food sounded good. We were throughly pleased. Service was great as was the food. Would highly recommend it.

Yelp
The food was disgusting, dry, tasteless and made days before. Myself and my children spend the first night of out vacation in the bathroom so sick. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Yelp
The service was very pleasant. The food was very flavorful and tasty. They adjust the spice level. It was a nice option to have during our stay in Halls Gap. We ate in a few nights and got delicious take-out another time. The ambiance was very nice as well.
