Spiros & Hiroko Hotel

Booked in 20th June until 27th and wow was it hot. Spiros and Hiroko are like family now. The hotel was immaculate as usual. I don’t know how it happens but you always get lovely people there with your stay. The pool was fantastic and gardens to die for. Hats off to you both.

This hotel is absolutely perfect in every way. It’s clear why it is so highly rated. ||It’s very clean and very well maintained every day. The cleaning staff are friendly and accommodating to your needs. Despite me and my partner regularly sleeping in late in to the morning, the cleaners were very patient and made sure our room was cleaned every day whilst we were out and didn’t put any pressure on us to be out by any time. The room itself was an ideal size and had everything we needed. We slept well every night and couldn’t hear a thing from outside. ||The flowers outside the hotel are beautiful and the pool area is such a peaceful/quiet place to relax with a stunning backdrop of the mountain behind the hotel too. ||The location is so convenient. Lots of very nice bars/restaurants nearby. Just a short 5 minute walk to Perissa beach and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which makes it really easy to visit the other areas of the island (e.g Fira/Oia). ||The hosts, Spiros and Hiroko, are the kindest, loveliest and most helpful hotel hosts we have ever met. They are so friendly and always smiling. They gave us excellent advice and recommendations and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They really made our stay extra special. ||To summarise, if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Santorini and this hotel is available on the dates you are visiting- congratulations, you have found the perfect place to stay and you will not be disappointed. If we ever come back to Santorini, we would not consider staying anywhere else.

Spiros & Hiroko are so accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. Their hotel is spotless clean, peaceful and the pool and gardens are beautifully kept. I had a lovely room overlooking the pool with a great balcony to enjoy my morning cup of tea. ||Room has everything you need, fridge, air con and a kettle on request. ||Great location for the bus stop to Fira, restaurants and bars. ||Can’t wait to come back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Just had the most wonderful 11 nights at this |Beautiful hotel.our 3rd visit in 5 years & will most likely be returning to on our next visit to Santorini. It's a quiet haven away from the busier but also Beautiful Oia & Fira areas.|All very accessible via local buses anyway.|Spiros & Hiroko are wonderful hosts & you are made feel most welcome .property always well maintained. Rooms cleaned daily by Maria who we know from our previous visits and everywhere is spotless. Great local treats at breakfast inc delicious yoghurt .|Cannot say enough about this adults only hotel.just book it you will not be disappointed.

The most beautiful, clean and friendly hotel. The rooms were lovely cool. Breakfast was delicious. Spiros & Hiroko are the most amazing hosts. Extremely helpful and caring. The location is perfect and the pool is excellent. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Our 5th visit. Spiros and Hiroko maintain the highest standards. Where other hotel owners allow their facilities to age, they invest - new air conditioning units, towels, linen etc… We have now stayed in 4 different rooms, each equal. Our highlight remains the immaculate pool area with Mount Thera as a dramatic backdrop.

I have to start with the hosts, Spiros and Hiroko, because they are what make this place so unbelievably special. We've honestly never felt so welcome at a hotel. Our flight was delayed and we arrived super late (past midnight!), but Spiros was there waiting to greet us with a warm welcome and cold water. That small gesture after a long travel day just set the tone for our whole trip. They pour so much love into this hotel and you can really see it everywhere. The beautiful garden, which is this amazing mix of Japanese and Greek plants, is a perfect example. And the cleanliness is just on another level. Our room was spotless every single day, the bathroom looked brand new, and the beds were incredibly comfy. A huge plus was having a fridge in the room! I was also blown away by the windows. They must have 4 layers of glass or something, because you literally can't hear any noise from outside. The whole property has such a peaceful and romantic vibe. The pool is a great size and it never felt crowded. And the jacuzzi was an awesome surprise — gives a surprisingly good massage! For anyone wondering, the wifi was actually great too. It was fast and stable right in our room (we clocked it at 50mbps), which isn't always the case on the island. Honestly, by the end of the trip, it felt less like we were at a hotel and more like we were staying with friends. It's so rare to find a place that truly feels like a home away from home. If you're reading this and thinking about booking, just do it. You will not regret it. We are already dreaming of coming back!

After staying here last year, we decided to visit again. A wonderful quiet and relaxing hotel, with perfect location near to everything you need. What really makes the hotel so good, is the hosts, Spiros and Hiroko, and the cleaner Maria. Nothing is too much trouble for them and plenty f advice is given if needed.
