Spiros & Hiroko Hotel

Wow! Stayed at this beautiful hotel about 10 times. It has never let us down. It’s so clean, the hosts brilliant and an amazing pool. ||Breakfast is typically Greek, not a cooked breakfast but sufficient for us.||Amenities are within walking distance, so it’s very handy for local bars, restaurants and the beach..||We will return again soon, cannot wait. Thank you Spiros and Hiroko for making our holiday so brilliant.

Our 6th visit to this Hotel speaks volumes in itself! The owners / hosts - Spiros & Hiroko are two of the nicest people i have had the pleasure of meeting; they make you feel so welcome, they are so friendly, kind and helpful. |The hotel is 10 on suite rooms - adults only - very comfortable and spotlessly clean, bedding & towels renewed daily, room cleaned daily, pool cleaned and tested daily. Gardens are lovely with beautiful flowers. The hotel smells like a spa, so fresh. |Location is perfect - close to shops, bars, restaurants, buses and beaches. Lots of lovely walks to be explored. |All in all exceptional and cant wait to go again and again .

We would rate this hotel far higher than a 5! It’s our second visit and you cannot fault any of it. Spiros & Hiroko are a joy to stay with - amazing! The hotel is immaculate, perfect location to restaurants, bars, beach and shops and the bus stop is just outside- perfect to get anywhere. Our room was perfect with everything you need and Maria (housekeeping) is great. Breakfast is a wonderful start to the day. The pool area is a perfect quiet space to relax. Spiros & Hiroko are so kind and thoughtful and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. We already booked before we left to come again and can’t wait.

Our third visit and as usual all expectations met. The hotel is immaculate, fresh white building with beautiful flower coverage. Rooms are spacious and clean linen and towels provided daily. Spiros and Hiroko are the perfect hosts who go out of their way to ensure you have the perfect relaxing holiday I strongly recommend you pay this hotel a visit x

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely two-night stay to enjoy Perissa Beach after staying elsewhere on the island. The inn has a great location with a short walk to the beach and a stone's throw from the bus stop to Fira (this was extremely helpful). There are also a couple of groceries and 24-hour bakeries nearby. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Ours had a lovely balcony. Decorations and plantings throughout the rooms and hallways were awesome and made the space such an oasis after bopping around the island or hanging out at the beach. The pool also looked nice, but we didn't have time during our stay to make use of it.||Hiroko and Spiros are also incredibly lovely humans! They took care to assist with wayfinding around the neighborhood, and gave us an extremely helpful orientation to our rooms and the rest of the property. They made us feel really welcome during our comings and goings and gave us an awesome parting gift. There are lots of choices if you want a place to stay near Perissa, but the hosts here really make this one special.

Like other guests, we have stayed with Spiros & Hiroko many times over the past 15 years. Our stays never fail to live up to the high standards Spiros & Hiroko set for themselves and the hotel is always immaculate and well maintained. The hotel is always peaceful, private and at times, you will find yourselves the only guests around the pool. We always enjoy our stays and are looking forward to returning again in 2026.

Just had our usual September visit to Spiros &Hiroko hotel fabulous as always ! Everything is spot on from arrival to when you sadly have to leave! Hiroko serves a substantial Greek breakfast of yogurt fruits freshly baked bread and cheese juices and fresh coffee you feel set up whether you are going sightseeing or relaxing by the tranquil pool where you don’t need to reserve your sunbed there are plenty to go round for all guests!

I have to start with the hosts, Spiros and Hiroko, because they are what make this place so unbelievably special. We've honestly never felt so welcome at a hotel. Our flight was delayed and we arrived super late (past midnight!), but Spiros was there waiting to greet us with a warm welcome and cold water. That small gesture after a long travel day just set the tone for our whole trip. They pour so much love into this hotel and you can really see it everywhere. The beautiful garden, which is this amazing mix of Japanese and Greek plants, is a perfect example. And the cleanliness is just on another level. Our room was spotless every single day, the bathroom looked brand new, and the beds were incredibly comfy. A huge plus was having a fridge in the room! I was also blown away by the windows. They must have 4 layers of glass or something, because you literally can't hear any noise from outside. The whole property has such a peaceful and romantic vibe. The pool is a great size and it never felt crowded. And the jacuzzi was an awesome surprise — gives a surprisingly good massage! For anyone wondering, the wifi was actually great too. It was fast and stable right in our room (we clocked it at 50mbps), which isn't always the case on the island. Honestly, by the end of the trip, it felt less like we were at a hotel and more like we were staying with friends. It's so rare to find a place that truly feels like a home away from home. If you're reading this and thinking about booking, just do it. You will not regret it. We are already dreaming of coming back!
