A nice hike and wonderful park if you like birds, plants, geology, history, scenery, and photography! The local dog walkers say it takes 30 minutes to complete the loop, but for us it took twice as long to take the spur trails and stop for pictures. Be prepared for elevation change and uneven terrain. The shade and ocean breeze made for a pleasant hike, even in July.

A fantastic spot for nature lovers! Spittal Pond is Bermuda's largest reserve with a great walking loop. You get stunning views of the rugged coastline and the ocean crashing against the rocks. Look for the famous "Checkerboard" rock formation and lots of unique birds. Highly recommend for a peaceful walk away from the crowds! Wear good shoes.

Loved this place. So different from other areas of the island. It’s got a beautiful rock formation, and beautiful walks through deep vegetation. Lots of birds too. I went on a miserable day but can imagine mist be fantastic on a sunny day

A delightful nature preserve that's one our favorite go-to's when visiting Bermuda ... rugged rocky shores against the most beautiful colorful waters you'll see anywhere else in the world. Watch closely & you may just get a glimpse of the Whitetail Tropic Birds (longtails, as they're called) bolting about along the shore ...

This nature preserve is absolutely fantastic. Great views of the ocean from the cliffs and a lovely little pond with trails through the woods. There are many birds throughout including the endemic Bermudan White-eyed Vireo. The entire trip was worth it from this place alone.

Very nice park to walk around and get some views. On one side you have the pond which changes colors and then the other side is the ocean. There are some nice tide pools here, just make sure you’re wearing sturdy shoes when climbing because some rocks are very sharp. Highly recommended!

Great hiking/informative trail down to the rugged coastline. Listen as the waves come crashing in as you read about Bermuda's history. Great whale-watching spot too if you're here when they migrate.

It’s a really nice hike and cool to see where the ocean washes over to the pond. And find the interesting historical sites of the cave and where the stranded ship crew were.
