Splendid & New Splendid Hotel (Adults only 16+)

We had a great experience staying here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room service was quite fast and affordable, although the food quality was average (we checked in so late after over 26 hours of travel, we really didn't care). Breakfast the next morning more than made up for dinner. There was a great selection of items, and everything was fresh and tasty. The spa was acceptable. We both got massages which were good for the price. The sauna and steam rooms were fantastic, although the "emotional shower" didn't seem to work correctly (the aromatherapy part wasn't working) and the water pressure was excessively high. Again, for the price and location, Splendid & New Splendid can't be beat. If we find ourselves on the Black Sea coast, we will absolutely stay here again.

I am telling from experience! I come here for probably 5-6 years. The hotel is worth its name. It os really Splendid! Clean and spacious rooms, nice restaurant, great view. In few words I feel like home. I also get a good discount. Only one all remark - a bottle pf water in the room please😊!

This is a great hotel and impeccably clean. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and everything was modern. We had a room (305) which was lake facing and really quite and peaceful. The balcony was great and go the sunset in the evening. The spa was great with a reasonably sized pool. The breakfast had a great variety and we were really pleased with our stay.|All in all, a great stay and we would definitely return for sure.

Stayed in the hotel for business reasons. Very clean, comfortable nice and fresh hotel. Convenient location and tasty food. Honest and polite stuff service. I forgot abt 500 Eur after left it. They informed me and returned. Even refused the tips. Thank You, Splendid Hotel for your hospitality. Gladly would like to return.

The accommodation conditions were very good. Large room, bathroom equipped with everything you need. The Spa Center is small but not crowded. Sufficient private parking.|Unfortunately, they have a stupid rule imposed by the management: you are not allowed to have breakfast in your room. For a person who wants to eat breakfast after 10 o'clock, this attitude is inexplicable. Especially since they offer room service. Of course, the explanation was that this is what the management decided. Although I asked the people at the reception to talk to the management, I didn't get any answer.

This is a good hotel choice for families, conferences or people who need an indoor swimming pool and small spa on top of the proximity to the beach. The restaurant is great for breakfast and OK for a la carte meals throughout the day (left separate review on that). Rooms were very nice, with everything you need, good views and very clean. Pool was relaxing, albeit small, especially for cloudy days. Service is welcoming and accomodating. Only disappointment is the poor massage we got, well below standards. Overall, the hotel is great value for money, I recommend it. When leaving by train or plane, make sure you leave the hotel at least 2h ahead of what you normally deem appropriate because car traffic can get hellish at times.

Very well located near the lake and across the beach, very comfortable and clean, the personnel is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast with many options. It was the fourth time coming here and we will come back, soon. In a very crowded turistic station we found the best place to relax.

As mentioned in the details, the hotel is nice but it can do way better. I would give it a 3 clear stars but not 4. Food smell in the restaurant. Street rooms are noisy. They didn't wanted to change our room with one with better view, although the hotel was not full. 20% more costly onsite than booking . com Awful pillows :( No kids allowed. (which could be a good thing) Close to the beach, very nice views in the good rooms :). Large rooms, good amenities.
