Spontini Cascade Harajuku

Finally I made it trying this pizza shop. I came late around 2pm so the waiting time was around 30 mins. This pizza is suitable for cheese lover. If you hungry, recommend large size with double cheese. Topping, I like sausage. From pictures, I shared large size for double cheese and normal size for the margarita. I prefer double cheese.

My friend and I shared a pizza slice. Its crust was thick but not doughy so it wasn't too heavy. I loved how the prosciutto and tomato sauce complemented each other well. The cheese wasn't too overpowering. Everything was a blend of happiness in every bite. The place was spacious and we were seated right away. I'm curious to try other pizza flavors.

Good to try once, but wouldn't come back. Do not expect a traditional Italian type pizza, but more of a fun take on a Japanese pizza. Sadly the taste did not live up to its looks, which went viral due to its cheesy surface. Dough was tough, sauce wasn't flavourful, and waited 30 minutes despite not having a line/ being first in line - straight to order upon walking in. When we left at 12.30pm there was a queue of ~20 pax on a weekday. FYI a European pair couldn't finish it and gave it up (see picture), likely says a lot about the taste....

From Milan since 1953. This place is extremely busy so I went at 5pm on a Monday and was seated quickly. Tried the prosciutto arugula slice 1250円 and the lemon soda 350円。 The slice is huge and the pizza bread is very thick, and there is alot of cheese. The sauce is good. But too much bread for me. The lemon soda was pretty good. Overall good!

My partner and I tried four different pizzas and couldn't tell the difference between them. We came here because people say it's delicious, and it's very common to see high reviews on social media, but I'll give you my honest and straightforward experience. The pizzas have a very thick and greasy crust. The cheese is delicious, but that's all it is: a cheese pizza and nothing more. The additional toppings are very basic. We ordered one with pepperoni, and they only put three slices of pepperoni on top, and the one with pancetta, just one slice of pancetta. If you take these out, you're left with a simple pizza covered in cheese and tomato sauce. The place is nice, and the service is good.

My friends and I like going here for whenever we crave for pizza. Their normale size is already enough then add some toppings. We like the combo of Double Mozzarella Cheese + Sausage and Pancetta. Also, we like the ambiance pf this location than their branch in Shinjuku.

Not my style of pizza but giving it a 4 stars given the high quality ingredients. If you like doughy, cheesy, fluffy pizzas, this might be up your alley. It felt more like pizza toppings and cheese on a well baked bread vs. an actually pizza. But you can taste the quality in each ingredient (the cheese they use, thick pancetta pieces they give you) and they do give you a good amount of food. Wouldn’t recommend it for pizza aficionados but hey, if you wanted to try it, why not.

Big, cheesy, oily, airy and crispy slices. Plain good old pizza. Some reviews say this is not Italian pizza as if there were only one kind. Though this type is more easily found almost everywhere in Argentina (biggest Italian population outside Italy).
