A restaurant located right in front of Danube River. It has 1 of the best views to offer, as you can see the city light view at night with Buda Castle, which is 1 of the icons of Budapest. The restaurant has indoors & outdoors. It has an amazing interior on the inside, and has a very cozy ambience, great for dining. If you want to fully enjoy the view, you can try choosing the outdoor seating. Reservations are highly recommended as their seats may not be fully available when walking in. As for the foods, they are on the pricier side, as they serve fine dining meals. But all their flavors are top notch, so its worth it, although it can be improved slightly for the price they set up. The staff here are very friendly and helpful, as they make sure we fully enjoy our dining experience. Highly recommended in Budapest.

Interior of the building look fantastic and had a cozy vibe to it. Plenty of room between tables so didn’t have to worry about people bumping into you. As well as a great view of the Danube. The food was great as well, with one extremely picky eater being happy about their meal.

What a beautiful and picturesque setting over looking the river. Our table was by the window looking out onto the Buda castle. So sets for a beautiful backdrop. Our server was Zoli, who could not have been more attentive. His knowledge of the food and extensive drinks menu was second to none. He was warm and friendly, while very professional. The food is absolutely out of this world. It’s the first time I’ve visited Budapest and wanted to emerse myself into the Hungarian cuisine, and Zoli couldn’t have been more helpful in his recommendations. They are absolutely perfect and completely delicious. A size of the most delicious sourdough started us off as a complimentary taster which was a superb touch of class and set the tone of what was about to follow. Every single mouthful was stunning. I’d highly recommend the tartare and goulash to start, and the duck breast and chicken paprika for mains. Exquisite and a delight. The portion size is extremely generous, perhaps too generous. We left so full. We had the Italian rosé fizz which was delightful to accompany our delicious food. The next time we visit this will be our first restaurant we return to. A truly stunning dining experience, setting and surroundings. The music is so tasteful and really sets a beautiful ambiance. The highlight of our trip so far. Well done to Spoon the boat. Fantastic job!!! Keep it up and we’ll definitely be seeing you next time very soon.

Had an amazing meal here while visiting Budapest the weekend. The venue was stunning, the food delicious and Peter looked after us so attentively. 5☆

Just the perfect place to fall in love with Budapest. The food is spectacular and the atmosphere is just heavenly with the pianist doing his magic in the background. We were very lucky to be served by András, who is just amazing and attentive to details.

I highly recommend This Restaurant . The food, the service ( thank you Andras!!!) was exceptional. We enjoyed also live music. I will come back for sure !

We had an early dinner at this cozy boat restaurant on a December Sunday. The place is very nice decorated for Christmas and the view over the Buda castle is what we consider a great dinner with a view. We had ramen soups and tried several main dishes and all of them were absolutely delicious, so this culinary experience is worth to try.

Beautiful atmosphere and services, Zoli was very helpful and friendly explaining the menu and helping to chose the best dishes which was awesome, the piano master was very talented and he played nice music with the beautiful view , food and service I highly recommend for tourists
