Room was a little old fashioned but still very spacious, clean and offering a superb view. We were slightly disappointed that the chimney shown in the pictures was not working… The hotel has an amazing indoor swimming pool and inside lounging area with a 360 degrees view of the mountains. To finish, the service was absolutely amazing and the staff beyond kind! Special thanks to Luiza who helped us in so many ways! Thank you!!

All staff at this hotel are professional, kind and helpful. Rooms are amazing, views are fantastic, and food is great.

Excellent location for little skiers ( just across to snow island ) Also, convenient, walking distance to get crans side lifts and bus stops. The staff is very helpful; the rooms, pool, and sauna are all clean and tidy. Despite being a moody person and getting grumpy old man…can’t say anything wrong about that place.I would highly recommend it and definitely visit again.

Comfortable and uncomplicated. This was our first trip to Crans Montana, and we'll book this place again if we return. The studios are great for weekend or week-long stays. It feels less like a 'hotel' and more like a furnished apartment.. so bring your own soap and take out your own trash. Reception hours are limited, but help is available by phone. Excellent place for this price!

Great place, pool and sauna are open and the hosts are very friendly and helpful! I highly recommend. They don't have a restaurant in the hotel, but they give you access to another restaurant for dinner.

Cheep and cheerful, certainly not luxury. But for what you are paying it's great. Beds are comfortable, place is clean. No real complaints! Plus pool!

Great affordable place to stay in Crans Montana. Usually, Crans offers very low standards in terms of cheaper accomodation. Sport Palace on the other hand is newly refurbished and offers a refreshing location with a nice view of the golf course.

Best hotel ever!! Service was wonderful, rooms were cleaned to perfection, meals were delicious. Would live there if I could.
